I just got back home and I already miss this place. From the first message I understood I was in great hands: quick replies, very clear check-in instructions and that feeling of truly being expected, not treated like "just another booking". The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. Spotless, cared for in every detail and with those little touches that make the difference: coffee in the room, a couple of tips on good places to eat nearby (and they were all spot on, by the way). The bed is very comfortable, you cannot hear a sound at night and beautiful light comes in in the morning. I felt calm and at home from the first minute. The location is perfect too, a short walk from the center but quiet enough to really rest. The host was kind and present at the right level, available for anything without ever being intrusive. If you are looking for a place to really feel good, book without hesitation. I will definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

The best room I have ever stayed in while in Rome. The owners are extremely welcoming and always willing to accommodate guests' needs. The location of the property allows you to reach St. Peter's Basilica within a few minutes on foot. Furthermore, the area is quiet and well served by various amenities nearby.

A very pleasant location to stay, 10 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square and the Castle of the Angels. A number of very nice restaurants around the corner.
