The abundant breakfast, which is included in the price, will be available for you in the apartment kitchen, the common area, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. You will be able to choose from different types of fruit juice, tea, herbal teas, milk and espresso coffee. The B&B was nice with few exceptions. Host did not meet us at appointed time of check in. The WiFi and TV were iffy. They arranged transportation for us to airport and was 45 mins late - not sure if it was all their fault! Overall I would recommend this B&B.

We spent 4 days and everything was perfect. Very well connected, in 20 minutes walking you are at the Colosseum or you can take the metro (San Giovanni) a few steps away. The rooms very clean and new. They gave us instructions for access at 2 in the morning without any problem. The breakfasts fantastic, super homemade with fresh bread and homemade cakes. Emanuela is the perfect host, she made sure we didn't lack anything and even prepared a delicious cappuccino. We couldn't be more grateful.

Perfect accommodation for what you come to do in Rome: spend the whole day out and about and come back for a shower, sleep, and head out again the next day. Being away from the center, there are no street noises and you rest very well. There are no closets and the space to store clothes is very limited. In our case, it was sufficient because the lovely girl who attended us provided all the hangers we needed. Then we left the suitcase every day on a corner table, so we managed without any problems. It is incredibly close to the metro and for those of you traveling with suitcases: one of the exits has an elevator, look for it. It's not far. Totally recommendable accommodation. However, the TV doesn't work because there is no antenna signal. They also didn't give us the Wifi passwords; we didn't worry about it, but it's important to provide it.

Great location for visiting Rome as it is a 2-minute walk from the San Giovanni metro station. With about a 20-minute walk, you can get directly to the Colosseum on foot. The room is clean and matches the photos. Very comfortable bed. Being on an internal street, there are no nighttime noises. Friendly and helpful staff (if not on site, they are still reachable by phone). Recommended.

Excellent structure, maximum availability from the owners Monia and Alessandro. Abundant breakfast and strategic location to reach any point in the city because it is very close to the metro. I strongly recommend it.

The structure is managed very well. The owner present both at check-in and at check-out was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, welcoming and above all clean, with everything that can be useful for a good stay in Rome, considering also the good location of the structure. The rich and abundant breakfast exceeded all my expectations. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely return.

Great location, close to the subway and main services. Nice room. Unfortunately, the kitchen cleaning was lacking, the refrigerator was really dirty, as were the cups for the kitchen. It was difficult to find a clean one. Other than that, nothing to say.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B for 4 days. The room was as described and the location was great, well served by public transport. There are supermarkets nearby in case of need, but the girls are available for any request. Special mention to Giulia and Monia. With their stories and smiles, they make you feel at home. They are two super helpful girls and two great workers. This is definitely an accommodation that will make you love Rome even more.

The structure is in a great location, just a few steps from metro line A, which allows you to reach most places of interest. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast is sufficient for a city bed and breakfast. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The value for money is excellent. A place that I definitely recommend, even for families with children like us.

Excellent facility just 2 steps from metro A (San Giovanni), so convenient for getting around. Comfortable and clean room. Essential breakfast (maybe add some cold cuts and/or cheese, not just salami). It would be useful to have a shower mat, shampoo, and shower gel in the room (even though they were promptly brought when requested).

Multi-room structure 50 meters from San Giovanni metro. Clean, equipped with towels in two sizes. Pre-booking assistance and in-house support. Parking fairly convenient nearby. 800 meters from the Colosseum.
