Due to some unexpected reasons, I contacted Francesca very late. Thanks very much for her quick reply and giving me a lot of advice on travel planning. Francesca is always very thoughtful and meticulous, which made us have a pleasant vacation. The apartment is very quiet and close to the subway station or bus station. It also has direct bus to the airport. Breakfast is provided in the morning. I like the vintage furniture and paintings in the room. Francesca has the highly artistic taste that makes the room very cute and warm. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

Francesca is an incredibly nice woman. We felt at home. The apartment is cozy and clean. Near the Vatican and the city center, 5 minutes from the bus stop to the airport. I definitely recommend it.

We were very happy with the place. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, which is very unusual close to a metro station. The flat is really nicely decorated, you feel the the spirit of the eternal city. Breakfast was provided in a cafe bar just around the corner. Probably I should start with the host, Francesca who is a great person and a very good host :) She is available for any question and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Francesca is an absolutely fantastic host. It was our first time in Rome and found the location to be perfect with the Metro a few steps away. Francesca was also a great tour guide providing detailed advice on where to go etc.

We had a great stay and Francesca is a wonderful host. Very clean, comfortable, everything you need, easy access, good breakfast and Francesca gave us a map, marked out a route, bus number, bus stop and schedule to the airport, so that made it very easy for us. Very nice and clean place, super close to the metro station. Private bathroom in the hallway. Heaters, window, coffee machine and water available. Host extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast at the nearby bar also good and fresh.

Our first proper Bed and Breakfast experience and we can safely vouch that all of our expectations were met. Having only had hostel and Airbnb experiences before, we wanted to experience staying in an actual home in a residential neighborhood where people live ordinary lives away from the chaos of honeypot sites. No words would appreciate Francesca enough, for her meticulous dedication in providing subtle yet intricate details to get around the city, her hospitality and the work she has put to keep her place as homey as it can get with delicate art pieces (which we definitely acknowledge). We were also pleasantly impressed by her Bookcrossing initiative and it kept us engrossed in checking out the books and magazines the Bed and Breakfast has gotten so far. Her recommendations on restaurants helped us have some good time without figuring out places ourselves. We hold this place in high regard and we would definitely be back:) \n~Rafael and Daryll.

Excellent place! Francesca is such a warm, generous and hospitable hostess. She made me feel so welcome, gave me lots of travel tips on Rome, and was very helpful in general. The place is kept immaculately clean, it's quiet, and it's located very close to a Metro station. It also has a very cozy feel, with tons of books, both in English and Italian. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

This was such a fantastic place to stay in Rome. The room was spacious, clean, charming and comfortable and located close to the Metro line that takes you directly into the centre. The host, Francesca made the B&B that extra bit special. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Giving us the best recommendations for dinner and things to do in Rome. Words don't do her hospitality justice. Will definitely return if we visit Rome again. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

We had a very great time in Aurelio Aquilone B&B. It was a home away from home and Francesca was a unique host and a great friend. We really enjoyed our stay. Because of our schedule, there were a few mornings we had to leave really early so we didn’t have breakfast those days. But the days we did, it was perfect. A great start to the day. Will stay there again when we come back.

We required a Bed & Breakfast in this area and we couldn't have done better, very safe and secure, close to the Metro with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Francesca, our host, was very helpful and welcoming, our room was amazing with a king-size bed and furnished wonderfully.

She offers you many delicate attentions and small services, and I felt at home, but better! Furthermore, the apartment is large and spacious, with a magnificent terrace. In a quiet area, you can rest peacefully after your long days of walking in Rome and wake up to enjoy a good breakfast waiting for you, prepared with great care and with a big smile. You are close to a metro exit 2-3 stops from the Vatican and its museums. You will have the advantage of residential tranquility and proximity to the city. Ideal.

We really liked the accommodation! They gave us a voucher to have breakfast at the corner bar, the room is small but very comfortable, the bathroom is large. It is located a few steps from the metro. They gave us a discount voucher for a restaurant and the food was really good. We went during Easter and they gave us an Easter bunny, a beautiful gesture! The manager is a genius, she recommended where to go, what to visit, what to avoid, a very good host!

Francesca is a wonderful host and very attentive to details. The room and the house are amazing, perfect cleanliness and very comfortable. The suite bathroom is fantastic, the bed very comfortable, and overall very cozy. Easy access to metro, bus, and train, shops and restaurants. Everything was wonderful! Francesca is an incredible host; very caring and organized our entire tour itinerary, very kind and loving. The delicious breakfast with various options, very good coffee from the coffee maker and a cozy space for breakfast. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious, we loved everything.

My stay at Aurelio Aquilone B&B was very pleasant. Mrs. Francesca was cordial and available from the very beginning for any need. The property's location, very close to the Baldo degli Ubaldi Metro stop, is strategic and very convenient for reaching both the city center and Termini station. I also appreciated the bathroom available to me outside the room, which was very large and spacious. I would gladly return.

Francesca's house is very welcoming, my room is large with a beautiful bathroom and a small balcony. There is a room available for guests with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookies, and teas offered. Francesca is very kind and caring, making her guests feel at home. I will definitely come back to her next time I go to Rome.

The triple room is spacious and pleasant. Francesca, the owner, very kind and a valuable source of information. The location is not central but well served by public transport and the area is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is at the nearby bar. However, there are a kettle, cups, herbal teas, sugar, and honey available, so you can organize yourself well. There is even a sewing kit for guests! Highly recommended!

Francesca was a truly fantastic guest. Kind, helpful, and friendly. She warmly welcomed us, we had a chat and she provided us with directions and tips to explore the city. \nShe was always very responsive to our messages and asked us how things were going. \nHer love for Rome is evident. \nThe apartment is clean and welcoming (and in my opinion very nice), it perfectly matches the photos and is located just a few minutes from the metro, which easily takes you to the center of Rome. \nWe had a great time, I highly recommend it. \nThank you Francesca for everything!

The Aurelio Aquilone B&B is in a strategic location, easily reachable by metro directly from Termini station but also by bus when tired after a visit in the center. Francesca, our host, was very kind and available for all recommendations and granted us a super late check-out which allowed us to use the entire day without carrying our luggage around. The area is quiet and safe even at night, you can walk without fears. Therefore, suitable for families and solo women. Room and bathroom perfectly clean. Comfortable bed, wardrobe with many hangers. Breakfast is served at an affiliated bar, but for those who wish, it is possible to have it on-site using the numerous facilities, and also enjoy a tea upon returning from a visit. Filtered water, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave available. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at the Aurelio Aquilone B&B for three nights and we were very satisfied. It has a homely atmosphere, the environment is intimate and very peaceful. The location turned out to be excellent and with the metro and bus we could easily move around. Mrs. Francesca welcomed us providing all the information and useful tips for our visit and was always kind and very helpful. We would gladly return if we were to come back to Rome in the future!

I stayed two nights with my husband and my 9-year-old son, the owner was helpful and very kind especially with my son who had fun planning the visit to Rome day by day with her. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable with a truly fantastic bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub to use after a busy but wonderful day among the streets of Rome. Very convenient also for the use of metro and buses. In short, absolutely recommend as they recommended to me.

Clean and well-furnished rooms. Superb bathroom, with a spectacular shower and a whirlpool tub. Varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent location of the property, the metro is practically under the house (also always under the house you can find a pharmacy, bar, more than one market, and a beautiful shopping center). Mrs. Francesca is very kind and helpful.

Located just 3 minutes from the Metro and well served by buses. Extremely clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed. Cozy, quiet, and peaceful house. The manager was thorough in answering my questions before booking, providing me with many useful, precise, and concrete indications. Also, affiliated with a nearby restaurant: very nice, great price, delicious food, not to be missed. Available for every request during the stay, highly recommended.

More than positive experience. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious and clean, provided with everything necessary in terms of bed linen and toiletries. The bathroom is fully stocked with personal care products without skimping on quantity. For breakfast, everything needed to prepare coffee, milk, or tea is provided to accompany a good selection of sweet and savory products. In all this, in my opinion, what stands out is the courtesy and great cordiality of the owners. We felt at home. A heartfelt thank you to these two people!
