Our B&B is placed at Aquileia art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in the historic heart of the city. "Theodore Felix" is a residence with unique, original style.

Take a seat in the garden. Apple strudel, crumbly dough, apples, pine nuts and cinnamon scent, accompanied by a steaming coffee. And then yogurt, pies, brioches, raw ham, cheeses, fresh bread, jams, fruit and apple juices, in summer melon and peaches. We make you taste the typical products of our territory. And if you prefer to stay in your room, we will prepare you a basket full of delicacies.

We had a fantastic stay at Theodore Felix. Alessandra was a lovely host, the room was large, quiet and beautifully furnished and the breakfast was amazing - turmeric bread, San Daniele ham, apple strudel, yoghurt and fresh strawberries and cherries from the garden. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time at Theodore Felix. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Alessandra. The breakfast offered a lot of choices, including even a homemade cake. \n\nOur accommodation was furnished with everything we needed and even more (shampoo, shower gel, towels, blankets, various board games, a small fridge, etc.). Moreover, the accommodation was very clean and quite large. \n\nWe were allowed to park our car on the property. We had a very nice time with Alessandra, felt very comfortable, and would love to come back.

A small paradise in the middle of the village and you are awakened by the bells of the bell tower next to the 2000-year-old basilica. Besides Alessandra, you are also excellently taken care of by the dog Daisy ☺️. We were so excited that we immediately booked for 2026.

Alessandra is a wonderful hostess, very warm and always friendly. She has many tips ready and the breakfast in the conservatory is great: something different every day, something homemade every day, wonderful coffee every day. Our dog was also very welcome. The accommodation is large, furnished with great attention to detail - and thank God without a television. You live in the middle of the town, next to the basilica and yet quiet, also ideally located for trips to the sea and the countryside. For us, it almost felt like we were at home. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it.

The B&B is outstanding. It has a separate entrance and at the back, there is a small terrace. The location in the village is also very good. And Alessandra is a really nice and friendly host who is happy to help with good advice. There is a parking space for the car.

Alessandra is very kind and accommodating. Very spacious and beautiful apartment. You can still sit nicely in the garden in the evening. Alessandra also offered us wine. The accommodation is near the cycle path and the Basilica. A supermarket is also nearby.

Alessandra is a very friendly host, helpful and always attentive to her guests. The room was very well-kept and cozy. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The Basilica is around the corner but Aquileia is also an ideal starting point for trips to Grado, the Lagoon or the nature reserve at the mouth of the Isonzo.

Theodore Felix is a beautiful property in the city center, a short walk from the Basilica, spacious, with period furniture and attention to detail, a lovely garden and a breakfast with homemade products; the owners are very kind and I highly recommend staying there to fully enjoy the beauty of Aquileia.

Alessandra and her family have created a special place in the center of Aquileia, a few seconds' walk from the square and the main sights to visit. Strategic location also for spending a nice day at the sea in Grado. Very large room, well furnished and above all cool; spacious and well-equipped bathroom. Convenient parking in the inner garden. Excellent breakfast, with particular attention from Alessandra to food intolerances. We thank Alessandra for her hospitality and for the advice she gave us every morning during our chats.

Great solution for an overnight stay in Aquileia. The spacious apartment is just steps away from the famous Basilica and all the key points of the city. The breakfast has always been exquisite and abundant, always accompanied by local products. Exceptional location just steps away from the basilica and all the sites of Aquileia. Everything is reachable on foot with a pleasant walk. Alessandra is very helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Convenient access via an independent road. Just as a simple suggestion for improvement, we note that it would be useful to place some hooks or a stool in the bathroom near the shower.

Excellent welcome from the manager (Alessandra) and comfortable stay (I would define it almost as pampering). As per our request, breakfast was served very early (at six thirty) to allow us to fully use the day according to the planned program. The proximity to the Basilica is an additional point in favor of staying in this structure, which also has a pleasant outdoor space to the eye and is truly appreciated for the possibility of relaxing after the journey carried out in the previous days.

The room is very spacious and located in a well-renovated historical environment, with furnished space in the garden available. It has its own access door. There is also a room with a bunk bed and a regular one, which we did not use because we were two. Above all, it is very close to the basilica complex and the archaeological park. Alessandra assisted us upon arrival and served us an excellent breakfast every morning with pastries made by her and with local cheeses and cold cuts. You can enjoy immersion in a historical atmosphere.

The Theodore Felix is a bed and breakfast in an exceptional location to visit Aquileia: a stone's throw away from the Basilica, the ideal place to start the visit to the archaeological area and a short walk from the tourist information point. But above all, it is a bed and breakfast where you truly feel at home. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the children's room is colorful and functional. Alessandra is a kind, discreet, helpful and detail-oriented host. The children's books, board games, everything makes you feel welcomed. The attentive and rich breakfast, without waste, with sweet and savory choices, served in the glass-enclosed 'dependance' in the garden, was the perfect conclusion to this beautiful stay... a pity we only stayed for one night! The Theodore Felix is the perfect place for a holiday in Aquileia or as a base to explore the area, simply beautiful!

Structure located 100 meters from the Basilica of Aquileia, in an excellent position also to visit the surrounding area (for example Grado, Palmanova). The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished. There is the possibility to park the car internally. Alessandra is an excellent host, she made us find a rich breakfast made of local products (including some cold cuts and a typical sweet whose name I can't remember) and also gave us some great tips on where to dine in the area.

Our stay was very pleasant. Alessandra, a kind and caring host, made us feel at home. In addition to giving us information about the places to visit, she also let us borrow her bike. The low rating for cleanliness is not due to the level of hygiene, but rather to the fact that we would have expected cleaning and emptying of trash cans to be done every day. I would suggest the possibility of being able to hang some clothing items, given the size of the room. For the rest, the place is delightful, the managers are kind and welcoming. Additionally, the property is located a stone's throw from the Basilica.

Come indicato nelle condizioni pulizia e cambio biancheria viene effettuato ogni tre giorni. Se c'è qualche necessità particolare basta avvisare e siamo a disposizione. Structure in the heart of Aquileia that allows you to visit all the historical sites, the Basilica and all the museums of the town without moving the car. A perfect stay. The accommodation is splendid, well-kept, spacious, quiet despite being a stone's throw from the beautiful basilica. Large outdoor spaces. Extreme availability, courtesy, and kindness of the owners. Abundant breakfast, with also delicious homemade sweets. I absolutely recommend it if you have to stay in the beautiful Aquileia. Absolutely the best.

Weekend of Ferragosto, the city of Aquileia is fascinating and surprising, this property is absolutely in line with the charm of the place. Fantastic location, in the heart of the city, yet peaceful. Very spacious open space room, characteristic with the typical exposed stone of the area. Suitable for both a romantic stay and for a family, as you practically have an apartment at your disposal, because the children's room is separated from the double room. Equipped with everything. Impeccable cleanliness. The owners are very kind and available for any request. The morning breakfast in the summer is served in the garden, with genuine local products and homemade bread by their very charming daughter. The perfect organization and friendliness would deserve a 5-star rating, but the price is excellent! Ah... not to mention the very cute dog Daisy... a caress and she will win you over!

We spent a week in this B&B. Open space room, tastefully decorated: our comment upon entering was 'Wow'. Every morning we were pampered with a different breakfast and the owners were always very kind and generous in giving us advice. The location was strategic for our cycling week. Highly recommended!

Location just a few tens of meters from the Basilica in a very quiet street. Availability of internal parking. Double entrance (from the car park but also directly from the street). Pleasant outdoor veranda where an excellent breakfast with local/seasonal products is served. The host is very friendly and kind without being intrusive, on request is generous with information on what to visit and on the local restaurants. The location is also convenient for visiting Grado, whether you travel by car or by bike. Highly recommended structure.

Alessandra is very kind, she provided everything we needed for our 10-month-old son (high chair, bath tub). Excellent breakfast, great location. We particularly appreciated the private parking (shaded) and the air conditioning (outside it was 32/33°), and the fact that there is a double entrance, one of which is private for our room. Spacious areas. Recommended!

Ideal structure for a visit to Aquileia and its surroundings: it is located in a very central position, a stone's throw from the basilica of Aquileia; the room is very beautiful, spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. Excellent and abundant breakfast; the possibility of parking the car in the private courtyard made every move easier for us. We couldn't have found a better place to visit the city. A stone's throw from the basilica, the Archaeological Museum, and all the monuments. The house is a very large space furnished with care and taste. The breakfast area in the garden is truly relaxing. Alessandra was very welcoming and interested in chatting with us. Recommended structure for everything! It also offers bicycles for free use to take walks along the cycle path.

A corner of peace at the foot of history I would define it. Excellent I believe is the right word to describe this establishment. Alessandra was an exceptional host. She allowed us to access the property early and made sure the stay was special, even though short. The location is definitely enviable, practically next to the Basilica. The room is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Moreover, all the hygiene and sanitary measures imposed by the period were respected. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, also including homemade products. Definitely recommended with an unbeatable quality-price ratio!

Ringraziamo dell'ospitalità della famiglia di Alessandra. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Specialmente in questo periodo hanno potuto garantire tutte le norme di sicurezza. La stanza molto pulita e spaziosa, c'è anche una seconda camera per chi venisse con bambini. La stanza dispone di aria condizionata e un piccolo frigo, viste le giornate calde, potevamo mettere al fresco qualche bottiglia d'acqua per la giornata. Alessandra è sempre stata disponibile per qualunque cosa. Per colazione tutto è stato buono, genuino e fresco. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio all'interno. Nei dintorni a piedi c'é tutto quello che si ha bisogno. È solo a 10 km da Grado che si può raggiungere anche in bicicletta, c'è una pista ciclabile apposta. L'unica pecca della struttura che la connessione Wi-fi non funziona molto bene e la camera non dispone di una tv, magari può essere visto positivo per altri.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Aquileia, in a very quiet area with private and closed parking (actually a beautiful garden). Impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast served in the garden. Highly recommended for families (the apartment was equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed - 6 total beds) even with children, as the outer garden (but closed) also provides space for the little ones. We will come back.

Very beautiful structure both for the location, right in the historic center of Aquileia, and for the courtesy and competence in managing the structure by the managers. Alessandra is an excellent hostess capable of welcoming you in the best way. We cycled the Alpe Adria Radweg. This address was one of the best addresses on our journey. Alessandra was very friendly. She spontaneously gave us advice for a fish restaurant in Grado. Her b&b is in perfect order with a large garden in the center of Aquileia, 11 km away from Grado. We could access our family room already in the early afternoon. In the morning we visited the basilica of Aquileia, definitely worth a visit. The family room is very spacious and equipped with a washing machine. Early in the morning, Alessandra prepared a delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread and cake. I highly recommend Alessandra's b&b.
