We had a great experience.

We loved the location, close to the metro, the Vatican, shopping, restaurants, and bars. The room was nicely prepared and cleaned daily. The AC and Wi‑Fi worked well. There was no fan in the bathroom, so it got stuffy, and the toilet seat was very high. Since we stayed during the national holiday, the host was out of town and the cleaning crew welcomed us but did not speak much English, so it was hard to communicate. They gave us a breakfast voucher for a nearby café, but when we went there the café was closed for several days due to the national holiday, which the host did not know about. They gave us milk and some snacks in the room instead. When the host came back early in the morning, she was arguing with the cleaning crew so loudly that it woke us up. Overall, we liked our stay, but it felt a little disorganized because of the holiday.

The property feels almost familial, very welcoming and is excellently managed by Mrs. Susanna. It is also very convenient for getting around, as the subway is nearby, and there are excellent places to eat. We will definitely return.
