Paraschos

Excellent communication with the host from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out. The GPS had no trouble directing us to the property. Very close to the Italy-Slovenia motorway. Location in the vineyards was perfect and beautiful. Room perfectly clean, new, and good-sized. Great view from the terrace. Breakfast was very good. Host kindly directed us to a very nice nearby restaurant, "Al Ponte", for dinner. Overall a perfect stay - will definitely return and recommend to others.

I went with my dog to Paraschos. It is a small villa surrounded by vineyards, very quiet, tastefully decorated and clean. I had difficulty getting there because the navigator was freezing; San Floriano is a small village nestled in Slovenia and the roaming was not efficient. For those who wish to explore it, it is better to arrive from Gorizia. The Paraschos are friendly and kind. The lady prepares sweets and jams for a superb breakfast, served in summer on the open porch. It's worth it. For solo travelers, it may be a bit expensive, but the place makes you forget about the price.

Very well-kept, clean, and quiet B&B. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful, very attentive to guests' needs. Genuine and rich breakfast served in the veranda of the breakfast room with a view of the hills. Highly recommended.

The location, in the countryside near a hamlet of S. Floriano on the edge of a vineyard with a view of the hills of Collio, ensures great tranquility. Modern and comfortable building. The owners, very courteous and helpful, manage a farm that produces high-quality wines. Excellent starting point for visiting Gorizia and exploring the area.

Relaxing environment among the hills and vineyards. Spacious room, well equipped and with access to the outdoor portico equipped with a table and sunbed. The common areas are also very spacious. The environments are practically new. The owner shows the pleasure of hospitality with courteous attention to guests, pleasant conversations and homemade sweets for the morning breakfast (but also excellent jams). We will try to come back.

Kindness and friendliness of the owners are top-notch. Modern, clean structure just a few kilometers from Gorizia. Only suggestion, increase the breakfast offer.

We have just returned from a stay at Paraschos which I highly recommend. The room was beautiful and very clean, the location is excellent for visiting Slovenia and many historical itineraries. The hosts are very kind, definitely worth trying!

An enchanting and strategic location to visit the Collio Goriziano. A fabulous cellar, I would say unique. A family-run management full of passion! I recommend it to everyone.
