Wonderful and clean apartment with many stairs! We were welcomed by Salvatore who showed us our room, which actually was a flat with spacious living area and separate bedroom. Bed was very good and big - really king-size. Breakfast with charming Sandra was a really great way to start a day - tasty pastries with a mug of good Italian coffee. Delicious! We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to have a good sleep in peaceful environment.

Fantastic and personal service from the owner and his mother. We arrived much later than expected and the owner was unfailingly polite. The breakfast was homemade and hot, with local products served - it was one of the best I have had. The room was spotlessly clean and the view out the window from the bed was nothing short of spectacular.

As a couple we were fortunate to have the top floor of this house to ourselves, with a choice of three bedrooms. We had exclusive use of the bathroom but the setup would have been great for a larger family. We had a lovely view over the town square and the trees and hills beyond. Sandra was a lovely, friendly hostess who provided amazing breakfasts (especially if you have a sweet tooth like us!) with cheeses and cold meats, croissants, lots of homemade tarts and cakes, and a basket of fruit. The strawberry tart was absolutely delicious! She did her best to communicate with limited English, and unfortunately we don't speak Italian, but she enjoyed talking to us and would use Google Translate when necessary. This is a lovely old house in old Bagnoreggio, about a 25-minute walk from the Civita. Access is from Piazza Cavour where we were usually able to find a parking space. There were some good restaurants very close by. This was an ideal location in central Italy and we had some great visits to Viterbo, Villa Lante, Villa Farnese, Sacro Bosco, Lake Bolsena, etc.

We were warmly welcomed in Bagnoregio by Sandra, a very warm woman, who greeted us like friends! The accommodation is located in the middle of the village, in an alley, from where you can walk directly to Civita. We had accommodation with cooking facilities and bought delicious food at the small butcher shop right in this little village. Highly recommended! It is very quiet at night and we could sleep fantastically. Sandra prepared us a delicious breakfast, everything we wanted! Fruit, muesli, croissant, coffee... For one or two nights, the accommodation is highly recommended! Sandra's warmth was really special for us. The accommodation is rather practically simple and not stylishly furnished! We stopped for one night to visit the famous Civita. What can I say, beautiful accommodation, very convenient for reaching Civita. Mrs. Sandra was very kind, very nice and prepared a royal breakfast for us! We will definitely return.

The lady Sandra is excellent, very helpful, who even before our arrival, although using the navigator, contacted us to dictate the details on how to best reach the destination. The accommodation, in the historic city center, allows you to reach the bridge of Civita in about 10/15 minutes on foot. The cleanliness of the interiors and the hospitality are excellent, the lady Sandra was very attentive when she gave us the pass for free parking in all the blue stalls (with rates that are definitely not very economical) in Bagnoregio. Thank you again for everything Sandra, warm greetings and a hug.

Great B&B managed by a very kind and helpful husband and wife from arrival to departure. Great convivial breakfast during which you can chat with other guests and the hostess, all at the same table served with all sorts of heavenly goodies, all homemade. I definitely recommend it!! The only flaw might be the mattress being a bit too hard, but it's just a personal preference. WELL DONE SANDRA AND SALVATORE!

The B&B del Prato is located in the center in a historic building. What makes it special is Sandra, the owner, who does everything to make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast with genuine cakes prepared by her. It is worth mentioning the attention given in preparing a gluten-free cake for our celiac daughter. A must-stop for those passing through that area.

New and comfortable structure, with a microclimate that makes it ideal even during hot periods. Located in the center of Bagnoregio, with a strategic position that makes every service within easy reach, although the municipality has limitations on restaurant services after 8:00 PM. Sandra is a friendly and always present person, who with her hospitality has made our stay pleasant and immersed in a familiar atmosphere.

The room assigned to us is the one with yellow walls (we were told it was nicer than the one requested). Unfortunately, the room is converted from a space where the only small window is five meters from the ground (the room is very high) and the glass entrance door overlooks the alley directly. The bed is wedged between a wall and the fireplace. Once the door is closed, there is no ventilation (you can turn on the dehumidifier if you wish, but it's noisy at night). The bathroom was not very clean, the floor mat dirty, small shower with a used net sponge inside. The breakfast is abundant in bakery goods, it would have been nice to find some fruit and something savory. The parking in front of the b&b is time-limited, but there is a large paid parking lot a short distance away and the b&b should provide a free pass (we were not given one because they had run out).

We had a great time with Sandra, an impeccable host, good in the kitchen (her cakes are excellent) and a source of lots of information about the village and the surroundings of Bagnoregio. The property is right in the center, about 15 minutes walk from the Civita bridge and very close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Located in an elegantly renovated historic building, equipped with all the comforts. We appreciated the availability and courtesy of Sandra (Owner of the property) who with her kindness accompanied the splendid weekend. A surprise was the breakfast characterized by an indefinite number of homemade cakes for the occasion; we knew from other reviews that it was abundant but not this much. Excellent! Noteworthy are the touch control skylights in the rooms and bathroom. The entire floor was reserved for us (5 people) and we will return with great pleasure, in spring. Thank you, see you soon.

I only spent one night at the B&B del Prato but Sandra, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing many suggestions on what to do, visit, and where to eat. The property is located in an old house in the center of Bagnoregio with parking available in the adjacent square. It is a charming property, well furnished and clean, with a spacious private bathroom, although it is external to the room.

Very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this B&B del Prato to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in Civita di Bagnoregio. The structure is located in Bagnoregio, 900 meters from Civita (a very pleasant walk). Mrs. Sandra and her husband are welcoming, delightful, and very helpful people. I was with my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday and Sandra was exceptional in helping me organize the best surprises for him. We felt at home and pampered. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms have everything you need, and the breakfast (very good) is served with love by Sandra with cakes and typical delicacies of the place. We carry a beautiful memory with us. TIP: ask Sandra for advice on where to eat in the area. Sarah (and Danilo).

I had long wanted to visit Civita di Bagnoregio, we thank Sandra for her hospitality. The location is quiet and central, and especially ideal for visiting Civita di Bagnoregio. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes. She allowed us to enter Civita with the car (which is not obvious, given the restrictions) and showed us the free parking where we could leave the car. Inside the town, Mrs. Sandra makes the difference, very kind and helpful with advice on restaurants and places to visit in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our stay in Bagnoregio was very short, but despite this we had the opportunity to discover the immense availability and kindness of Sandra, who made us feel at home immediately. What can I say, rating 10 for the kindness and welcome of Mrs. Sandra is not enough, at least 5 stars must be added. The location is excellent to reach the Civita, which is magical. Mrs. Sandra's breakfasts are to die for and she is amazing in making her numerous desserts, each one different from the other. Just 2 nights, what a pity! The conclusion is definitely to try and stay at least 4/5 days because the surrounding area is full of beauties and unique landscapes, not to mention the good local cuisine. We will come back.

Mrs. Sandra, who welcomed us in the warmest way, is an exceptional woman who makes everything so familiar that we truly feel at home. Her bed & breakfast is very cozy and everything gives a feeling of relaxation and peace, also thanks to the village where it is located, Bagnoregio, where you can breathe serenity and peace and which at least to me reminded me of the carefreeness and serenity of childhood. The property is located about a kilometer from the wonderful Civita, a medieval village that is a must-visit at least once in a lifetime, just to remind us how beautiful and diverse Italy is. If I have to find a flaw in our splendid stay, it is the cleanliness of the bathroom which left us disappointed. It was clearly already used by those who came before us. I want to justify it only because the lady is very busy between her two bed & breakfasts, but I point it out because it is not correct and I hope it will not happen again in the future, since I hope there will be an opportunity to return. Anyway, I recommend it.

Mi spiace molto leggere nell'ultima parte del suo commento un qualcosa che mi permetto di definire "fantasioso": la pulizia del bagno viene sempre effettuata tra un ospite e l'altro. Non posso ricordare questo caso in particolare, non escludo che la pulizia possa essere stata fatta in maniera veloce e che ci possa essere stata una disattenzione ma escludo categoricamente che il bagno possa essere stato consegnato come lasciato dai precedenti ospiti. Check-in sempre più anticipati, partenze sempre più ritardate possono portare ad attività da svolgere in tempi miseri, ma non ci permetteremmo mai di consegnare una stanza senza aver pulito il bagno. Spero veramente potrete tornare ad essere nostri ospiti per dimostrare con i fatti quanto scritto, come facciamo quotidianamente con tutti i nostri ospiti. A presto. Sandra.

I want to write 2 words for this B&B del Prato where we stayed from March 4th to 6th, 2016. The structure is located in a "vicolo" that takes you back in time. It is right in the center of Bagnoregio in a strategic point from where you can visit many beautiful villages and wonderful views like Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Orvieto, Bagnaia, Acquapendente, Vitorchiano, Parco di Bomarzo with its splendid monsters and Villa Lante in Bagnaia (a splendor of an Italian garden), Bolsena with its castle and its panorama on Lake Bolsena. The structure is very clean and we also liked the style very much. As soon as you enter this B&B, Mrs. Sandra is there to welcome you and make you feel at home. Written in uppercase precisely because she is a great lady who makes you feel at home and gladly chats with everyone and gives useful advice for traveling and nice places to see, or where to eat well in the surroundings and how to spend less which seems important these days. In the days we were there, being March and as we know March is a bit crazy, it was very cold outside, but inside the house it was very comfortable, maybe even too hot for me! Mrs. Sandra's breakfasts are a culinary work of art. I hope to return soon to this structure, maybe even with friends.

The B&B del Prato is very cute, welcoming, clean and a few minutes walk from the belvedere where you can admire Civita di Bagnoregio. Mrs. Sandra, who manages the B&B, is very nice, sweet and goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is top-notch and she succeeds very well! Abundant breakfast and impeccable room and bathroom cleanliness. What else to say? I will definitely return because Civita deserves to be seen and revisited in different seasons.

A short but very pleasant stay. Very large room, equipped with all the comforts (we didn't use it but there was also a kitchen in the room) with independent access. The owner was very kind and welcomed us as if we were family. Abundant breakfast with sweet and savory, all homemade, in a very cozy common room. The property is located in a very quiet street but close to restaurants and all services and a short distance from Civita that we can easily reach on foot. In short, a beautiful stay, even if it only lasted two days!

Exceptional B&B, we really had a great time. The room was very nice, clean and welcoming. The mattress was very comfortable and the heating was always on. Abundant and delicious breakfast, especially the homemade cakes. Mrs. Sandra was like a mother, always available, very kind and nice. An Easter and Easter Monday to frame. Highly recommended.

Great B&B, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, the mattress was very comfortable and the heating was on. The breakfast was abundant, and Mrs. Sandra was always available and very kind. The only downside was the shared bathroom, but everything else was perfect.

Kindness, availability, and the family atmosphere offered by the owners make the stay extremely pleasant. The B&B del Prato is centrally located and in September there were no problems with parking or traffic. The rooms are cozy. The breakfast is abundant and Sandra's jams are truly delicious.

We had a great time and hope to return soon. We still remember the warm welcome from the owner Sandra, who is excellent at preparing desserts and jams. At breakfast, we feel like trying them all (not an easy task!). The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated.

Beautiful rooms and spacious bathroom (even if external and shared but there were no other guests and it went well). Comfortable common areas, excellent breakfast and really nice owners.

I felt like I was at home! Mrs. Sandra is truly welcoming. The B&B del Prato is very beautiful and well-furnished. We had half board and ate wonderfully. Sandra is a friendly person and really makes you feel comfortable! Go there, go there, go there!
