There were many great things about this place - we mainly liked the new furniture, the location, stove and the comfortable bed! One thing that may not be for everyone is the view into the (rather ugly) inner courtyard, which means there is not a lot of natural light in the apartment. Kitchen towels and salt/pepper would have been useful. In general we were very pleased, though, and we loved the lively neighborhood.

We stayed from June 18 to June 21. We had a great time, firstly the owner was very kind, very helpful and clear about everything. Very nice apartment, ideal for families and equipped with all services. Great location, in a neighborhood with great restaurants, supermarkets, bars. Close to the metro that takes you to the Colosseum in a few minutes. I recommend it! Regards.

I stayed in Rome for a couple of days and needed comfortable accommodation for services and transport. The area, although not in the city center, is easily reachable from Termini station and has places for breakfast and dinner. The room with a private bathroom was clean and tidy. The cost is definitely lower than some crazy prices in the center, so I recommend it if you're looking for an economical solution.

It was the first time we used a bed & breakfast and I must say that my husband and I were skeptical. We stayed for two nights with my family (2 adults and 2 children) and we must say that we are very satisfied, Mrs. Francesca is very kind and helpful! Impeccable services, the apartment is in a fairly well-served area and you can find bars, restaurants, and markets nearby without having to go very far. We will consider it for a possible another trip to Rome.

Good structure and in my opinion also economical. Clean and welcoming. Francesca and Roberta very helpful. If I can make a criticism: remove the 'possibility' of having breakfast from the b&b description on the website, since it is excluded a priori. It could mislead those who, like me, are not used to b&bs but usually go to hotels.

The apartment is really well taken care of down to the smallest details, just what a guest may look for when traveling away from home. The owners are available for anything you may need. I highly recommend it and I plan to return if I need accommodation in Rome. Thank you.

Very kind, helpful and friendly people. Beautiful apartment, with all the comforts, very clean, new and cozy furniture. Very spacious double bedroom, spacious and cozy bathroom. The kitchen is a bit narrow but easily livable for 4 and equipped with all the comforts. Very quiet and tidy area, nearby convenient supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and very close to the metro. Very convenient to reach the city center. The area is also well served by buses.

We stayed, me and two colleagues, for work. The apartment is comfortable and very clean and, although not in the center, it is in a great position both for its proximity to the metro stop and, in our case, for its proximity to the Rome tre headquarters. Highly recommended!

Apartment located on the ground floor of a building in a well-served area with supermarkets and restaurants. Close to the weather station Basilica San Paolo, very quiet area. Perfect for visiting Rome. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking comfortably at home. I highly recommend this b&b also for the price.

Mini recently renovated apartment, comfortable and modern, located on the raised ground floor of a condominium. It is a five-minute walk from the Basilica S. Paolo metro B stop, and therefore a little more from the basilica itself and the S. Paolo and Baldelli locations of the Bambino Gesù hospital. The area is quite quiet.
