Welcome to the B&B Gagliardi House.

The Gagliardi House Bed and Breakfast is located next to the new Metro C that takes you to the city center in just 20 minutes. It also features a 38-square-meter suite that meets the needs of extended stays, with a large double bedroom for single use, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a large bathroom and two balconies.

We are affiliated with the PTV, which is only 600 meters away.

Our B&B is located in Rome, a city of art, in a place with a spectacular view in the Tor Vergata area. Gagliardi House is an elegantly designed and detailed structure, a charming and refined building.
Surroundings:
Travelers staying with us can fully enjoy the richness and beauty of our area thanks to the valuable suggestions of the managers. A short distance from our residence, guests will find everything they need to fully experience their vacation, from sports to culture, from shopping to relaxation.
Location:
Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their holiday accommodations, for business and work trips, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover each other. If you let me know, I can also provide a bottle of sparkling wine to create the right atmosphere and contribute to a pleasant encounter.
Structure features:
Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in every room, free Wi-Fi, a heated environment, free entry, parking, and parking spaces also for SUVs but not too large.
Our rooms:
The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, Netflix, a baby bed (if requested), television, mirror and luggage rack, and minibar.
There are 2 rooms, all with a private bathroom.
Notes:
We will greet you with our rich and delicious breakfasts.
You can also bring your four-legged friends with you on your travels.
The managers speak Italian, a little less English and Spanish.
Mobility:
Thanks to its location, our structure is excellently connected by means of the nearby highways Autostrada A1 Roma Napoli, Autostrada A1 Torrenova.

Our breakfast is prepared with great care, looking among the most typical breakfast ROMANA: croissants, bagels and pastries bombs. Or we can arrange breakfast NATIONAL: biscuits, biscuits and crackers, nutella, jam, honey and butter. As for yogurt, juice and fresh fruit, the taste must be notified the night before, leaving hanging on the door handle a ticket with the preference the kind of breakfast choice between ROMANA or NAT).

Nice, clean, cheap, close to public transport (metro and bus included). Managed by very friendly and kind people. It was a pleasure to stay there. Perfect for a journey in Rome!

I'm sorry, but I have to give an honest assessment. The hosts were very nice, but it's not enough when you want to sleep in good conditions and relax without stress. The photos of the apartment don't reflect reality. Maybe they were taken a dozen years ago, or maybe they are being improved. The rooms are very worn, dirty, neglected. The same goes for the kitchen equipment, which is basically non-existent. The bathroom is cramped. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay. Sometimes there was lukewarm water. For three nights we were bitten by some insects... Breakfasts consist of yoghurts, cookies, and coffee in espresso capsules. Everything delivered on the first day. DIY... Overall, the worst accommodation out of 10 we stayed in Italy (all were B&Bs and much cheaper than this one) Unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend it, especially at this price. I'm sorry...

The apartment is significantly more spacious than a hotel room in a similar price range. Metro C, Lidl, Big Mac Drive-In are within easy walking distance. Likewise, there are several bus lines. The apartment is nonetheless located in a quiet side street and is directly accessible by car. Those who do not have exaggerated demands and feel at home in a more family-oriented environment should get along well with the accommodation. The operators provide a certain amount of basic food items daily, but it is advisable to plan to provide for yourself, at least as a supplement. The nearby Lidl is also open on Sundays. Refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, TV, WiFi are available. There are also units for cooling the rooms. Before your arrival, it is advisable to contact the operators so that they can deliver the apartment keys to you punctually. The operators are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with access via a staircase. Knowledge of the Italian language is advantageous.

Structure that can be improved, there are some good aspects but several points where the managers could work on. Let's start with the external lighting, completely absent. Having parked in a dark courtyard and having to do some "maneuvering" to park a medium-large SUV, I would say that the lighting cannot be limited to the car headlights and your phone. In the dark, a person could stumble and get hurt. As for the stairs, let's say they could be acceptable. Bathroom excessively small and uncomfortable, but the shower has good dimensions. Quiet room (great) due to the internal position compared to Casilina. Bed quite comfortable, clean linens, but furnishings can be improved. The cover behind the pillows is unsightly. Excellent TV (including NF and Internet access). Average fridge (good), top air conditioning. Regarding breakfast, much more could be done. The photos on the websites are obviously very "beyond reality", but it's a B&B that could significantly improve with some small adjustments (and investment). I don't think the expense for a couple of nights is justified, as the property is far from the center and the area is not exactly "residential". There shouldn't be exposed electrical cables and meters in the entrance area.

Mrs. Barbara is very helpful and very kind. I stayed from September 20th to 23rd, 2021, and I had a great time. Breakfast is served directly in the room, equipped with a fridge and an electric coffee machine.

I have to point out something: the kitchen that is in the cover along with the name 'Gagliardi House' is not in the booked rooms. The room is excellent for one/two people, it becomes tight for three; the bathroom unfortunately has the necessary space to enter and do what is needed, shower, sink, and toilet/bidet. The breakfast is super reinforced.\n\nP. s. necessarily check the assigned room card to get an idea of it, even if some photos do not correspond to the actual bathroom, in my case.\n\nThe owner allows you to bring a stove to use in the room even if it is not very comfortable in terms of space.

I stayed 2 nights at this property and will definitely return for a future trip to Rome. Great location just a few steps from metro C and shopping centers. Room, breakfast, and cleanliness very much appreciated. The owners were extremely helpful with all our requests, very friendly, and I hope to return soon especially for the warmth and hospitality received. I absolutely recommend it.

Excellent room and bathroom cleanliness, welcoming and very kind owner, quiet and safe private parking. However, the B&B is located in a building on the verge of decay, with no indications on how to get there. The location is convenient only for those who need to go to the Tor Vergata hospital, but not ideal for visiting the center of Rome. The metro stop is very close, but it's a pity that line C is not yet connected to the others and that trains only run until 8:30 pm until the end of October. Returning by bus is a challenge. Poor breakfast with packaged snacks to be consumed in the room due to the lack of common space. In conclusion, we chose it for its non-central location and parking, having to reach it by car and leave it parked for three days. However, I do not recommend it if you arrive in Rome by train or plane.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a weekend. The managers were very caring, kind, and helpful. The rooms were well furnished and, above all, clean. The only downside was the location, a bit far from the center, but still easily reachable by public transport. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

I stayed in this establishment and with great pleasure I found a truly nice couple of managers. It is not the usual bed and breakfast because they welcomed us as if we were really friends. We also spoke with Mrs. Barbara and she is a truly capable person. She made us feel very comfortable. In short, bed and breakfast house of friends is the pure reality.

We wanted to spend New Year's Eve in Rome and while searching for a good accommodation, we came across the cozy B&B "A casa di amici". From the very first phone contact, I was pleasantly impressed by Barbara's availability and kindness, who welcomed us and assisted us throughout our stay. Our room was very beautiful, well-kept, and meticulously detailed. The coffee machine in the room was really convenient, and the pastries made our awakening even sweeter. Although it was not right in the center, it was easily reachable by public transport. We felt really good, just like at a friend's house, and we are sure that during our next Roman holidays, we will stay with you again. Thank you again, Barbara, for your kindness and friendliness!

We had a great time at this Bed and Breakfast. Although it is not very close to the center, you can easily reach the city center in Rome by subway or bus. Not to mention the kindness of Mrs. Barbara, who is always available. If I were to return, it is likely that I would book here again.

The quality of the furnishings, accessories, and spaces is excellent. The courtesy and kindness from the hostess are maximum. The fresh pastry croissant and the coffee machine that uses coffee beans are unmissable. There is a fridge and television in the room, and the bathroom is well equipped. It is located just outside the ring road, in a small condominium building. Attention to detail is evident both in the cleaning and in the linens.
