Highly recommended if you are staying in Rome for a few days and just looking for a bed to sleep in at night for a good price. Elisabetta and Pupa :) were very nice hosts and we were allowed to check out past 10 am on our last day because our flight home was not until 10 pm.

We had a LOVELY time in A Due Passi Dal Centro. It has an excellent location, you can see San Giovanni In Laterano from the street where the Bed and Breakfast is located, and the Coliseum is within a 15 to 20 minute walk. The absolutely best about this place is the hostess: Elisabetta is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Our room was lovely, great natural light, amazing shower pressure, very clean and had everything needed to have a comfortable stay. Perfect place, absolutely recommended.

A wonder of accommodation for the beauty and care in its decoration down to the smallest detail. Very clean and cozy. The manager is a beautiful person. The location is very good because it has the metro station very close and the Colosseum about a 20-minute walk away. Right next to the accommodation entrance there is a very good restaurant that efficiently serves a wide variety of dishes from the best Italian cuisine. Next door, a place that serves drinks, cocktails with tapas, and in the mornings very good breakfasts always with the friendly smile of their employees. The acoustic insulation of the window prevents traffic noises (especially ambulances) from being a problem.

I, my wife, and my son stayed two nights at this property, which turned out to be a more than excellent choice. Elisabetta welcomed us with kindness, courtesy, and friendliness, and she was always very available for any request. After the check-out, she gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the B&B, allowing us to visit the city a little more before our planned departure in the afternoon. The property is located in a quiet area but at the same time is very close to the center, the metro is very convenient as well as the buses, but if you prefer to walk, in less than half an hour you are at the Colosseum. The room is spacious with a bathroom in it, excellent cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast is not provided, but right below the B&B there is a nice modern and well-stocked bar. I recommend this B&B to everyone for your stays in Rome. We thank Elisabetta and the sweet little whippet Pupa for the hospitality once again. We will come back to visit you on the first occasion!

We stayed 3 nights in this magnificent bed and breakfast. The location is perfect, practically in the center, very close to the metro and only 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The room was very clean, and with all the necessary comforts. The owner, Mrs. Elisabetta, is an exquisite, sweet and attentive person. Elisabetta really takes care of her guests, in Rome finding a place of this level is a rarity, if not fantasy. There is no need to think, if there is a free room 'book'.

The property is in an enviable location, perfect for visiting the center of Rome, the room is pleasantly furnished and, despite a small 'four-legged' inconvenience on the first day, promptly resolved, very clean. Unfortunately, we had an ambivalent experience with Mrs. Elisabetta: until the evening of the fourth day very kind and courteous, the last day decidedly less. Specifically, during the evening mentioned above, we were asked for the first time, via message, to be more delicate in using the noisy lock of the room when moving between it and the external bathroom, a reasonable request and related to an actual lack on our part. The next morning, just before nine o'clock, not at dawn, our efforts to be as quiet as possible, admitting that my boyfriend is often clumsy, were deemed insufficient by the landlady who thundered into the room very angry, stating that we had been, I quote verbatim: 'Warned in all sauces,' warnings received: one, not even in person. She also tells us that the agreements previously made for the luggage storage had fallen through and that we would have to manage the luggage on the last day ourselves. The room is very nice, but be quiet.

In this Bed and Breakfast, I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay. The property is located in a quiet and very convenient area to reach, just a few minutes walk from the San Giovanni metro stop. 'A Due Passi dal Centro' by name and by fact. The structure is located a few steps from the historic center of Rome, in about half an hour on foot you can reach the Colosseum, it is also 30 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always available for any need. The room where I stayed is small but essential, nothing is missing. Upon arrival in the room, the lady hands over the keys to allow you to move freely. This B&B is ideal as a base for a holiday in Rome, from here you can visit the city on foot without any major problems. I already know where I will stay when I return to Rome. Highly recommended.

The owner makes you feel immediately at home, very helpful in providing information about the city and the surroundings. Extremely clean and very elegant apartment. They are friendly, correct, and helpful, we were very satisfied! Highly recommended.\n\nThen the room, besides having a very comfortable bed, made us feel like princes, beautiful decoration.\n\nTrust me, it's exactly like in the photos!\nFor breakfast, there is a perfect bar downstairs! Elisabetta's house is really very comfortable, in an area well served by public transport, with an excellent ice cream parlor and take-away restaurants nearby where you can enjoy Roman pizza stuffed in various ways. Total access independence thanks to the keys provided, clean room, simple but functional. Elisabetta is also a helpful and friendly person, we will definitely come back.

I stayed at Elisabetta's house for a week and I can say that I was welcomed by a gentlewoman with familiarity, elegance, and discretion. Let yourself be told about Sorrentino (the director) and how the Literary Ping Pong Tournament founded by the family was born. You will find a friend opening up to her own emotions. For the tourist looking for practicality, you will find cozy rooms, comfortable, and with meticulously ordered services. Nothing is missing, trust me, I tried them all. The location of the accommodation is favorable because it is in a quiet area and well served by public transport, and if you have good legs, the Colosseum is just a stone's throw away. The room is located in a well-equipped building both in terms of local amenities, minimarkets and in terms of accessibility with the presence of the San Giovanni metro stop 400 m away, through which you can reach the center of Rome in just a few minutes, therefore excellent location of the B&B (SOME typically touristic stops can also be easily reached with a walk through the streets of Rome, without necessarily having to use the metro). As for the specific room booked by me and my girlfriend, it turned out to be perfect! Excellent for our needs, very clean, everything taken care of in detail, the en suite bathroom renovated and extremely comfortable, fully satisfying our expectations! Not to mention the great kindness and friendliness of the owner! Honest, ready to make a stay absolutely perfect! I hope to return very soon to the beautiful Rome and I believe that in that case I will rely again on this structure! Absolutely satisfied.

B&B really excellent from several points of view. Perfect location to visit Rome. San Giovanni area. Bus a few steps away and Metro a few hundred meters away.\n\nThe owner, Mrs. Elisabetta, was very kind and welcoming.\n\nExtremely clean, large and elegant room. Under the B&B building there is a bar pastry restaurant, I Vitelloni, very nice for breakfast. One of the best views in Rome. Perfect stay, excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended B&B!

I stayed only one night but I will definitely return to this B&B located in a strategic position. The owner Elisabetta, a lovely and helpful person, welcomed me as a friend. Beautiful and above all clean room, as well as the bathroom. Beautiful structure, elegantly furnished. Highly recommended.

B&B truly convenient for visiting the main tourist attractions in the center of Rome. Some are easily reachable on foot or there is the metro A stop a few steps away. The premises are perfectly clean and welcoming, quiet. I stayed in a double room with 2 single beds, very spacious. The owner is very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend it.

I recommend it to anyone who has needs or wants to stay in Rome. The room is clean and comfortable. Mrs. Elisabetta is incredibly helpful and kind. Located near the San Giovanni metro stop, it allows you to reach the center without inconvenience.

I stayed for just one night in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast and I found courtesy and cleanliness at the highest levels. In addition to the cleanliness of the room, I also found a beautiful, modern and design bathroom. The structure is embellished by a charming lounge, a large wooden bookcase surrounds a very well-furnished room that invites to reading. Not by chance, this lounge was recently used in some scenes of an important movie. The lady who manages the Bed and Breakfast is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Excellent B&B, beautifully renovated and very well maintained, spotlessly clean and with every comfort: nothing was missing in the room and there was even a refrigerator available. Excellent breakfasts, and a very positive note for the owner, very kind and friendly, always available.\n\nGiven the great location (truly a stone's throw from the center: in less than 10 minutes on foot you reach the Colosseum, and 200 meters away there is the Metro stop) and the competitive price, I would say it was a great experience and the evaluation can only be excellent: highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B for three nights and we had a great time. We didn't miss anything and, above all, we didn't encounter any unexpected issues regarding what was assured to us by the manager. The welcome was excellent and Mrs. Elisabetta was very helpful. The location is not central in relation to the sites to visit and perhaps not the best, as the neighborhood does not offer the best view of Rome, but it is quite strategic being a stone's throw from the metro station from which you can reach every corner of the city (we preferred to walk and avoid public transportation as much as possible.. and I must say we walked a lot!). I will definitely consider this B&B for my next trip to Rome and I can only recommend it to all those looking for accommodation with an excellent quality/price ratio and even better hospitality!

A Due Passi dal Centro is the classic Bed and Breakfast that everyone should visit at least once in their life. Starting from the welcome of Mrs. Elisabetta. It is in a very central position and equipped with every type of comfort. We spent 4 truly comfortable and relaxing days.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our 5 days in Rome. This was also thanks to the fantastic bed and breakfast location in the center of Rome. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is also a metro station nearby. The hostess was very friendly. Because she couldn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian, unfortunately a real conversation was not possible, but through WhatsApp and Google Translate we were able to make the most important things clear to each other. Breakfast was not included in the price, but it was not necessary either, because right downstairs at the exit of the building there is a coffee shop. Also several restaurants nearby, so food was not a problem. If we are in Rome again, we will definitely come back here and we will recommend this location to our family and friends! Thank you Elisabetta for your hospitality!
