A typical italian breakfast is served in the dining room. On the buffet you will find juice, cold milk, cakes, pies and jam homemade, chocolate and honey, cereals and yoghurt, bread and butter to which alternated freshly croissants, fruit and meats. The two " Owls" serve the Italian or American coffee, cappuccino, tea and infusions, barley, ginseng, and chocolate.

Very very good. Every day, Sonia (who speaks very good French) took the time to advise us with many details (historical or artistic) on everything to do or see around the place we planned to visit and how to get there.\n\nActually, I don't see how we could have found better.

Very well located establishment close to public transport, Sonia speaks French very well and gives great advice for a good organization of visits, knows her country and its history inside out, thank you to her for everything. The only downside is the soundproofing of the room, very noisy, which spoils the comfort in the room a bit.

Here we are, we're back. A big thank you to Paola and Sonia for their availability. Paola's advice in French to look through the keyhole (only those who did it will understand), I loved it. The rooms are very clean with private bathroom and toilet. Thanks again for waiting for us so late on the first day due to the plane delay. A little tip, don't take the bus when leaving the airport, it will take too long. The small restaurants around the B&B are much cheaper than in the center of Rome and very good. I hope to come back to see you and will send my children without any problem. An address to keep and pass on. See you soon. Sandrine and Thierry.

The Two Owls are welcoming, accommodating, and provide good advice. They help you organize your sightseeing day, agree to serve breakfast a little earlier if needed, and reacted quickly when they saw that the shower was a bit faulty and when we needed information. The room and the kitchen where breakfast is served are very clean, a little treat awaits you in your room, all the bedding and linens provided are of quality. We could hear the people above us a lot but I don't know if it's an insulation issue or if they were particularly noisy. The accommodation is well located, not far from the metro, it only takes half an hour by metro to reach the Vatican in the north of the city. The neighborhood is not as tidy as the rest of the city center but this guesthouse offers excellent value for money. I would have liked some pastries to complement breakfast. The homemade jams are very good.

The owners of the property are two fantastic, kind, helpful women full of useful advice. The B&B Le Due Civette is located on the first floor in a quiet area not far from the center, easily reachable by metro. The room is delightful, themed and clean. It does not have a minibar if you want to buy drinks but the fridge in the common room is available. The breakfast is satisfying, Paola and Sonia make delicious cakes and even prepared a cake without animal products for me. Definitely recommend it as I will return as soon as possible and this time I will choose the owl room. Thanks again for everything.

Paola and Sonia are exquisite people. They could also work as tour guides without any problems, giving great advice and information on what to see and do, making life easy for any tourist. Good. Not to mention that the spaces are very well-kept, clean, decorated with taste and elegant simplicity. And to finish, the breakfast is excellent.
