I reiterate that the personnel manager of the establishment, Mrs. Francesca, is extremely rude and also dishonest. The response provided does not correspond to what happened on 13/10/2023. I highlight that we had asked days before for the possibility to take advantage, due to my wife's health conditions, of the long check out by paying the extra fee, as is done in all normal accommodation facilities. The response given by Mrs. Francesca was negative, and at this point, given my wife's needs, we had asked to keep the room for an additional day without having to stay overnight. Also in this case, the response was again negative due to lack of availability. I consider what happened on 13/10/23 the worst and most unprecedented way (and I assure you I have stayed for work in various facilities) to treat customers, especially considering my wife's precarious health situation: Mrs. Francesca showed up knocking violently on the door at 10:50 (just 20 minutes after the normal check-out time) vehemently urging us to leave the room as soon as possible, which happened within 20 minutes. Furthermore, Mrs. Francesca, irritated, was about to run over my wife (who was having difficulty walking) considering that, according to the Lady's thoughts, we were hindering her work. I therefore invite the Honorable Bed and Breakfast to carefully verify the management of the facilities in order to assess the possible image damages resulting from the aforementioned behaviors: surely, if I were to have the appropriate satisfactions to my complaint, I will never use your platform again for any future bookings. LEI SCRIVE CHE SIAMO STATE SCORTESI??? Si è trattenuto 2 ore oltre l'orario del check-out, nonostante la sig.ra delle pulizie la invitasse a liberare la stanza per poterla pulire, sanificare e riassegnare ad un nuovo ospite.
LEI invece incurante ha continuato ad utilizzare la nostra struttura e con atteggiamento di totale menefreghismo verso il prossimo, ed ostacolando le operazioni di pulizie, è andato via senza neanche salutare nonostante la nostra cortesia di lasciarvi oltre l'orario consentito, gratuitamente. Questa è la prova che qualsiasi cosa possiamo fare per agevolare i nostri clienti la maggioranza di questi non meritano certe cortesie assolutamente non scontate, per questo che saremo costretti ad non accordare ad altri questi trattamenti di favore.
