Evaristo, the host is excellent. He provides lots of info; as well as being very helpful with passion to make sure the guest enjoys travelling in Rome. He keeps his place neat and tidy; and tries to accommodate to the needs of the guests. The apartment, though not close to the Old City, is very close to a Metro station and there's no problem of getting to the Old City by means of Metro. Furthermore, the apartment situates in a quiet residential area. Great!

Evaristo was so kind to us. In addition, he was very helpful. The room was so comfortable and very clean. The breakfast had many different things such as croissants, jam, biscuits, boiled eggs, fruits, and coffee. Everything was so delicious. The location was perfect. It is so close to the Metro Station. I strongly recommend you to choose there to stay during your vacation.

Excellent B&B with a very professional and attentive host, Evaristo. The location was ideal for us - on the Metro route and a quick journey to all the sites of interest. Great value-for money trattoria just around the corner. Breakfast served every morning and nice personal touches from the host. Very clean and very comfortable - would definitely use again.

Highly recommend this B&B! This bed and breakfast was one of the best accomdations I have ever stayed at. First of all, the owner is very friendly and more than willing to help. Evaristo is a true Roman who loves his city and wants to make sure his guests do too. The rooms are recently remodeled, very modern and newly furnished and are clean, functional and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and close to the Appia Antica Park. There is also a grocery store and public transportation station in within very close walking distance. This is a great place to stay in Roma and would stay there again when we're in Rome next.

In two couples of a certain age we spent two nights at the b&b of Mr. Evaristo and the judgment was unanimous: excellent especially for the kindness, hospitality, care and cleanliness of the owner, a truly professional and humane person. We will gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We were looking for something affordable in Rome and it wasn't easy in the city center, so we tried looking a bit further out and the location of the property is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Metro A which allows you to easily visit the most important places, and connected to Termini. The manager is very helpful, kind, and present, the breakfast is abundant and served in a cozy room. Too bad for the Rome tourist tax, which increased to 6 euros per person per night just before our arrival... other than that, everything is fine.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast, with my family, for only one night, but the impact was very good. It is located just a few steps from the Colli Albani metro. Near the building there is a convenient and good restaurant, secure parking, hairdressers, and shops of all kinds. The room was a real gem in its own way, not too big but complete with everything needed to make a pleasant stay. The breakfast prepared on the spot by the owner (Evaristo) was very rich and well organized. I definitely recommend it.

The double room is small but equipped with all the comforts: from the sitting area to the refrigerator, safe, kettle, with a selection of excellent teas. A bottle of red wine and two welcome glasses made us very happy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Evaristo, a friendly and helpful person who fully met our requests. Excellent breakfast, partly buffet and partly upon customer request. Behind the apartment, there is the Colli Albani metro station, an unprecedented convenience: in 15 minutes, you can reach the center of Rome. Nearby shops, restaurants... basically everything you might need. Excellent experience, thank you Evaristo.

Excellent value for money. The manager is kind, extremely helpful, and pays extreme attention to cleanliness, the services offered, and details. The room lacks nothing and offers every comfort. Furthermore, the property is located in a central yet quiet and livable neighborhood, in an excellent position to reach any point in the city with the metro and other public transport. To go back.

Siamo stati bene, abbiamo utilizzato il bonus vacanze che il gestore ha accettato, molto cordiale e disponibile. La location era abbastanza pulita e ben organizzata, l'unico neo è che per la stessa cifra c'erano altre strutture dove la colazione era prevista, bastava convenzionarsi con un bar vicino la struttura ed inserire la colazione. Comunque, nel complesso positivo, ci ritorneremo.

Gentile Salvatore, ringraziandola per la recensione, devo precisare che la colazione è sempre inclusa per i miei ospiti. Non solo, ma la mia colazione è uno dei pilastri del mio B&B, apprezzata da tutti. Contrariamente a molte strutture analoghe, che soprattutto in epoca covid19 omettono di offrire la colazione (a volte offrono un buono da spendere in un bar), io mi sono strutturato per continuare ad offrire ai miei ospiti le mie colazioni, che preparo personalmente la mattina, intrattenendomi con i miei ospiti, e rispettando tutte le prescrizioni covid19. Un impegno certo, ma anche i grande piacere. Quindi non riesco a capire le sue parole in merito alla colazione.. In ogni caso grazie per il suo soggiorno!

La struttura è molto accogliente e silenziosa e molto vicino alla stazione del metrò. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile verso i bisogni dell'ospite, ma in modo discreto. La camera era pulitissima e confortevole. Da consigliare. Ci ritornerò.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Colfelice due notti in occasione di un corso di aggiornamento professionale ed è stata davvero una bella esperienza. La struttura è accogliente e ben collegata con il centro e con la stazione termini, la camera ed il bagno privato puliti e dotati di ogni comfort, la colazione ricca ed abbondante. Il signor Evaristo, gestore del B&B, è una persona gentilissima e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Ho già prenotato il prossimo soggiorno!

My partner and I stayed at B&B Colfelice on a friends recommendation and I'm extremely glad that we did! The room was a great size and decorated really nicely, the breakfast provided was plentiful and very nice and the general feel of the B&B was warm and welcoming. It was ideally suited to hop on to the metro to get to the centre and visit "Ancient Rome", and sights such as the Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain / Pantheon as well as generally getting around Rome. The local area is not touristy and so you feel like you are staying in "real" Rome, rather then if you were in a hotel right by the main sites. Also, Evaristo was exceedingly helpful especially with how to get to the B&B from the airport which made everything a lot easier upon arrival.

Siamo stati nel B&b di Evaristo, che da subito ci ha accolti con calore, fornendoci anche informazioni di ogni genere su trasporti, attrazioni, curiosità ecc. Ci è bastato uno sguardo per capire fin da subito che il proprietario ci mette impegno e passione, curando la struttura nei dettagli. Ci teniamo a precisare che anche se da fuori il palazzo può sembrare un po' vecchiotto, all'interno il B&b è arredato con mobili moderni e con gusto! Tocco di classe, la bottiglia di buonissimo Chianti trovata in camera come regalo di benvenuto che poi abbiamo sorseggiato una sera sul gradevole terrazzino della nostra camera. La colazione è abbondante e c'è un'ampia scelta, inoltre Evaristo è sempre pronto ad andare incontro alle eventuali necessità dei clienti (orari, intolleranze/allergie, ecc...). Se torneremo a Roma sicuramente pernotteremo al B&b Colfelice!

Ottimo B&B, vicino alla metro, gli spostamenti così sono semplici e rapidi, il gestore è simpatico e molto disponibile, da ottimi consigli su cosa visitare fornendo anche i siti di riferimento, bottiglia di benvenuto, bollitore in camera, scelta della colazione, discrezione, pulizia ed ottimo prezzo. Io mi sono trovata benissimo.

Andare in b&b, eravamo perplessi, ma il BB Colfelice, ci ha lasciati con la più grande soddisfazione. Si comincia dalla simpatia e disponibilità del gestore Mr. Evaristo. Appena entrati in camera, si nota un vassoio di caramelle, ed una bottiglia di vino con relativi calici, offerti dalla struttura. (Non li abbiamo consumati). Disponibile una teiera con 5 tipi differenti di tea Twininings, il bagno con asciugamani per faccia bidet, doccia. 5 bustine di shampoo, 5 bottigliette di bagnoschiuma. Un rasoio, ed uno spazzolino da denti imbustati. Roba mai vista prima. La colazione: un cornetto freschissimo, vari tipi di marmelate, fette biscottate e meraviglia delle merav iglie, caffè con la moka B ialetti. Il caffè come a casa propria, ottimo. Che dire, siamo stati benissimo, e voglio fare i complimenti a Mr Evaristo. Certamente un'altra volta a Roma, ritorneremo al BB Colfelice.

Struttura davvero bella ed accogliente. A pochissimi passi dalla metro (fermata colli Albani) questo B&B risiede in una zona poco trafficata e molto silenziosa e permette di vivere la vacanza in piena tranquillità. Poi a 10 minuti di metro si arriva agevolmente in centro. Il gestore, Evaristo, è davvero una persona ottima e molto attento anche ai dettagli. Ahh, una cosa: prenoto una camera matrimoniale per Pasqua dell'anno prossimo. Comunque davvero una bella struttura. Complimenti.

Allora.. Ho soggiornato molto a Roma e ne ho visti di B&B, posso dire con mia grande stupore e soddisfazione che ho trovato insieme a mia moglie un posticino veramente accogliente e arredato con gusto. La prima impressione è stata immediatamente quella di essere in un posto che invita a rilassarsi come se fosse un luogo famigliare. Tutto nei dettagli e nella cura della scelta dei particolari non può che identificarlo come a un piccolo gioello. Evaristo, il gestore è una persona di una disponibilità a tratti DISARMANTE! Ha una soluzione per ogni necessità che si possa presentare ad un ospite soggiornante!Posso garantire avendo vissuto in prima persona un episodio in particolare del suo privato, che non lo fa per convenienza ma davvero per sua indole. È una persona che merita la fiducia di ogni ospite che desidera un posto per soggiornare rigenerandosi in una piccola oasi nei cieli di Roma. Alla prossima Evaristo! Alessandro e Andrea.

Talvolta bisogna affidarsi al caso o alle sensazioni.. per far centro. Mi sono ritrovato ad alloggiare in questo B&B sito nella zona colli Albani, nello specifico a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, posizione strategica eccezionale. Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, un' armonia elegante e calda di colori, materiali e profumi; il raffinato livello estetico arricchito dalla praticità di una tv lcd a parete, connessione wifi e via cavo e cassetta di sicurezza elettronica. Poi ho conosciuto ed ho fatto sempre grandi abbuffate a colazione con il proprietario; quando una persona ci mette passione e serietà, perfezionismo e cordialità, il risultato non può essere che una macchina perfetta, nello specifico, non può che essere B&B Colfelice.

Siamo stati 4 notti in questo piccolo B&b romano.. per NOI è stato il TOP: - posizione - a due passi dalla fermata metro Colli Albani- comodissimo! - camere bellissime e ben arredate, oltra ad essere nuove - pulizia camera davvero ottima..rientrare e sentire quel profumo di pulito..mmmhh come essere a casa. - Evaristo è una persona squisita e molto disponibile, cellulare sempre acceso per ogni evenienza e contento di ricevere suggerimenti. - Colazione OTTIMA. Evaristo lascia una lista dove si può segnare giorno per giorno cosa si vuole per colazione, oltre ovviamente le cose a buffet..molto comoda per segnare le quantità e le preferenze, anche per non sprecare troppe cose. - prezzo 60Euro a notte- OTTIMO Di sicuro sarà il NS punto di riferimento per soggiorni romani, siamo davvero contenti di averlo trovato!! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo week-end. La struttura è molto accogliente, pulitissima e il gestore Evaristo è molto ospitale. Ottima l'abbondantissima e ricchissima colazione! Lo consigliamo anche a coppie con bimbi è molto accogliente. Vicinissima la fermata della metro principale. Lo consigliamo a tutti e non mancheremo di tornarci nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Roma.

Sono contenta di aver trovato un nido meraviglioso a Roma che frequento spesso, è a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro e Evaristo è gentilissimo e disponibile, le camere molto curate.. fantastico il mega box doccia e i saponi, il terrazzo con i gerani ha un atmosfera romantica e la mattina, dopo aver scelto la sera la colazione veramente su misura ti svegli con il profumo del caffè, non vedo l'ora di tornare.

Avendo soggiornato più volte in B&B a Roma le mie aspettative erano basse; quindi il mio stupore è stato grandissimo nel trovarmi ospite in questa struttura: la camera deliziosa, pulitissima, accogliente, col suo terrazzino attrezzato, non manca niente; tutto completamente nuovo; dulcis in fundo una deliziosa colazione.. una dolce coccola..

Evaristo è una persona fantastica!! si è persino offerto di venirmi a prendere all'aeroporto. La stanza è bellissima, progettata da lui che è architetto. Si viene accolti dal profumo già all'ingresso del palazzo, e poi nel B&B. La Posizione è davvero strategica, la notte è completamente silenziosa (non facile da trovare a ROMA) ma a 70 m dalla metro linea A. Grazie Evaristo Grazie internet!!
