This was such a good place to stay. The host was very kind and the room was very nice and the area was calm and easy. A few minutes walk to the central part of the city.

Fiammetta has decorated her B&B with a lot of attention to detail. Our room was very cozy, the bed very comfortable. Our bathroom was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and very functional. The Italian breakfast was very abundant, and the homemade cakes were delicious. Fiammetta is a very kind and always helpful hostess. There are free parking spaces at the house, which is located in a quiet side street. The city center of Udine can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

Great welcome, beautiful atmosphere, carefully curated details, rich and very good breakfast prepared at home. The garden is also a small gem! Perfect B&B for our stop in Udine (Alpe Adria cycle path).

We were hosted in this wonderful structure full of charm on the outskirts of the historic center of Udine. The host, Mrs. Fiammetta, proved to be an attentive, caring, and friendly owner. The breakfast, prepared daily by Fiammetta, is rich and abundant. We were hosted in a dependency, so we had complete autonomy from the owner's house. The rooms are welcoming and romantic. The structure has a large external parking area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I felt comfortable, it met my expectations and needs. Comfortable, clean, in a quiet area not too far from the center. Everything can be done on foot, with a walk that is more or less long. Comfortable bed, very pleasant environment. Excellent communication with the host. I would recommend it further.

The structure is practically perfect! The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. The breakfast is excellent, including the desserts prepared by the very kind Mrs. Fiammetta, who is very available and open to dialogue. We will definitely return! P.S.: A greeting to the very sweet little dog Pepita.

Very welcoming place near the center. I recommend to all those who pass by Udine to stop at Trecuori, which is a real treat.

A well-furnished and very quiet villa. Super welcoming the landlady and her daughter, I really felt at home. I had the room with a bathroom next to it, but it was only for me and I didn't have to share it with anyone else. The owner was also very kind in preparing a gluten-free breakfast for me.

Good structure, with the kind and helpful owner. Good breakfast, with fresh pastries and jam, sometimes homemade. The only downside is the quality of the mattress. Maybe it would be helpful to indicate on the page that the bathroom is private but not connected to the room (ours was downstairs).

Very quiet location, twenty minutes walk from the center, in a silent area. Beautiful, well-kept, clean structure. Excellent welcome and maximum availability of Mrs. Fiammetta. Abundant breakfast. I recommend it.

We stayed only one night and I must say unfortunately! Charming place, wonderfully maintained, top hospitality even for my little 4-legged friend, abundant breakfast served under the porch in a garden that is nothing short of fantastic. The B&B consists of an independent two-story cottage. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful kitchen with a dining room, on the second floor 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The air conditioning works well and is very useful in the summer. Perfect Wi-Fi. Beautiful garden where breakfast is served. We stayed only one night. Wonderful stay. A heartfelt thank you to the managers who made us feel truly at home. Top hospitality.

We arrived at this magnificent garden maintained by Fiammetta who is a force of nature! The structure is beautiful, curated in every detail with beautiful paintings created by Fiammetta's daughter, a very talented artist! Excellent service, maximum cleanliness! The breakfast served in the garden is a gem, peace, silence and the muffy, jam and sweets prepared especially for us! 10 on all fronts! I hope to return one day because Fiammetta is a kind, lively and very capable person and we had a great feeling! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend special days in the Udine area! Really don't miss it! And if you also want a good typical Friulian dinner, I recommend the restaurant Alla Casa Rossa Fiammetta will tell you!

High-level hospitality, lots of courtesy and willingness to meet your needs. You feel welcomed as if you were visiting old friends you haven't seen in a long time. Excellent breakfast, we also tasted their homemade jam and delicious fruit tarts always made by Mrs. Fiammetta. Truly beautiful structure and rooms furnished with very good taste. Recommended for those passing through Udine.

Quiet and welcoming place among the greenery of the surrounding gardens, close to the city center, even on foot. The decor creates a warm atmosphere, carefully designed in every detail. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the entire structure. The host is friendly, lively, and helpful. A family environment that at the same time respects the guests' independence. An ideal place for both those on vacation and those passing through Udine for work like myself. Highly recommended!

Chosen for the photos compared to others in the area, the expectations were fully met. House renovated with taste and wisdom, antique furniture and carpets, very tasteful knick-knacks, dozens of orchids and various very refined details. Perfect garden. The lady was very cordial and discreet. Very nice with the children and very professional with us. She served us sweets and jams prepared by her, and we had a nice conversation about the city, her family, and more. Definitely a place to return to as soon as we go back to Friuli, on the way to Austria or Croatia. Recommended 100% for a stopover, for a romantic weekend, or if you have to stop in Udine and want to feel at home.. in a beautiful house!

The apartments are located in a splendid little house 10 minutes walk from the center. Inside, a family-friendly environment furnished in a very original and tasteful way. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Spacious shower and very large bathroom. Breakfast served in the garden or inside, with homemade cakes and brioches and excellent coffee. Mrs. Fiamma is very nice and always very helpful. Highly recommended.
