A nice guesthouse with a kind host and a very good breakfast. We enjoyed the time here while sitting next to the pool or watching the geese having a bath in their little pool. We hope to come again.

Perfect location. In less than an hour by car you can reach everywhere, from Gemona to Trieste, and in just over 15 minutes to Grado. Great position to visit the best areas of the northeast in a day, from the Karst mountains to the sea and enjoy a nice piece of often forgotten history as well as moments of pure relaxation. And for those who love cycling... endless bike paths. Alessandro and Cristina (and also Leo) are hospitable hosts, always available with a smile and advice for a perfect vacation. Well-organized, clean, and very quiet place. Abundant breakfast to tackle a full day. Absolutely a Friuli-Venezia-Giulia to try.

The location of the property was strategic for us for the bike paths. The breakfast was excellent, we missed affection (which we didn’t dare to ask for).

I spent 3 nights in this property, everything was perfect. Owners are kind and quick to respond, private parking, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Good breakfast. Pool available for guests. Recommended, I will come back.

Cristina and Alessando are two fantastic hosts, always present but never intrusive. They manage to provide many tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. Very clean and spacious room, bathroom with a large shower. Nice veranda with a small table and sofa. Clean swimming pool and well-kept garden. Perfect area to move around in the lower part of Friuli. I recommend it!

Everything was very nice and the owners were really helpful and friendly. I recommend it.

What can I say, it's already the second time we come back to Tibù, and we had a great time, both for the new and very clean structure this year with the addition of the pool! Cristina and her husband are really friendly and helpful... and to top it off a wonderful breakfast, every morning warm brioches and homemade cake and much more! I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money! Goodbye because we will definitely come back.

Very nice structure. Simple but well taken care of in the details. Excellent cleanliness and managers present and kind even though never intrusive. Always available for advice on places to visit and typical restaurants to try. You feel at home.

Excellent bed and breakfast in every way. Family room with 2 rooms plus bathroom, very clean, swimming pool, outdoor area with a small sofa and table. Excellent and abundant breakfast, very helpful host. Close to Aquileia and Grado, both reachable by bike. Excellent value for money. Finding faults is practically impossible. What can I say... A place to return for the excellent hospitality and the enchanting surroundings.

We had a great time, to come back.

Alessandro and Cristina are exquisite, kind, and helpful people. The modern structure is equipped with all the comforts. A place immersed in nature where staying is relaxing and invigorating. The abundant breakfast is a joy for the eyes. Absolutely recommended.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure, completely new and easily reachable. The rooms and bathroom are perfect. The view of the garden with the pond and the geese and the pool is very beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything necessary and the breakfast is very varied, both sweet and savory. A warm thank you to the owners who welcomed us and made us feel at home.

Strategic location to visit the entire region. Excellent structure and excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Everything perfect. Hospitality, cleanliness, advice, breakfast, and pool. I absolutely recommend a stay at the B&B Tibù.

We stayed in the family room with 3 people + our dog and we were fully satisfied. We feel like recommending it for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by greenery.

The owners are friendly and helpful, it was pleasant to converse with them. The structure has been built with high-quality finishes and furnishings, there is also the new swimming pool available to guests. In the morning, the fresh pastries from the pastry shop, along with the excellent cakes made by Mrs. Cristina, made breakfast enjoyable.

We only missed the pool. And now where do we find a flaw? Tibù is the perfect B&B.

Very pleasant stay at Tibù, too bad it was short. The welcome from the managers was superb, a quiet place for a perfect relaxation away from the noises of the small street, however not busy; I really liked the possibility of parking the car right in front of the building where two ground floor units with a common kitchen for the guests have been created. Beautiful, and very useful for my needs, the French door to access from the room to the relevant porch that helps make the stay restful and pleasant. Overall, a true paradise.

I won't dwell on reiterating what I have already expressed in the evaluation, giving a nice 10 and praise to the structure, cleanliness, breakfast, and so on. I wish to highlight instead that my wife and I were literally pampered by Cristina and Alessandro, and while we thank them for their courtesy and amiability, we pledge to be their guests as soon as possible.

The Tibù B&B is located in a peaceful position, away from busy roads but also close enough to all communication routes and tourist and art locations. It is immersed in greenery and suitable for a relaxing holiday.\n\nUnfortunately, our stay was short (two days) and full of other commitments that prevented us from fully savoring the atmosphere of the place and the hospitality of the hosts. However, we believe in recommending it to those who want to relax or visit the Lower Friuli or the Trieste area. On our part, we think, for the near future, of being guests again at Cristina and Alessandro's Tibù B&B. Giorgio and Tina.

Simply wonderful place. The Family room consists of two spacious bedrooms in a single-storey structure. Each room has direct access to a large park with fruit trees. The entire environment has been recently renovated. The furnishings in all areas are new and carefully chosen. The bathroom is large with a huge shower. Breakfast is prepared by the owner in the kitchen, shared by the two rooms. Abundant breakfast with pastries, bread, butter, jam, nutella, cookies, and a fresh homemade-looking cake. Considering many experiences around Italy and abroad, I have never found an environment so well-kept. Even more advantageous when considering that for a one-night stay for a family of 4 we spent 75 euros including breakfast. If I were to stay in the area of Aquileia-Redipuglia again, Tibú will be my first choice.

The structure is brand new, surrounded by greenery, tastefully and practically furnished in a quiet area, easy to reach and strategically located to easily visit the many beauties that the surroundings offer (sea, villages, cities, mountains). Beautiful outdoor spaces. The people who manage it are exceptional in terms of friendliness, courtesy, and sympathy. Breakfast for food lovers and top cleanliness.

I have only words of praise all round without exceptions for the friendliness of the manager, the brand new and perfect structure from the bathroom to the room, to the kitchen corner. Everything brand new: TV, satellite, air conditioner, bed, shower, etc. Also cleanliness, every day, except on Sundays, impeccable in the room and bathroom and of course in the kitchen; precise and punctual linen changes in the bathroom and room and finally, breakfasts more than abundant and a beautifully maintained park around with an exclusive garden corner. Perfect autonomy with keys and gate remote control always perfectly functional. In conclusion, thanks Tibù, thanks to the owners Cristina and Alessandro.

I highly recommend it. We booked for two nights, me and my family (parents + two daughters). We were greeted with warmth right away. The accommodations are located in a separate outbuilding from the owners' house, each of them has a private bathroom. All around there is a large lawn with a fence with geese and chickens. In the morning, a very abundant breakfast, sweet and savory, is served in the spacious kitchen (available for guests), equipped with every service and appliance. It is located in a very convenient location to visit Friuli (Grado, Aquileia, Udine, Trieste, Palmanova,...).

We arrived in the afternoon and were immediately greeted with courtesy. We found everything very clean and tidy. The room is located in a separate annex from the owners' house with a private bathroom. The breakfast, abundant and rich in delicacies (especially the homemade dessert by Cristina), was served to us in the spacious kitchen, equipped with every comfort, also for cooking, if we had wanted, our lunch/dinner. The sitting room and the veranda are also charming. The large garden allowed our little dog to run and play (animals are welcome). It is allowed to park the car inside with freedom of time as we found the remote control to open the gate with the room key. I definitely recommend it.
