This property is absolutely recommended. Everything is perfectly clean and nicely decorated. The extremely abundant breakfast exceeded all expectations. The landlady was extremely accommodating and fulfilled all our wishes. The location is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, yet you are in historic places in a few minutes. We will book this property again!

Our experience at Casa Gioconda was very positive. Everything was perfect even though we booked at the last minute; our host was very welcoming and very accommodating in meeting our schedules and needs. The house is convenient for the center and for visiting Aquileia. Recommended.

Part of a villa in a quiet street where you can definitely park. Located 100 meters from the Roman river port where the archaeological walk begins. I returned to this property after staying there 7 years ago for the convenience of the property and the tranquility.

Whole spacious little apartment furnished with taste, just a 10-minute walk from the basilica and all the archaeological sites of Aquileia. Mrs. Rosanna is a very sweet and caring landlady. The breakfast is plentiful and smells of freshly baked bread and croissants. Absolutely recommended!

Spacious and well-furnished two-room apartment, with a very comfortable bed, about a 10-minute walk from the basilica. Mrs. Rosanna was very helpful and caring in anticipating the breakfast time upon our request, despite the short notice from our part. We stayed for only one night after completing the Via Flavia pilgrimage. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed one night at this B&B, located near the center of Aquileia, consisting of an annex of the main house, with independent entrance. Excellent welcome and availability of the owner especially in agreeing on the arrival time. Abundant and varied breakfast.

Highly recommended! B&B Casa Gioconda is the ideal B&B: spacious, very comfortable, well organized and excellently managed by Mrs. Rosanna, who is helpful and competent. The breakfast is special, rich and of high quality (especially the superb croissants!). We hope to return, Friuli has a lot to offer to visitors.

Superb welcome. Mrs. Rosanna is an exceptional host. Perfect location, fantastic breakfast, magnificent hospitality. What more could you ask for. We stumbled upon this B&B by chance and if we were to return to the Aquileia area, it will undoubtedly be our next choice. We would like to live there permanently. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
