La Pausa is an oasis in a very beautiful city. We deliberately chose to be slightly away from the center of Rome in order to be within walking distance of the Masters Tennis tournament. However, there were buses and trams within a 2-minute walk, and we were in the center within 30 minutes enjoying the sights. Our room was beautifully clean, relaxing with a lovely ensuite bathroom and very quiet. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cereals, yogurts, croissants, and homemade muffins. Francesca was a delightful hostess and joined us for breakfast in the mornings, listening to our adventures from the previous day and offering advice for the coming day. Thanks for being such a lovely hostess - we look forward to returning.

For me very well located, as I attended a workshop at Foto italico. Very clean and extremely friendly landlords! The breakfast is absolutely sufficient and is served in the room. You can quickly get anywhere with public transportation from here.

Everything is fine. For breakfast, we preferred to take advantage of the numerous options offered by the area, 2 cafés with fresh pastries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is also a hot food counter, a pizza by the slice, and a supermarket, all within 200 meters.

Great location, very well connected to the main buses to also get to the city center. The building is really beautiful and the area is peaceful and well-frequented. There is a Carrefour just a few steps away. The owners live there inside the structure and were really very helpful and kind. Comfortable and clean rooms. Only drawbacks: breakfast is left in the room, so you have to eat there, even though from the photos we saw something different and we would have preferred to use the kitchen table. The owners were still kind and let us use their refrigerator to store something we had bought. The second thing we didn't like very much: the fact that there were no single-use shower gel and shampoo. We found packaged hand soaps, the classic hotel ones, but then there was a shower gel and an intimate soap in regular bottles that are probably refilled when needed. We would have preferred single-use products specific to each guest. Other than that, everything was great! Air conditioning, TV, coffee machine. We really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day (breakfast replenished). It was a stroke of luck to find this structure available and we will definitely try to return when we need it in the future.

We appreciated the willingness to provide a small breakfast in the room, although the available space is not sufficient to allow 2 people to use it. We suggest organizing the breakfast service in the existing kitchen of the apartment to make the stay proposal even more valuable. The proximity to the "taxi station" is excellent. Great stay at Francesca and Luca's, comfortable and clean. We were in Rome for the tennis internationals, and from their place it was 15 minutes on foot to the Foro Italico. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom clean and the room more than sufficient for the 3 days of our stay. Every day they left us pastries, juice, and various items for breakfast at our pace. The neighborhood offers various places to eat and it's easy to get there by public transport. We are really happy and will definitely return next year. I just regret that we couldn't hear Francesca play the piano.

Structure in a strategic area for those coming to Rome, both to watch tennis and for its proximity to the center, served by several buses and trams. I found the managers of the establishment to welcome me with great courtesy, very helpful. A very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood in the evening to rest, a few meters walk around there are several places to have aperitifs or dinner, but above all close to places where festivals and concerts take place. I stayed with my friend for a weekend to attend the Maneskin concert, being far from the Circus Maximus they gave us the opportunity to leave the luggage in the structure so that we could easily tour Rome. Ecco la prima recensione negativa, ci sta. Da parte mia ho cercato di contattare l'ospite con vari sms e al telefono. Ai primi non ho mai avuto risposta, alla chiamata neanche. Mi ha chiesto di poter fare il check in alle 23.30, dopo la partita, non potendo ho fatto in modo che avesse le chiavi quando voleva, ma io non c'ero. L'ho avvisato (tramite telefonata a cui non ha risposto, quindi tramite sms a cui non ha risposto, quindi con un foglietto in stanza), che la colazione era alle 8: il B&B è in casa mia, quindi la servo io come prevede l'ospitalità in casa. Nessuna risposta. Alle 8.30 con brioche in forno e tutto predisposto per la colazione ho bussato per fare finalmente il check in: noi non siamo un albergo e io ho altri impegni. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto colazione fuori. Ho detto loro che non avendo in arrivo altri ospiti non c'erano obblighi di orario per lasciare la stanza, questo è uno dei vantaggi di prenotare in un B&B. La mia conclusione è che la maggior parte delle volte la mia disponibilità viene apprezzata nel modo giusto. Una volta su 300 un giudizio negativo ci può stare. Per gli eventuali clienti interessati a stare da noi, noi facciamo una bellissima accoglienza in casa nostra, il nostro non è un hotel, e il nostro punteggio delle recensioni è 9.5. Excellent structure located in a strategic place for the Olympic area: concerts, events, sports events, etc., easily reachable from Piazza del Popolo metro stop, with the direct tram that terminates 100 meters away at Mancini stop. The managers are very kind and it is the first time, although we often stay at B&Bs, that we have breakfast together at the same table. We really appreciated this habit offered by B&B La Pausa, we will gladly return whenever the opportunity arises.

We had a very good experience. Room completely renovated in a large condominium built in the 1930s following the dictates of that period. All the services are there and very well taken care of. Great seriousness and correctness of the owner who made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Efficient and essential air conditioning in this very hot September. We came by car, but it was not difficult to park nearby.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, a welcoming, warm, clean, pleasant house, absolutely deserving more than 10 out of 10, much more. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable, clean, and fragrant, comfortable bed, soft, clean, fragrant towels, very convenient shower. Super breakfast, nothing was missing, excellent quality food. I could go on describing only excellent things and deserving a top rating. However, I have promised myself that the next time I go to Rome, I will return with pleasure. Oh, I forgot, the property is located in a very quiet area and a stone's throw from Ponte Milvio, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo, etc. Below the B&B La Pausa there are small local restaurants where you can eat very well. We stayed two nights on the occasion of the Baglioni and Morandi concert, choosing this accommodation based on the positive reviews and proximity to the Foro Italico. Great experience: the owner, very kind, discreet, and very dear, immediately puts you at ease by preparing an excellent and varied breakfast and sitting at the table with you, which we appreciated very much. I stayed at this B&B just before a competition in Tor di Quinto. The room is spacious and bright, and equipped with air conditioning. The area where the B&B is located is one of the most prestigious in Rome, a stone's throw from the Maxxi, the auditorium, the sports hall, the Flaminio stadium, and more, and is also very well served by public transport. The lady is very kind and prepares a great breakfast. I paid only 50 euros for one night, an absolutely competitive price for the area and for Rome in general. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a B&B! Highly recommended.

The hosts were kind and helpful, impeccable room cleaning and a breakfast worthy of its name. It hardly seemed like they had just opened a few weeks before! I stayed at this property found randomly on the internet because I was looking for accommodation close to the Auditorium (within walking distance) and well connected with a direct means to Piazza del Popolo. The property can be accessed from multiple streets, one of which is right in front of the Maxxi Museum. From the entrance, you enter a well-kept, private space away from the city chaos. In the area, there are all the necessary services as well as good restaurants, bars, taxis, and various shops. Even in the evening, you can walk around easily. The property is new, well taken care of in every detail, Mrs. Francesca along with Luca are splendid hosts in making their guests feel at ease right away. The room where I stayed is equipped with a beautiful bathroom, very bright and with a truly quiet and functional air conditioner. Modern and original furnishings. The breakfast, always personally served by them, is abundant and varied with excellent cappuccinos and warm croissants. I will certainly return very soon, sure to always find the same cordiality and kindness.
