Fantastic accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The center is very close, as is the main beach. The hostess is very kind and pleasant. All recommendations. I will come back again.

The apartment is located in the Roiano district about 1.5 km from Trieste Central Station. Clean, very well kept and well equipped for having lunch. Marija is very kind and attentive, always ready to meet any need. Close to bus stops that go to the city center, Opicina and Miramare. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The area is very quiet, far from the city's hustle and bustle while still being very close to the center.

My wife and I stayed at this property from September 18 to 21 and we had a great time. The welcome was very kind. The room and bathroom were very clean and well cared for. The shared kitchen, serving the two rooms that make up the property, was equipped with dishes, a coffee machine with pods and everything needed for breakfast (even if not required). Although the property is not in the historic center, it is nonetheless in a central area. It is about a 20-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia. However, about 150 m away there is a bus stop that gets you comfortably to the city center in a few minutes. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Marija, a very kind host. If we can, we will definitely return.

Everything was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, the bottles of water in the fridge and the little sweet snacks found in the kitchen (even though breakfast was not included) were much appreciated, the coffee machine with the capsules available. The room was welcoming. The bed was comfortable, with the possibility of using a functional kitchenette, well stocked. The bus to go downtown is nearby, as well as a bar and a supermarket.

Not far from the center, clean room, super helpful and kind manager, highly recommended.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is very clean, in an area 15 minutes by bus (or a few more on foot) from everything. Marija was very kind and helpful, allowing me maximum flexibility in schedules and responding quickly to any questions.

Recently renovated apartment; our room was clean and welcoming, although a bit small. In a few minutes you can reach the bus that quickly takes you to the city center. Mrs. Marija is kind and helpful. I would only recommend placing 'non-slip' mats in the shower tray, as it is really very slippery and dangerous.

Surely the kindness, availability of the owner and the welcoming and clean premises make the difference. If I were to return to Trieste, I would try to book at this property.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Trieste, not far from the sea and not far from the old town. And the area of the apartment is also nice, with all the necessary services. The hotel is bright and beautiful. And Marija is a treasure. Thank you!

Recently renovated property, all new and clean. Very helpful owner. It's a bit difficult to find a parking spot for the car.

Very clean and new room, located in a historic building. Small but clean and functional private bathroom. Shared kitchen with another room. Quiet area and quite close to the center: half an hour on foot or three minutes by bus, the bus stop is very close to the property (convenient).
