Ideal location, near the central station in Rome. Breakfast in the cafe on the adjacent street. Clean, comfortable, and spacious room and ensuite, well-maintained. \nThe host Elena is very helpful and has excellent knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience here, the guy who helped me with the check-in was incredibly nice and helped me out. The place was clean and comfortable, the location is well connected and you can reach the station just by crossing the street.

We stayed in the B&B Rosa for a couple of nights. The position was very convenient because it's near the Termini station and everything was close. Even by walking. It was clean and a nice bedroom. But the thing that we most liked is our hostess who was very friendly and always available and willing to help with anything we needed.

Location was excellent but I struggled to find it due to lack of billboard of the B&B on the building. Found it difficult to locate the owner when I arrived and was unable to get into the room. In fact, I didn't meet her at all for the whole duration of my stay. I received the information late about a spare key to get into the place. The bathroom was extremely small.

The only redeeming factor of this accommodation is the vicinity to the central train station. The hosts were very kind at check-in as well. Otherwise, to call this a bed and breakfast is a bit of a misnomer. To sum it up, it is a private room in a shared flat with an inedible breakfast. The price for such an accommodation is absolutely inappropriate. I would never recommend!

Elena the host was very friendly and will attend to your needs. She was very helpful to us especially when I left my passport in the room and the shopping center needed it in order to avail tourist discount. I just call her and she sent me the copy to my email. We are a family of 3. The room was very clean and white. I didn’t expect too much of this room because this is a B&B room. For us the most important place to stay is the friendliness of the host, cleanliness of the room and the easy access to the tourist spots. If you are looking for a higher standards hotel, there’s a lot of it around too but you won’t stay in the room the whole day, right? :) Visiting the Colosseum and Vatican City will take you so many hours because there were too many people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much Elena. We had great fun in the city. We will surely book again in the future.

Perfect for a short stay. Located near the station, easily accessible by all public transport to visit this magnificent city of Rome. Breakfast (coffee-croissant) is acceptable but nothing more. Very clean and well-equipped room: small fridge, air conditioning.

We quite liked the room, although it is small, it is very complete. It is next to the metro station, which makes it very easy to get around Rome. My only comment is that the bathroom has the shower drain in poor condition, it fills up with water and everything stays wet. Everything else is perfect.

The best thing about Alloggio Turistico di Fuoco C is definitely the affordable price considering the location. You are 20 minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, and right next to Termini Station, very well connected by train, bus, and metro. The manager Elena was always willing to help and advise us on everything, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. The building and the corridors on the outside may look neglected, but the room is completely renovated, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We slept better than at home!

I do not recommend it, especially because of the location (which was scary at night due to the people coming in and out). Perhaps for the price, it is understandable how small the bedroom was, but we were poorly advised and I would not stay in that area near the terminal again. The cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was in another bar but it was good. If you are looking for something cheap and centrally located, it might be okay, but do not be surprised to see strange movements at the hotel's entrance (like people selling drugs as happened to us and we did not expect it).

Perfect apartment to spend a few days in Rome! The manager is super friendly and helpful, the room is perfect, very clean and spacious. Perfect communication with the manager. I recommend it 100%, I went with my partner and everything was great, the location is perfect next to Termini to explore Rome completely, and the breakfast was also very good. We would definitely repeat!

We stayed with my girlfriend for four nights. The property is close to Termini Station, which allows you to take any type of transport. Rooms are clean and very quiet. Considering the location of the property in the city center and adjacent to the central station, I would say that the price-quality ratio is excellent. The customer management is present at all stages, and all the staff I met proved to be efficient. The property appears to be elegant from the 50s, a bit shabby on the outside but with well-renovated rooms. Fully recommended.

The room is very simple but equipped with everything: en-suite bathroom, heating, television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Very clean and tidy. Regarding the manager, she is a very friendly person, very helpful, and quick to respond to messages and customer requests. If you can be satisfied, I highly recommend it. The location is very convenient, you are at Termini station in 2 minutes.

The room was clean and tidy. Towels were available, as was the owner and her friend. The location is strategic because it is a stone's throw from the station, so public transport is easily accessible. The only downside is the payment: I would have preferred debit card instead of cash. Everything else was fine.

We are two friends. We stayed only one night in Rome on our return from a vacation. The room is very clean like the bathroom. It is very close to the exit of Via Marsala from Termini station. It is very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard inside a building. The lady provided all the necessary instructions to access the structure with kindness and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Terrible accommodation. Great location for moving around the city, but an unhappy setting. The surroundings are full of garbage and unsavory characters. To be honest, the building where the accommodation is located is the same. In the room, there are missing: bidet, wardrobe, and surfaces to place things. The towel rack in the bathroom was unusable, there is no container to place the toothbrush, which has to be placed on the small shelf under the mirror. On one of the two folding shower doors, the handle is missing, and there were hairs in the shower tray. The electrical outlet where the fridge and the bedside lamp were connected is very precarious and works intermittently. The included breakfast consists of a drink and a croissant at the bar and must be strictly consumed inside the same. The staff is a bit rude and hasty. The view from the room is on a kind of dirty and cluttered courtyard. In conclusion, the accommodation is completely inadequate for the price paid.

We stayed on April 17, 2024 in a small room that did not reflect the photos on the website at all. We found ourselves in an old-style room, with a new bed but a very hard mattress. It's better to sleep on the floor, to be honest. The bedside tables did not match the decor, there was no large wardrobe (which definitely wouldn't have fit), but at least a small one. The sockets on the bedside tables were only for lamps, and of course we had to unplug them to charge our phones. The lighting was not in the center of the room, and there was also no small fridge, which is missing but for now, we can live without it, but what about in the summer? The website mentioned a plentiful breakfast, but we only found a note to go to the bar for a croissant, coffee, or cappuccino. We were without WiFi, or at least it might have been there, but it wasn't indicated anywhere. In the bathroom, the surprise: spacious where there was even space for a bidet (obviously non-existent - remember we are in Italy, not abroad), or at least a hand shower would have been useful. Another thing: the shower was small, and there was only one full roll of toilet paper, and another roll already in use hanging, which is not in line with current regulations. Should I rate it? It was one of the worst in Rome, and unlike others, we spent more for such low quality that we definitely won't be returning. 120 euros for a night in a B&B wasted like this.

Excellent value for money/location. Clean. Quiet. Excellent welcome. It is equipped with a defibrillator and free maps of Rome. Large bed. Good mattress. No creaks. Latex pillows. To improve the regulation of the radiator (always on), the noisiness of the bathroom fan, the wall socket near the window that doesn't work. Small shower box.

We stayed at B&B Rosa for four days. You will find the kindness, courtesy, availability, and punctuality of Elena welcoming you. Rooms cleaned daily, tidy, recently renovated bathrooms. Just a few steps from the railway station and the metro for those who want to move around Rome without getting too tired and reach any site, it's ideal. What can I say? B&B Rosa is the bare minimum to spend two nights without returning during the day. The structure is clean, the bed is comfortable, but the shower box is narrow. Breakfast at the bar could be improved. The lady who gave us the rooms at 11:00 and on the day of departure left one of the rooms available for luggage storage until evening was very helpful.

Located in an optimal position, just a few dozen meters from the exit of Rome Termini Railway Station and the metro and bus stops of the same name. Being inside a courtyard, the structure is acoustically well isolated from the noises of city traffic. The rooms have a private bathroom (rather small, but functional). They include a toilet, shower, a small sink with mirror, hairdryer, bed and bath linens, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Comfortable due to the location in front of the station. Extremely kind staff, room with essential services, small bathroom, breakfast (poor) at the bar on the street using a voucher (coffee and croissants). It is very quiet, comfortable bed (new mattress), air conditioner in the room ok. All in all, adapting, the experience is positive.

Elena welcomed us excellently. We slept very well but our bathroom lacked a bidet and the sink was as tiny as the bathroom. It was fine for us for two nights. Clean bed.

I stayed for one night and had a great time. Strategic location that allows easy access on foot to Termini station, metro, etc. The bathroom should be improved as it is a bit too small, without ventilation and lacks a bidet. Overall, we could say it's a good value for money compromise. Worth returning.

The location is perfect for reaching the metro and trains, both for arrival and for getting around, B&B Rosa. The structure is not modern, inside a building, but equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, TV with apps). Elena was very kind in advising us on what to do in the area and accommodating in providing us with a small fridge to keep some water cool.

Strategic location just a few steps from Termini station, which I appreciated a lot as soon as I got off the train. Very kind staff, and above all helpful. For one night, the convenience of being a few steps from public transport to reach other locations in Rome is priceless, and it makes some flaws take a back seat. It pains me to write negatively because the staff is very kind, but to be objective, I did not find any other positive notes. The run-down structure, makeshift furnishings, and terrible mattress did not allow me to sleep well and worsened my back pain, to the point where I had to take anti-inflammatories. Honestly, with 90 euros (single room for one night) I would have expected something more.

Experience 'bittersweet'. First of all, I was given a double room, not a triple one as requested in the booking. The room with a double bed is spacious enough, with hangers and shoe racks. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small and lacks a bidet (a serious omission, and I really can't stand 'French-style' bathrooms!), with a water heater that provides hot water for about 5 minutes of shower, instead of the 20 minutes declared by the owner, who was a bit reluctant to believe my observation and didn't let me finish speaking. Anyway... 5 minutes is definitely a short time, especially if it were a girl staying at the accommodation, but luckily in my case it was a boy, so let's say I was reaching the limit every time I finished washing. Also, before starting the shower, I had to adjust the temperature because the hot water at the beginning was boiling and impossible to bear. 2 out of 4 electrical outlets were broken and not working. Fortunately, I later had the opportunity to speak with the husband, who explained the whole situation and proved to be very kind and friendly, much more than his wife. The included breakfast is quite poor, as I was given meal vouchers to use at the Binario Zero bar which included a regular pasta and a drink. A bit meager, in my opinion. The advantage of the property is its excellent location next to Roma Termini station, which allows you to reach almost all the places in the center of Rome by metro or even on foot. Overall, it's okay, but there are some things that need improvement.
