The place and the host are one of the best we visited in Italy, new property, silent place, big rooms, really great place to stay, near Terracina and Circeo, so you have many beaches for the best water and family-friendly locations, kids loved the villa too, as they have a lot of free space to play.

Great place to stay in the countryside between Terracina and San Felice Circeo. The property is very beautiful and new. The room where we stayed (Palude) was truly top in every respect. Cristiana (the owner) runs the place impeccably. We will return with great enthusiasm. Thank you.

We stayed one night in this peaceful and tranquil place, immersed in greenery and still close to the sea. The room is brand new, well cared for and clean, with all the comforts. We were welcomed by the owner Cristiana, who showed kindness and helpfulness. We will definitely return.

We stayed in this property for a weekend in Terracina, I didn't know it before and I have to say it was a very pleasant discovery. The property is a farmhouse dating back to the time of the reclamation of the Agro Pontino but renovated in a maniacal way and paid attention to in all details, it practically looks new. The owner is a person who knows how to do her job, starting with the welcome she gives to each guest, taking care not to leave anything to chance. A property that offers every comfort both for a couple and for a family, in my case I was with my wife and my two children and I have to say that nothing was missing during our stay. I am a person who travels a lot for work and often stays in B&Bs or hotels, and I can say that the strengths of this property are: comfort, cleanliness, attention to detail, breakfast and location as it is immersed in the tranquility of the countryside but 5 minutes from the sea. We will definitely return.
