Beyond every possible expectation. Tina and Silvio are extraordinarily available people with their friendly attitude, always ready to meet the needs of their guests. I will not go into the descriptions of their many attentions, extreme cleanliness, attention to detail of the rooms, rich breakfast of Tina, the boat ride gift of Silvio; the other reviews are very comprehensive in this regard. I traveled a lot and saw several B&Bs in Italy and in many parts of Europe, but it is the first time I have the feeling of being "at home", like a guest of a friend, with whom to talk pleasantly during the weekend; in a sense, they redefine the concept of B&B combining a highly professional attitude with a warm family-like atmosphere, with a focus on understanding new ways to improve. Like so many before me, I go away not only enriched by the knowledge of a new place, but having met two new friends that I hope to see again soon. If you happen to be here, Gasiso B&B is definitely the best choice! Dear Tina and Silvio, it was a real pleasure to have the chance to meet you!

Very friendly, very clean, a big plus is the proximity to the train station, the price-performance ratio is perfect. We were very happy to be there.

We stayed on the 6th and 7th of May. Beautiful rooms with every comfort. Everything is there. Every detail is extremely well taken care of. Excellent and varied breakfast. The warmth of Silvio and his wife is heartfelt. Feels like being with family. Great location near the station and city center. Congratulations.

Mr. Silvio, the owner, is a lovely person. I arrived at 21:30 after a long journey and he even prepared food for me. The next morning, a fabulous breakfast with delicious homemade pie. I wouldn't know where to start because I will never find the right words to thank you and the way to repay you for everything I have received. This summer with my girlfriend I arrive in Monfalcone for work, as soon as we arrived at B&B Gasiso we were greeted by the warm hospitality of Silvio and Tina and a delicious aperitif. We spent a week in July and I can say that the structure is one of the most beautiful you can find. It has nothing to envy to others because you will be amazed by the comforts, furnishings, bright rooms with meticulously cared bathrooms inside, cleanliness, accessories, and the sweet and savory breakfast prepared on the spot! In summer or milder periods it takes place outdoors in the garden (excellent). Silvio and Tina will not let you miss anything, indeed there will always be something more that you do not expect. The location is strategic because a stone's throw from the train station or the bus stop which will take you in any direction, inside and outside the region. During the "stay" I met different people, of any age, all excited about what they found and how they were treated. I would have more to write but being a review I will unfortunately have to limit myself but, Thank you Silvio, I enclose everything by telling you that you are a "Special" person with many virtues and abilities, while Tina, you are really delightful, hospitable, sincere, who opened the door of your home as if you were an "adopted" child. You really are two "Unique and rare" people, especially in these parts where they are not easy to find! We have shared multiple situations and everything you have done and given will remain indescribable and I will be grateful to you forever! Sorry for the delay, but at least I'm not late in my work otherwise! I recommend everyone that if you happen to pass by here, do not hesitate to stop for at least a few nights. With affection. It's the tenth day waking up in the B&B Gasiso, the last. It's my first review, and it's not easy at all to share my experience here; I was too impressed and excited to summarize without leaving something out! Tina and Silvio's attention to detail is evident in everything: in cleanliness (here I walk barefoot as only at mom's house), in the decor (the rooms and their respective bathrooms are each more beautiful than the other, as well as the common relaxation areas) and in the choice of accessories (long live the latex mattress, on which I sleep better than at home! And pillows of all types and sizes and blankets for the more or less warm in all seasons! And much more that you don't expect), in breakfast (sweet, savory, there's something for every taste), in all their countless attentions! Tina, Silvio, your availability and welcome was an extraordinary welcome! I came in as a simple guest of a B&B and I'm leaving today (fortunately not very far;)) feeling extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to meet a special family that welcomed me to their home making me feel at home:) Thank you Friends:) Silvia.

As usual, I am the latecomer of the group, but giving my opinion about this structure is the least I can do. Giving ten is reductive, as my adventure friends in Monfalcone have already pointed out. I would give an engineering score of the infinity symbol, which better expresses quality, service, location, price, and breakfast, and the infinity symbol to the n to evaluate Silvio, the manager of B&B Gasiso. Guys, if you pass through Monfalcone and need a place to stay, do not hesitate, stop at this B&B, and you will not regret it. Silvio, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and please reserve the rooms for us, as we are all returning next week.

There are no words to describe the hospitality and kindness received at B&B Gasiso. I found two parents there who made my stay unforgettable. I left a little piece of my heart that I will soon go back to retrieve. People like Silvio and Tina are rare and I was fortunate to have found them; above all, I found, in addition to a truly fantastic B&B in every detail, two available and sincere people. A score of 10 is reductive because this is an extraordinary B&B.

Praise is not required but it is a duty and a pleasure to assign it to this establishment and to the hospitality they offered us. 10 out of 10 for the structure: it feels like being at home. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness: an excellent business card. 10 out of 10 for location: very central. 10 out of 10 for the quality/price ratio: nothing to complain about, on the contrary! 10 out of 10 for breakfast: I defined it not as a B&B but as a B&L since we had lunch for breakfast and everything was of excellent quality! Finally, and not by chance I left it for last, 10 out of 10 for the manager: he welcomed us greatly, with a unique kindness and availability that left me truly speechless. It is unnecessary to recount the surprises that the manager reserved for us. I leave you with the doubt so that you may also go there and experience it firsthand.

The quality of the structure is very very high, the rooms and bathrooms are very well cared for and extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent, served at the table and very very plentiful. In addition to all this, there is the kindness and friendliness of Silvio and Tina who welcome you with the utmost kindness, making you feel at home.

I arrived in Friuli to work and found new friends. This is what makes this place unique, different from all other B&Bs. The structure is brand new, very clean, and very discreet. It is very convenient with the Monfalcone station, where the Frecciabianca trains stop. The breakfasts are great. Special people, ready to meet every particular need. The welcome, affection, and care I received moved me. More than in a B&B, it felt like being at the home of family members. I left my heart there, so I have to come back!

Lover of history, in memory of an ancestor of mine who fought in those places to defend Italy. With my wife who wanted to visit Trieste and its gulf, we found accommodation with Mr. Silvio and Mrs. Tina and from the very beginning we were delighted by their hospitality and many attentions. The room was very beautiful and especially very clean, the breakfast was deliciously prepared with care by Mrs. Tina. Silvio, with great generosity, wanted to gift us a wonderful ride on his boat in the gulf. Thank you for your affection, we will not forget you. Fiorella and Eraldo.

A warm welcome and two very nice spouses who do everything possible to make your stay pleasant welcome you in this small and cozy B&B. Immaculately clean rooms and carefully curated details give you the feeling of being in a special place. The breakfast is simply wonderful, spoiled with homemade cakes made with unique mastery, even if the real cherry on the cake is Tina, the owner. A simply delightful person, formidable cook, very pleasant chatterbox, tireless woman. To gift us one of her superb pastires, she cooked until two in the morning, not to mention her husband Silvio. Always available to meet customer needs, always in a good mood and ready for a joke and a laugh. To these wonderful hosts, whom we left with the desire to return, a sincere thank you for making us feel at home, a pleasant weekend turned into a splendid weekend.

The structure is truly beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, but the most important thing is undoubtedly the management. More than in a bed and breakfast, it really feels like being guests of family friends. After a couple of days, for my daughters, they were already practically like uncles, preparing delicious things for breakfast and always ready with that extra gesture of kindness that is not established by law but is part of the way people are. A big thank you.

We are a couple with two children, interested in the sea but also in the history that permeates this eastern corner of Italy. From the very first phone contacts, we had the impression of having found exquisite people, an impression immediately confirmed by the availability and humanity of the owners Silvio and Tina. They were very kind, and a mutual sympathy was created. The environment is well cared for, excellent cleanliness, and a family atmosphere is felt. We recommend everyone to get to know this beautiful place but especially these wonderful people.

The structure is certainly beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished. The hosts make it enchanting. They took care of every aspect that could improve our stay. They made us laugh with sympathy, eat with pleasure and feel at home. We stayed with a six-year-old child who was very comfortable. I do not know if you will laugh more with Tina or with Silvio, in any case I would highly recommend it to anyone who wanted to go to that area.

We arrived late in the evening due to various misunderstandings, around 11:00 PM. Silvio, the owner, waited for us and as soon as we got out of the car, he welcomed us with a sparkling wine aperitif and took us to eat an excellent pizza. He and his wife, Tina, are two people of almost embarrassing kindness and sweetness. The structure is new and very well kept, and the breakfast is excellent. A surprise on the last day: before leaving, he treated us to a 4-hour boat ride, taking us to some beautiful beaches for swimming. We never write reviews, really, but for these two wonderful people, Silvio and Tina, it is truly worth spending a few words. Their B&B Gasiso is a real gem.
