Very welcoming and charming in the spaces, particularly the beautiful wooden floors. The room is detailed and the location is very convenient. It is noisy at night and early in the morning if the windows are left open; otherwise there is air conditioning and the windows effectively reduce noise. The host is kind and helpful. The only flaw in this well-kept setting is the breakfast: although served in a very pleasant room, in our opinion it was not up to standard. The toast was cold (it would be better to provide a toaster), the cakes were industrial, and nothing left a memorable impression. With a few adjustments and a more careful selection of products, it could match the rest of the very pleasant setting.

Per quanto riguarda le torte e i dolci, desidero precisare che – pur volendo – non possiamo prepararli personalmente, poiché le normative dell’USL richiedono tracciabilità completa dei prodotti serviti agli ospiti. Per questo motivo selezioniamo con cura articoli confezionati di qualità, che sono sempre stati graditi, a partire da me che li scelgo personalmente. Riguardo ai toast, può capitare che non risultino caldi: dobbiamo essere pronti fin dall’orario di apertura della colazione, ma quando gli ospiti li desiderano appena tostati li prepariamo volentieri al momento. La ringrazio sinceramente per le segnalazioni e per l’apprezzamento complessivo del soggiorno. Cordialmente, Massimo.

We were pleased with our stay. As colleagues, I would recommend better quality for breakfast, shower caps in the bathroom, and daily room tidying.

Gentile Ospite, la ringrazio per la recensione, da cui si può sempre trarre spunto per migliorarsi. Ci tengo tuttavia a distinguere il giudizio sulla colazione, che offriamo in forma varia e alternata tra dolce e salato: yogurt, torte, creme e marmellate, cereali, frutta di stagione, insaccati assortiti, formaggi spalmabili, uova sode e pane caldo. Il vostro voto così negativo è dovuto a quale motivo ? La struttura è una casa vincolata dalle Belle Arti, con pavimenti storici e bagni privati dotati di docce ampie (120x80) e stanze ampie da 16 a 29 mq. La pulizia non ha mai ricevuto valutazioni inferiori al 9, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto per la zona e il periodo di novembre, resta molto competitivo. Infine, sottolineo che per correttezza professionale, visto che vi dichiarate colleghi che eventuali osservazioni si condividono in forma privata, non pubblica. Cordiali saluti, Massimo
