Our B & B is located in an enchanting mountain landscape, in the center of the country. The "B&B Ai Pellegrini" is a hospitable and refined structure with attention to detail. We offer two rooms with private bathroom for a total of 6 beds.

Travelers staying with us will enjoy splendid walks, trekking and climbing as well as being able to participate in cultural events and the unmissable Illegio exhibitions.

Our property is the perfect place all families on the move will feel right at home here, thanks to games and pastimes arranged for your children, for work and business trips, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.

Absolutely perfect while traveling through the Dolomite Alps. A little bit difficult to find the location. Tip to Serena: post the geographic coordinates for GPS on the booking confirmation.

We only spent one night in this B&B, but we can highly recommend it. Starting from the reservation, everything went perfectly. The rooms are very nice and clean, the landlady extremely friendly and helpful. An excellent value for money. We will gladly come back.

What can we say, I can only find words of praise. Everything was perfect. Room top notch and with many little extras, breakfast very abundant and lovingly prepared. The rooms very clean and very beautiful. We felt comfortable all around. Thank you very much.

We felt very comfortable and welcome. Everything was perfect. The hosts, who live in the same house, are very friendly, warm-hearted, and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and very tasty, everything is very clean and well-maintained.

Lovingly furnished rooms and a dreamlike breakfast await you at the Bed & Breakfast Ai Pellegrini. The rooms are bright and the house is adjacent to a large parking lot, which means you can always find a parking space. You only have to walk up the street to reach the town center of the small village of Villa Santina. You immediately feel at home and the exceptionally warm hostess is very friendly and takes great care of her guests' well-being. In summary, there can hardly be anything a guest could miss at Ai Pellegrini. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Mi perdoni... vi siete fermati da noi per scelta, una notte di passaggio, arrivati la sera e ripartiti presto senza la possibilità nè volontà di esplorare la zona...ma perchè penalizzarci sulla posizione? Se non era adatta alle vs aspettative perchè sostare da noi...ormai su google si vede dove si prenota! Fondamentalmente amo gli ospiti che a noi esternano la perfezione del soggiorno e poi sui social scrivono tutt'altro! Tornate ad esplorare la Carnia...abbiamo posti magici! Grazie ancora e...alla prossima Serena e Marco.

I have to give all 10 because 11 or more is not possible! Mrs. Serena who manages the property is a person of great kindness and courtesy that are rarely found, very helpful even when we had an inconvenience (our fault) for breakfast! The room is very well-kept, tidy and spotlessly clean, nice loft used as a study/living room with kettle and coffee machine available, the bathroom also spotlessly clean with those small touches like the towels and the makeup remover product or cotton swabs that are rarely found even in much more prestigious and starred establishments... you really feel at home! It's a pity that for us it was a quick stopover and we couldn't fully enjoy the breakfast as I mentioned, but the homemade cake was uniquely delicious! but we will definitely come back and if you need accommodation staying in this B&B you will certainly not be disappointed!

We had a very good time. Extremely clean, bright, spacious room with a nice little balcony. Comfortable bed. Large, spotless bathroom, well-equipped, just like the room. We couldn't have asked for better. Varied, plentiful breakfast and... simply good! Maximum availability from Serena and Marco (bikes in the garage, breakfast at 6 in the morning for our needs... truly exceptional). A pleasure to have a chat with Serena, thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful stay.

Everything perfect, very clean structure, "super" breakfast, top level hospitality, in a strategic position to visit all the main points of interest in the Carnia region. We ended the stay with a great nostalgia, we can't wait to return for the many trips we still have to do.
