We both loved the cozy, friendly, comfortable and welcoming. We felt at home. Highly recommended! Lia recommended a great restaurant close by. We loved experiencing Rome with the locals.

Beb in a quiet and peaceful residential complex, ideal for those who need to go to the Olympic Stadium area. Rooms well furnished, clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owner is very helpful. Self-service breakfast but complete with everything and there are also dishes in case you want to cook something. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was beautiful. Mrs. Lia, the owner, was very welcoming and kind. The room was welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the terrace on the top floor is simply stunning, with the dome of St. Peter's that, illuminated at night, is fascinating. If I have the opportunity and luck, I will definitely stay there again.

Stay August 2022; ideal location for those interested in events at the Foro Italico, but also very close to Piazza del Popolo and the center of the Capital. Warm and familiar welcome. Quiet location in an urban setting but within a large communal garden. Recommended for families. We will definitely return.

Lia is kind and helpful. The property is in a great location and very clean, excellent air conditioning. To improve the mattresses and pillows and maybe the breakfast with some homemade cake.

Structure in a quiet location and rooms/breakfast room tastefully furnished. Welcoming and pleasant environment. We would have expected a slightly richer breakfast, but otherwise highly recommended!
