Très calme, très propre, très agréable. Légèrement excentré pour qui veut visiter le centre mais, pour quelques minutes de transport en plus, cela en vaut la peine. Nous le recommandons et y retournerons à notre prochain séjour.

My daughter and I stayed two nights at B&B 30. The property is located in a very quiet area, but with bus stops just a few steps away, you can get anywhere. The room, spotless, is a gem furnished with taste and attention to detail. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the bar, just 50 meters from the property, which offers a wide choice of freshly baked croissants, brioches, and muffins every morning. However, what makes the difference is the manager, Mr. Stefano, an exquisite and rare kindness person who immediately made himself available to make our stay as comfortable as possible by offering advice and help to meet some of our needs. Highly recommended!

A surprisingly beautiful accommodation from the early 1900s, meticulously detailed and functional. The owner, a polite person, dedicated his time to us. He recommended a delightful bar and a pleasant pizzeria. It was a beautiful break in everyday life.

Ottima struttura, ambiente armonioso e accogliente, ricco di particolari preziosi, in una zona molto tranquilla. Dopo il lungo lockdown qualche servizio (come il necessario per una colazione) era saltato, ma la colazione al bar comunque ottima. Stefano è gentilissimo e molto accogliente.

Sono stata in questo B&B tra fine ottobre e primi giorni di novembre del 2017, causa intervento di mia madre presso lo Spallanzani (purtroppo non mi è possibile scegliere l'anno 2017 per il check in). Che dire, una struttura veramente bella e accogliente e un proprietario magnifico, in un periodo così brutto della mia vita mi sono sentita sentita a casa. Grazie ancora a Stefano, spero di tornare in un'occasione migliore della precedente, magari accompagnata da mia madre.

Feci un giro di telefonate finché non chiamai Stefano B&B 30 vigna iacopini. A primo intuito mi è sembrato una persona disponibile, onesta umile devo dire che il mio 6 senso di donna non ha sbagliato. Appena arrivati domenica 6 maggio 2018 nel B&B di Stefano dalla Calabria, mi sembrava essere in un piccolo castello in miniatura, tutto così magico. Oggettini preziosi che mi hanno portato indietro nel tempo, pulizia straordinaria, profumo di giardini fioriti, siamo stati coccolati, trattati benissimo, la bellezza di questa struttura, la pace, la tranquillità ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Stefano una persona stupenda, persona dolcissima, pulitissima, una delle poche persone, che non è attaccato all'interesse ma fa il suo lavoro con amore, lo ringrazio personalmente per tutto, sei nel nostro cuore. Consigliatissimo, non ve ne pentirete. Qui troverete tutto quello che cercate.

Sono molto soddisfatto; ho avuto solo un disagio in quanto non ho trovato biancheria da bagno. Essendo la prima volta che usufruisco del soggiorno in bed and breakfast ho pensato che la biancheria da bagno avrei dovuto portarla personalmente.
