Our expectations were more than met,and the warm welcome continued throughout our five-day stay. The host greatly helped with suggestions for dinner,sightseeing and other helpful tips.

Beautifully and simply decorated B&B combines the charm of the old with all the modern conveniences. Mara and Giuliano are absolutely delightful and the perfect hosts, providing guests with as much assistance and advice as they need while giving them plenty of space to discover the fascinating region on their own. Before opening their B&B, they owned and operated an equestrian school. An outstanding location for birders and cyclists, surrounded by extensive bike paths, wetlands, farmland, and walkable or bikable nature sanctuaries with blinds (osservatori) for watching the wildlife. The best way to find the place is to enter "Agriturismo Riva Mondina" into Google Maps (the app is a little confused by the mailing address). We stayed for three nights and were sad to leave.

Very friendly and extremely helpful host! Especially for those looking for accommodation in nature and silence, I highly recommend this place! Additionally, the accommodation is located near protected areas! (Riserva Naturale Regionale della Foce / Riserva Naturale Valle Canal Novo).

We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and very cozy. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended: I can't imagine there being a nicer house in this region.

We were warmly welcomed and received very good tips for outings and dining every day. The atmosphere was family-like. The house has 4 rooms and is located in a very quiet area. The rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned daily. Bicycles are available. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. We lacked nothing. We spent very nice and relaxing days there. Despite language barriers, we were able to communicate easily with the help of Google Translator. A big compliment and thank you to the owner.

The hosts were very friendly, they had new excursion tips and restaurant recommendations for us every day. The location is extremely quiet, which we wanted! The only thing we missed was a bridge over the canal to get to Grado faster by bike and not have to take a 10 km detour.

We needed the rural peace that Agriturismo Riva Mondina fully provided. We rested well during our two-week stay. The very warm welcome and the attentive care of Mrs. Mara and her husband Giuliano are particularly noteworthy.

A beautiful 1930s house carefully and lovingly restored by Mara and Giuliano. The same passion they put into advising guests based on their interests: for us, who love cycling, they suggested routes to discover a very beautiful area. Agriturismo Riva Mondina is a very relaxing place for those seeking peace and tranquility in contact with nature.

We felt very good. We really enjoyed the quiet place and the beautiful garden. The breakfast outdoors was very good and Mrs. Mara was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

The house is beautiful, perfect and restored, it maintains its original charm. Mara offers her guests a warm welcome, it really feels like staying with old friends! Precious advice on itineraries and restaurants in the area. Charming location, quiet and where it is really easy to relax.

We were won over by the welcome and the location; it is a place we would really like to return to. The environment and furnishings contribute to making the stay very pleasant. The location is strategic for getting around both by car and by bicycle. Mara and her husband make the guests feel at the center, and with their valuable advice, they helped us make the most of our four days. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect.

A house close to the canals and in the midst of the greenery of the cultivated fields of the Grado lagoon. Everything is very well cared for and clean with attention to respecting nature. Ideal for relaxing and moving freely. During our stay, we felt more at home with friends than as guests.

Holiday and destination decided almost at the last minute, but we couldn't have made a better choice. A week whose good morning was given by the very cordial Mara for breakfast, it was pleasant to get to know this reality among the green and the silence of the Friulian countryside. Excellent accommodation, well-kept and welcoming, Mara and her husband's advice to get to know the area, the rediscovery of many small "inhabitants" of the area including a duck, a fawn, a little owl. Surely we will return in the coming years.

Very quiet, too bad I didn't bring the fishing rod. In the nearby canal there are huge carps.

We had a wonderful stay in the countryside of the lagoon hinterland. The hosts were very kind and helpful, providing useful information to make our stay and visits in the surrounding area interesting. The property, recently renovated, is very well-kept in detail. The cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfasts are very pleasant. Furthermore, there are bicycles available to ride along the beautiful cycle paths of the area.

Excellent structure. Everything perfect beyond expectations. Enchanting place, rich in charm and history. Furniture and style of excellent taste designed in detail and above all with love. Mara and Giuliano, the managers, are welcoming, hospitable, and of rare kindness. We also had a problem with the car and they solved the problem excellently. You can breathe serenity, cordiality, and the lovely conversations at breakfast will stay in our hearts. Simply unique welcome. Fantastic and very abundant breakfast. We were looking for relaxation and we found it. A real oasis of peace.

We stayed at this beautiful property, my husband and I, we were very satisfied with both the place and Mara, very helpful and welcoming, with whom we had some wonderful conversations. The room was very beautiful, like the whole structure, very clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good quality, Mara tried to meet our needs by proposing excellent varied breakfasts. To make some notes, I would say it would be useful to have a kettle in the room and be able to use the kitchen or a microwave, as the property is in the middle of the countryside (wonderful) and at least 6 km from the first restaurant, for us who stayed for three nights and not being very young anymore, maybe we would have taken advantage of being able to have our dinner at the property, having said that we were very satisfied with our stay and recommend this B&B because it is really worth spending time in nature, in total silence next to a working 1936 pump house, thanks to Mara for all the explanations she gave us about the area. We really liked this region very much, it has a lot to offer and can be visited in tranquility away from the usual overcrowded destinations. Thank you Laura and Alberto.

We had the pleasure of spending a night in this B&B and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Mara, the owner, is a proactive, vital woman with a lot of determination who not only makes you feel pampered and comfortable but also has many beauties to tell about the history of the place she chose to revive. All this can be seen concretely before your eyes, as the structure is truly beautiful, internally renovated with an excellent stylistic choice. The breakfast was pleasant and everything was of excellent quality. We were happy to support a reality in our territory like this and if there will be an opportunity, we will do it again. Excellent value for money and in line with what is offered.

It was a truly pleasant stay. Quiet and peaceful structure, immersed in the countryside but ten minutes from the beaches of Grado; very well-kept and clean. We were welcomed by Mara, kind and attentive to our needs, who also provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and places to eat. Recommended.

I stayed with Mara and Giuliano who welcomed me with warmth and friendliness. I found the accommodation in excellent condition, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. I rested well due to the tranquility of the place. And thanks to the hosts, I received valuable indications on what to do in the area. To be repeated by staying a few more days.
