Is it a property or an apartment? Kitchenette with power strips placed on the sink. There is no bidet nor a handheld shower for personal hygiene. The description says it is close to the fair, but it is not. The only positive aspect is that they allowed us to leave our luggage before the 2 p.m. check-in.

Lovely room with all the comforts.

Property located in a quiet area and close to the fair. The host was kind and accommodating to requests, including a gluten-free breakfast. Nice little terrace for eating outdoors. Good value for money. I recommend it.

I expected better, but it is adequate.

Small room for three people, terrible value for money. Geckos in the room and lots of mosquitoes. Uncomfortable beds. A real disappointment for the price paid. Absolutely not recommended.

However old and very neglected, the rooms are at the limit of claustrophobic. Dealing with the owner is not exactly a pleasant thing, although I have never seen her, I understood that it's not good. Fortunately, her employee Pamela is a down-to-earth and available person who, although only minimally, understands all this disaster. The owner had the barbaric courage to ask me for a supplement to store my luggage on the morning of check-out, when she already knew I would have a work commitment. Paying for luggage storage would have made sense in a hotel, in a B&B, or in any other "structure" that could be called such, it is evident that this is not the case.

Despite a misunderstanding with the owner, I felt very good. Quiet area, the rooms and bathroom were clean and the room was spacious. A bit inconvenient location for those who, like us, came by train.

The property is located in a very sought-after area, especially regarding the competitions at the fair in Rome. However, the fair is not easily reachable on foot (about 35/40 minutes), while the proximity to the station is still appreciated (about 15 minutes on foot). The room, although very small, is still clean and tidy. The only downsides were the owner's lack of professionalism in providing the keybox code (she simply forgot it), the WiFi that was not working, the cold water due to the boiler being off (I turned it back on myself), and the TV not working. It is understandable that there are these small shortcomings because, in my opinion, it is a property that works a lot, especially during competitions or fairs, and therefore not all year round. It lacks a bit of organization and the price is too high for the property.

I stayed for an entire day as I had the Bar exam. The structure is comfortable, clean, and quiet just a few minutes from both the fair center and the shopping center.

I stayed for one night in this structure, 15 minutes on foot from Parco Leonardo and 10 minutes on foot from the first mobile police department (place where I had to go the next day for a competition). The structure is very welcoming, clean and has all the necessary services. The owner is kind and helpful. The place where it is located is really quiet. I highly recommend it for both those who are just passing through and those who need to stay a little longer.

The accommodation turned out to be very clean and equipped with everything needed, albeit for a short stay. The distance is not excessive to reach the shopping center and Parco Leonardo station, which leads both to the Fiumicino airport and to the Fiera Roma stop for those attending a fair. The owner of the property made herself available with kindness and courtesy for any of my needs. Mrs. Loredana, I am very grateful for her kindness and immense kindness. Perfect structure for those who need to attend events at the Fiera, which is less than two kilometers away. Additionally, there is a shopping center less than 500 meters away where you can also do grocery shopping. Spacious, clean room equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable experience. The owner is a lovely person, extremely helpful and attentive to customer needs. If I were to stay in that area again, I would not hesitate to return to this structure.

The property, located in a very quiet residential area, although furnished very simply, is clean and equipped with everything necessary. The location allows you to easily reach both the shopping center and the north entrance of the Rome fair center on foot. Mrs. Loredana, extremely kind and courteous, was of great help even in resolving a small incident that occurred late at night.

The apartment is in a great location near the Fiera di Roma, a large shopping center, and Parco Leonardo train station. The structure is clean and welcoming. The rooms, also very clean, have a comfortable terrace. The owner, Mrs. Loredana, was very kind and caring.

Me and my colleagues went to Rome for a competition. We decided to take a triple room near Alla Fiera di Roma apartment. Loredana's apartment met all our needs: close to the competition venue reachable on foot or by train (just one stop), for groceries or shopping there is a huge shopping center available. Also within walking distance is Parco Leonardo station, from there you can move around and reach Rome in no time. And what about Loredana? Beautiful, fantastic, welcoming, very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright. Nothing is missing in the common areas: WiFi, TV, a moka always available (it saved our lives in these review days), microwave oven etc... Highly recommended! We will be back!

Very cozy apartment, close to the airport, just a few minutes from Parco Leonardo stop and the shopping center. Highly recommended for those who need to go to Alla Fiera di Roma apartment, which is about 20 minutes walk away, but can also be reached by bus and train. The place is very clean and equipped with all the amenities, spacious living room with a sofa and table, and a kitchen available. The owner is very kind and especially willing to meet my schedule needs. Absolutely recommended.

Great location. Well-structured and clean apartment with double services. The B&B is very close to the airport and about 15/20 minutes from the center of Rome, which is connected through public service. Quiet and silent area, free from annoying noises or traffic. A few minutes walk away is an excellent shopping center. The stay costs are more than affordable. I stayed there for four days with my wife and daughter and we unanimously recommend it.

The accommodation, located on the ground floor, is very spacious and equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a large living room. It also has a TV, a fridge, and small ovens. It is located near the Fiera di Roma, so in 10 minutes on foot you can reach a little train that takes you to Termini station or close to a metro stop if you arrive by plane. I was in the car, so I would leave it in the first multi-storey car park at the end of metro line B and I was fine. For me, it's located in a good place to do everything I needed. When I return to Rome, I will definitely take it back. The owner is a helpful person.

Great location near one of Rome's largest shopping centers and the train that takes you to Trastevere station. From there, you can take tram number 8 which in about 10 minutes takes you to the center. It is also very close to the airport, which can be easily reached by taking the bus that passes by the house. The apartment is bright, clean, and with all the comforts. And what about the owner, a very nice and friendly lady. I recommend it.

Excellent location for its proximity to Fiumicino airport and a stone's throw from the little train that takes you to Trastevere Station from where, with tram 8, the city center is only 10 minutes away.

Very clean apartment located in a very nice area. It is possible to reach the city center by train, the station is 5 minutes from the apartment. The host has always been very helpful and has met our every need. I recommend it.
