We have been in this Bed and Breakfast and it was fantastic. The guy was very kind and friendly. The thing I liked the most was the coffee machine and the shower. You just get in the mood if you get inside with your partner. lol. We'll definitely return there.

Staff very helpful. Unfortunately the property itself is a bit old-fashioned. The cleanliness is also not the best. In fact, the value for money is by no means adequate. The kitchen has a stovetop that, alas, is not usable; actually, it is impossible to use. Very convenient location, just a step from Metro line B.

I arrived in the evening and did not find even a small bottle of water. There was nothing for breakfast. While I was not there, despite having locked my room, they entered. An action that I did not appreciate at all.

Buongiorno Silvia mi dispiace del suo commento non positivo. Come le abbiamo spiegato abbiamo avuto un contrattempo per la colazione del primo giorno e, come sa, abbiamo rimediato facendo uno sconto di 12 Euro (come rimborso per 1 colazione!!) Per quanto riguarda entrare in camera (dopo aver bussato ed accertando che non ci sia nessuno) è una pratica normale per controllare se l'ospite necessita di qualche cosa (carta igienica o altro)

I was in Rome for a training course and stayed one night, finding it very nice. The house is cozy, comfortable, and quiet, in a building with nice people. The host is very kind, helpful, and very clear in his explanations. The house is just a few meters from the B metro station and in an area full of services. I was very satisfied.

A welcoming place is where one feels peace and intimacy, an excellent refuge well connected to the train and metro station, in a neighborhood where nothing is lacking. Excellent room management and hospitality.

We stayed at 'A Casa di Simone' for two nights. The owner is very kind and discreet. The proximity to Libia B metro stop makes it easy to reach the city center. A bit disappointing the breakfast and it would be to take care a bit more of the cleanliness.
