An espresso machine with capsules and a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas are always available in the flat. If you’d like to add breakfast, you can choose from two options, which must be requested at least two days before check-in: - Italian-style breakfast with bakery croissants, homemade pastries, biscuits and individually wrapped rusks, our own homemade jams, and milk. - Savoury breakfast with a sandwich, bread, an egg cooked to your liking, orange juice or ACE, and fruit. Perfect place if you plan a couple of days in Etruria. Perfect location for daily trips to Cerveteri (museum and necropolis), Tarquinia (museum and necropolis), Tuscania (museum), Bolsena, Sovana (tufa town), etc. Very friendly hosts.

Very nice and peaceful farmhouse just a short walk from Viterbo. The studio has everything you need, including a kitchenette for cooking and a large bathroom. The owner was very kind and gave us many suggestions for our stay. Excellent value for money.

Two days of relaxation. Great property. Close to the thermal baths and the beautiful city of Viterbo. The host, Irene, is very kind and helpful with any advice from the first contact; she provided us with discounts for the baths and treatments. The property is very welcoming, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is abundant and convenient to have in the apartment without time constraints. If you go to the thermal baths, stay at this B&B: you won't regret it. Warm regards and thank you, Irene.

Sappiamo bene che la colazione è un punto da dover migliorare sicuramente, appena sarà possibile e avremo l'autorizzazione per preparare alimenti offriremo ai nostri clienti colazioni genuine con prodotti sia nostri che del territorio. Per questo avverto subito i clienti appena prenotano, che la colazione non è servita ed è con prodotti commerciali confezionati. Spero ritornerete a trovarci così da poter gustare anche le nostre produzioni.

Clean and quiet apartment. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. The breakfast was also good and it is really close to the Terme dei Papi. I recommend it and we will definitely return.

We had a very good time. In the countryside among fruit trees, olive trees, oleanders, very close to Viterbo and convenient to reach other interesting destinations in Tuscia, we stayed in a cozy, well-kept, and clean ground floor apartment. It was pleasant to eat in the garden. Irene and Giuliana were very hospitable, kind, and helpful. We will come back.

Courtesy and maximum availability from Irene, who despite breakfast not being included in the reservation, provided everything necessary in the apartment, from coffee pods to fresh yogurt, restocking the pantry daily. The location is good, in the countryside on the outskirts of Viterbo and three minutes from the thermal baths. Relaxation and rest guaranteed.

Very nice farmhouse, located in a great position to explore the surrounding areas, the apartment is really comfortable and equipped with everything necessary to ensure a great stay. Mrs. Irene is helpful and friendly, and she really adds value to the property! We will definitely come back.

A holiday in the sign of peace and contact with nature. Kind and affable owners, never intrusive. Clean, bright environment, tastefully furnished and with everything you need. We had a great time. The property is just outside Viterbo, in a green and quiet area. The parking is in front of the property, so very convenient. Upon arrival, despite being very late (due to several accidents encountered on the way), we were greeted with great respect, punctuality, and precision by the staff, despite the rather unorthodox hour. Impeccable hospitality, availability, and professionalism. Thanks again and see you soon! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Comfortable structure equipped with kitchen accessories for self-catering. Located within an olive grove with absolute tranquility yet very close to the city of Viterbo, which can be reached in a few minutes. Equally easy to reach the main towns and villages of the region. Not least the warm welcome of Mrs. Irene and her mother, always available and valuable in the information we requested for the visit of the territory. Definitely recommended.

I chose this B&B precisely for its structure, as I have a small dog. The room is a very nice open space, tastefully furnished, with a lot of garden around, immersed in the countryside just outside the city. I stayed two nights with my two daughters and the little dog, and they too fell in love with the place. The lady who welcomed us was kind and helpful, and we had a great time. Highly recommended.
