Thank you very much Paolo! It was such a pleasure meeting you. The homemade breakfast is delicious, the room is cosy, beautiful and clean. It was the ideal pause from our van trip to rest. The hike on mount Circeo is incredible too and I can imagine that during high season it must be even more fun to stay here. I 100% recommend Paolo’s B&B if you like human exchanges.

We had the pleasure of staying at B&B Circeèa for the Easter weekend. Could not have had a more enjoyable stay! Paolo and his wife are fantastic hosts and made us feel like we were part of the family. They provided a delicious Easter breakfast with homemade specialties (Pastiera Napolitana) and homemade kumquat and lemonade marmalade to go with our brioche. We really enjoyed learning more about the history of the area, the Maga Circe and how it fits into the story of the Odyssey. The B&B was delightful! Super clean, lovely decor and close to the beach, downtown, hiking and more. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful surprise. The place was clean, near to the beach and the breakfast awesome. But most of all Paolo and his family are the real asset: it’s not easy to find anything like that when it’s down to hosting. He advised us on restaurants, things to see, place to go (or not) and looked after us throughout our stay. We’ll be back!

Paolo and his team are simply amazing. Breakfast with homemade baked goods and homemade jams is very delicious. Whether it's renting bikes, tips for excursions, or going out to eat, Paolo is always there with advice and support. Apartment, garden, breakfast terrace, everything is very lovingly decorated. The location to the sea is within walking distance, the beach and sun loungers are very nice. A small downside is the location a bit outside the village, unfortunately the restaurants are not within walking distance. But that is also the only one. We had a great vacation. Thank you !!

We stayed two nights in October at this wonderful property. The B&B is impeccable: clean, bright, quiet and has private parking. But it is the host, Paolo, who really makes the difference: always present, kind, full of useful advice and passionate about his work. Breakfast was superb, served on a beautiful sun‑drenched terrace, with fresh genuine products served by Paolo himself. Ten stars, top!

We stayed for three nights with the very kind Paolo, whose courtesy and friendliness set him apart. He was always available for any information. Breakfast was served by Paolo himself and not buffet-style, in a spectacular area of the B&B and, even though it was served, you could request whatever you wanted by looking at the charming chalkboards displayed. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. A fantastic feature: the B&B is just a short walk from the sea with the option of a private beach club and a free beach where the owner has some umbrellas available (not always, but convenient) at a good price. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the beautiful Circeo area.

We booked this property based on previous positive reviews and can only confirm everything. The B&B is a five-minute walk from the sea. The property is very nice, well organized and above all has private parking. Our room Cariddi was spacious, clean and had a beautiful terrace. Finally, Paolo is very kind and friendly and tries to meet all his guests' requests. We also requested a cot for children. Breakfast is simple, with genuine, homemade ingredients. If we return to the Circeo, we will definitely stay at Circeèa! Thank you, Paolo!

The property is very beautiful and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and above all very clean. This B&B is recommended for those seeking peace and relaxation. It is a very short distance from the sea, where you can rent an umbrella at an affiliated beach establishment. Breakfast is served on a small terrace with background music and a choice of sweet or savory made on the spot and always fresh. The owner Paolo deserves a 10 for his friendliness, availability and kindness. You need a car to get around for everything else, but everything is still nearby. We have only one suggestion: Paolo, install mosquito nets! Highly recommended.

Great property, both as a seaside holiday and as a base for visits to the other charming places of the Gulf of Circeo. The place inspires the serenity and calm sought in a beach holiday. Because of the attention to detail and the Greek references, it feels like being in Santorini. The host welcomes you with kindness and friendliness, assists you and advises you about places, services, itineraries and the excellent local cuisine, both seafood and land dishes. Top experience! My son and I spent two days in June at this delightful B&B a short walk from the sea and we fell in love with it. Everything was perfect! The location enjoys an excellent position: an equipped beach and services such as a bar, minimarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop and restaurants. Run by Paolo and his family, it offers a stay of relaxation and tranquility. The rooms are finely cared for and extremely clean; you feel at home, like family. Not to mention the breakfast offered and prepared with top-quality products. My son immediately loved the hot pancakes made to order, the chocolate pastries and the giant croissants to fill with every kind of jam produced by them. Homemade cakes and pastries every morning are served on a delightful little terrace accompanied by tasteful background music. An added and far from obvious advantage is the covered parking that the property provides. We were so enchanted that I booked a week in August as well and it was more than a holiday: we returned as a family and now that the holidays are over I take home the memory of an experience that stole our hearts. Congratulations on everything and we will definitely see each other soon!

Beautiful things, simple pleasures, kind people. I chose this destination for a weekend, quickly, without too much thinking. My friend and I were lucky. An enchanting place, marine-themed, well thought out in every detail, from the furnishings to the rich breakfast. The owners are extremely helpful, kind, amiable conversationalists, and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do. Nothing is left to chance. There is a covered and well-kept parking space, a very welcoming garden with armchairs and small tables. The sea is right next to it, in a very beautiful, airy, and green view. You can reach the village by car in a few minutes. Finally, the overall price was more than advantageous for the quality of service and human relationship. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The property is very nice, every detail is taken care of. It has parking and the owner is very kind and nice. If we really want to find a flaw, it is the lack of electrical outlets to charge the phone, laptop, or tablet (we had to unplug the bedside lamp).

Extreme availability even in the morning when he dedicates some of his time to customers during breakfast, which is selected and genuine. Highly recommended for a short or medium stay at Circeo.

This is the second time we are staying in this structure and the owner Paolo with his wonderful family makes us feel really at home and for us Neapolitans this great hospitality represents a free cuddle. The bed and breakfast is very comfortable, new, clean, and convenient. Convenient location, close to the sea, the market, the fish shop, ice cream shop, pizzeria, bar and a few kilometers from the center. The breakfast is very delicious and satisfying, the products are fresh and at zero kilometers, prepared and served every morning by Paolo and his daughter. If I really have to find a flaw, I would suggest moving the breakfast time to at least 7:30.

I spent 5 nights at this property. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and with parking facilities. It is a family-run establishment, and Paolo and his family really made me feel at home - you can see they care about what they do. Large and really well-organized room: they even provided a small drying rack at the bathroom window and an indoor one. A complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Paolo is extremely kind and ready to help by providing advice on places to visit and restaurants for dinner. Breakfast served at the table in a veranda on the small terrace with croissants, homemade cakes, the possibility of eggs cooked on request, exquisite jams... Choice between milk, soy milk, or oat milk. Reserved parking for guests of the property.

We stayed at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast for a couple of days to visit the splendid Terracina. The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the Bed & Breakfast, making the guest feel at home. The location is convenient, close to the sea where there is both an establishment with all services and a free beach! Beachfront B&B, a very rare thing to find in San Felice Circeo and well connected by car to the center just a few minutes away. Across the street, there is the excellent establishment at the Marina, where you can use some beach umbrellas reserved for the B&B. Paolo the owner: a truly exquisite person who gives many excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. Excellent breakfast! Mythical croissants and all the homemade sweets that vary every morning. Our room for four, la Circe, very spacious, clean and well-kept, we will definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality.

The structure is located in a good position, about 200 meters from the sea. The cleanliness is adequate and the room is acceptable, except for the slightly dated bed and the pillows full of imperfections and very high. The shower works well with easily adjustable hot water. Negative note for the unsuitable toilet seat, which makes noise every time you sit on it. Breakfast offers two choices: salty with toast and eggs, or sweet with a homemade tart and a croissant for everyone. Do not try to ask for any extras, otherwise you will receive a clear refusal. The cereals are in plain sight, but there is a lack of a jug with milk, both cow's and soy. Perhaps the host thinks that cereals are eaten dry. The rental of sunbeds and umbrellas from the establishment in front is quite expensive (40 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella). It is partly managed by the B&B host who will give you a discount, which in my opinion is fake. In fact, arriving at 15:30 on the beach, he made me pay the full price. In conclusion, if you are not very critical, the structure could be fine. However, the sea of Circeo this year, due to the rough seas, leaves something to be desired.

The property is well cared for in every detail, and the air-conditioned rooms are spacious, allowing for long stays. The proximity to the sea, reachable on foot in 4 minutes without the need for car travel, is an additional plus. But the real highlight is the morning breakfast with homemade cakes and organic jams produced by Paolo who, besides being a passionate host, is always ready to meet the needs of those staying with him. I would recommend a stay of at least a week.

We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast in avanscoperta, in the sense that I have a Training Academy and create small trips in Italy to bring the practices that students learn during training into everyday life, for this reason I search for magical places to hold workshops in nature. When I plan a trip, I need tourist facilities that have the energetic qualities to lead people to experience the harmony and peace that we will work with in nature. The Bed and Breakfast CircEèa Beach has this "Magic" and more. It has cleanliness in the rooms and common areas, a well-kept garden, shaded parking and a location that makes it truly valuable. The breakfast offered by the owner Paolo is fantastic and plentiful, with jams, cakes, croissants, and more. At this point, I have decided to return with the students of the Academy next year and keep it as a reference point for the Eidos Travel, knowledge - culture, and magic.

Highly recommended property, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, just cross the street. Ample parking at the back, with greenery and silence. Quiet area, with some services nearby (market, pizzeria, fish shop, ice cream bar), 5 minutes by car from the historic center and the port of San Felice. I liked the beach in front more than the others in the area, clean water, rocks that protect from the currents, relaxing. Paolo was very kind and helpful and his wife has golden hands because every day she let us taste different homemade cakes and sweets. Congratulations, you made us want to come back, no negative notes. Until next time.

Beautiful property just a stone's throw from the sea. The property is very beautiful, clean, with shaded parking. My room was on the ground floor and I suggest choosing the larger ones. Excellent breakfast on a very nice terrace.

What can I say... Fantastic and welcoming! We had two rooms, one located on the ground floor with a small private patio, perfect for us because we had a dog, the second on the upper floor also with a small patio below. We had a great time. Riccardo is a great host, he didn't miss anything, starting from the breakfast full of homemade products by his wife! A few meters from the sea, about 5 minutes on foot. We will definitely come back!

A beautiful structure well managed by Paolo and his son. The room (Nausicaa) is spacious, furnished simply and equipped with a great bed/mattress. But the highlight is the breakfast: HOMEMADE delicious cakes and jams, served on a nice terrace and accompanied by the pleasant company of Mr. Paolo. Convenient shaded parking. The room was very spacious and the bathroom large and bright. The owner was very kind. I found myself very well. It could certainly be improved for the price requested (being still low season, the room cost was medium-high, I would say). For example, they could provide placemats for breakfast in the rooms with kitchenette where breakfast is not included in the price and provide some more products in the bathroom, besides soap. Also, the hot water takes a bit of time to arrive... Apart from this, I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant stay in this property a few meters from the sea, in a quiet area but close to the center. What made the difference, and made our stay special, was the kindness and hospitality of Paolo, a perfect host, and the breakfast that was offered to us, with homemade jams and cakes prepared by Paolo's wife. Paolo, the manager, is a delightful, hospitable, and friendly person. He welcomed us and guided us for our excursions, he was present and solved a temporary issue we had found in the accommodation.

In some cases more than 10 would have been needed for the rating, for example for the courtesy and hospitality of Paolo, the owner and manager, for the excellent breakfasts served with many homemade sweets by Paolo's wife with local products, for the sense of care and attention to detail that is perceived throughout the structure, but it was not foreseen as a score. A truly excellent location in a strategic position not too far from the center (by car or shuttle) and 200 meters from the beach. Very convenient private internal parking. The structure, consisting of apartments and B&B rooms, is equipped with a patio and a beautiful square veranda where breakfast is served, as well as a very convenient pergola parking. In my opinion, it is strategically located in a very quiet area, yet not far from the center (obviously by car), 300 meters from the sea easily reachable on foot. My spacious and comfortable suite Scilla room is furnished in perfect maritime style with paintings and lamps that recall the sea, cleaned and arranged properly every day. The manager, Mr. Paolo, is an exquisite, polite, and welcoming person, it is a pleasure to chat with him while he serves breakfast with the help of his collaborators. His indications and advice on places to visit (also in relation to weather conditions), where to eat, typical products and where to find them were very valuable to me. The breakfast, abundant and varied, finds its strength in the embarrassment of choice among the exquisite sweets that his wife prepares every day, served with a wide selection of homemade jams. The value for money is definitely excellent… If I were to return to San Felice, I would have no doubts, I would definitely stay at the B&B CircEea.

I stayed at the property in early July 2021 for two nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The owner is very kind and extremely helpful. The room is nice and well-structured with a small kitchenette that has a fridge, sink, and two gas burners, there is little but enough. We slept in the Scilla room, four of us (two adults and two children) and it was a bit tight even though it wasn't exaggerated, but for two/three days it's doable. Outside there is a shaded patio where you can eat... maybe it's too hot for lunch, but it's nice in the evening. Overall, I would definitely go back if I happen to be in San Felice di Circeo.

We spent two fantastic days at CircEèa Beach B&B, a delightful Bed & Breakfast managed by Paolo and his family with great courtesy and attention to detail. The CircEèa Beach B&B structure is lovely and welcoming, offering the opportunity to spend time in complete serenity and total privacy. The room, comfortable and functional, allowed us to stay comfortably, thanks to the available services, such as an en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and fridge, and daily cleaning. We were greeted by Mr. Paolo impeccably and with great availability, who provided us with useful information for our short tourist tour and excellent advice on places to visit, activities, and dining establishments. Another strong point is the breakfast, abundant and varied, meeting personal needs, but enriched by a selection of homemade sweets and jams that delighted us. Therefore, highly recommended by us, also for its very favorable location, close to both the sea and the main points of interest in the area. The internal parking, Wi-Fi connection, and the possibility to pay on-site, without advance payment, with an excellent value for money complete everything. Without a doubt, a beautiful mother-daughter experience, positive and pleasant, which allowed us to have fun but also to relax, just as we had imagined.

Host and very kind homeowners. We stayed in the Dependence of their house and it was all new, well-kept, and super clean. Also great use of the kitchen and the private outdoor space adjacent to the dependance. I cannot help but mention the excellent and homemade breakfast, on a beautiful terrace, and the Labrador Bella. Although there is no balcony, there is a convenient laundry rack outside the bathroom window. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, with homemade cakes and jams, freshly baked croissants, and yogurt with a wide variety of cereals.
