More than just beautiful and affordable, nearby you can find all the bus stops you need to get anywhere in no time, the sea is practically right there, as well as the supermarket and one of the most beautiful attractions (Castle). Highly recommended!

Very nice hosts. Many tips from Renzo. Would love to come back. The terrace is simply beautiful, with a great view. Accommodation with charm, even though it's furnished with old furniture but everything is there. Beds pleasantly firm. Good bus connection. Thank you again to Annalisa and Renzo.

Great terrace with fantastic view! Very attentive and dog-friendly hosts. We even got dog bowls and a blanket! The access road is unfortunately quite steep and a bit narrow for wide cars.

My stay in the very large apartment spread across the entire lower floor with a huge terrace was very relaxing. The view was fantastic and my hosts, Annalisa and Renzo, are very helpful and kind people. For those who enjoy biking, historic cities (like Trieste here), and love the sea, this area has it all. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im B&B 7 Olivi verbracht. Das Apartment ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der große Garten ist perfekt, um sich zu erholen, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Busanbindung ins Zentrum von Triest und in die umliegenden Dörfer ist sehr gut. Annalisa und Renzo sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und möchten einen Urlaub bei ihnen wärmstens empfehlen.

B&B in Traumlage. Hunde willkommen.

Wir waren zu zweit und mit unserem kleinen hund (der hier erfreulicherweise herzlich willkommen war) in diesem B&B und können es als quartier für erholsame tage hoch über der stadt triest wärmstens empfehlen. hier noch 4 präzisierungen: + die lage ist wirklich grossartig: blick von der eigenen terrasse über das meer und die küste von kroatien bis grado, total ruhig, in unmittelbarer nähe von spazier- und laufstrecken sowie kletterspots (an der strada napoleonica), gleichzeitig aber mit 1a-busverbindung ins zentrum von triest (linien 42 und 44). + das B&B besteht aus einer einzigen, richtig grossen wohnung im unteren geschoss von einem einfamilienhaus in einem der vornehmsten viertel der stadt - ein traum! auch die einrichtung mit alten, geschmackvollen möbeln ist sehr ansprechend; einziges mini-manko: obwohl es draussen ende oktober noch recht warm war, haben wir es drinnen in der früh etwas frisch gefunden; möglicherweise also kein quartier für den winter. + das besitzer-ehepaar gibt sich richtig mühe: abholung mit dem auto vom bahnhof, gratis-stadtrundfahrt mit dem auto, abwarten unserer einkäufe vorm supermarkt, hintergrundgeschichten über geschichte und gegenwart der stadt, usw; 1 note abzug für fast schon zu viel des guten, sprich, man wird die gastgeber beim schwatzen manchmal kaum mehr los. - auch wenn die besitzer freundlicherweise täglich nachgefragt haben, ob wir noch etwas brauchen, und uns so noch eier und joghurt gebracht haben, vergeben wir keine guten noten für das frühstück, weil einerseits die grundausstattung (wie leider in italien üblich) eher bescheiden war, und weil wir andererseits selbst abwaschen mussten (was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat, aber es ist halt nicht teil der B&B-idee).

Beautiful location, the living room window is a painting. Plenty of space available and complete flexibility in using the house. The owners are kind, welcoming, and helpful. For breakfast, we found a great availability of everything useful, even for children. The access is a bit inconvenient but once you arrive, it's worth it!

Beautiful days, Annalisa and Renzo helped us to orient ourselves and feel very comfortable.

Fantastica posizione con vista su tutto il golfo di Trieste. Gestori gentilissimi e simpatici. Bellissima casa di grandi dimensioni e completa di ogni necessità abitativa.

La "salita" è da evitare; per il resto una vista per amanti del mare! Un particolare saluto all'Animatore Renzo! Trieste unica. Grazie. 10+.

Il verde della vegetazione e l'azzurro del mare creano un'atmosfera di assoluta serenità, cui contribuisce la disponibilità e l'attenzione dei gestori. L'appartamento è ampio, ben tenuto e arredato con gusto. Tutte le stanze hanno una finestra che si affaccia sul mare. La vista dalla vasta terrazza è spettacolare: abbraccia l'intero arco del golfo di Trieste da Punta Sottile ai grattacieli di Lignano. È un alloggio che si lascia con rammarico e col vivo desiderio di ritornarci.

Lo consigliamo vivamente: ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione, silenzioso.

Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Bellissima struttura in posizione panoramica. Splendida terrazza con vista sul Golfo di Trieste. Alloggio spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Cucina ben attrezzata dove la padrona di casa ci ha fatto trovare una buonissima crostata preparata in casa e una ricchissima varietà alimenti e bevande per la prima colazione. Siamo stati benissimo. Da non perdere. Il punto di forza è sicuramente il panorama splendido, che spazia dal porto di Trieste fino al Castello di Miramare. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo e gode di tutti i confort anche per preparare i pasti della giornata. I proprietari, che abitano l'appartamento al piano superiore, sono persone veramente squisite, molto disponibili e allo stesso tempo discrete; attente anche alle esigenze dei bambini. Lo consigliamo caldamente anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Siamo stati veramente molto bene presso la struttura, un appartamento grande e confortevole, completo di ogni cosa e con una vista stupenda del mare dalle finestre. La strada è un po' in salita ma ci si fa subito l'abitudine perché permette di arrivare facilmente al centro di Trieste ed agli altri posti da visitare come il Castello di Miramare e la grotta Gigante.

Colazione abbondante e variegata. I gestori riescono a stabilire un ottimo rapporto con i propri clienti, incarnando lo spirito vero e proprio dei B&B. Ottima accoglienza dell'artista.

La struttura è perfetta per me che avevo un cane grosso a seguito, ma si presta bene per chiunque abbia bisogno di relax e contemplazione. Ho trovato bel tempo e quindi sono andata per boschi, ma anche con il brutto tempo, grazie alle finestre panoramiche sul mare del salotto si può star bene. Poi c'è anche il giardino che è un balcone sul golfo di Trieste. I padroni di casa sono estremamente cordiali. Consiglierei a chi vuol andare una macchina piccola perché la salita per arrivare è impegnativa e stretta.

Posizione magnifica, con vista su Trieste e il golfo. Paesaggio meraviglioso e luogo molto tranquillo. Il gestore è una persona molto cordiale e presente così da poter ricevere informazioni relative alle attività presenti in zona. Consigliatissimo. Di sicuro ci torneremo.
