What can I say, top-notch hospitality from Ausilia and Dario! They pampered us in every way: kindness, great recommendations for both trekking and restaurants, a cozy, warm and spotlessly clean room and a truly abundant and healthy breakfast with homemade products prepared by them. Great place to spend a relaxing vacation in Cima Sappada. Spectacular breakfast in a lovely veranda with a view of the surrounding peaks, homemade cakes and jams that we really enjoyed! Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect. The only small flaw in my opinion is the lack of fresh milk at breakfast, as I don't drink long-life milk. Other than that, everything is absolutely positive.

We used the property for one night and were impressed by the hospitality and tranquility of the place. Clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated room. Abundant and genuine breakfast (delicious homemade cakes and strudel). A pleasant experience to repeat every time we are in the area and that we highly recommend.

Unbeatable in terms of price/quality ratio and payment methods in the Cima Sappada area. Friendly and helpful managers, enviable and strategic location, mountain view and practically a hundred meters from the Siera ski lift! Rooms for all needs, even for singles for a weekend night! Very nice and well-kept structure. The room and bathroom are very beautiful and comfortable, as well as very clean thanks to daily cleaning. The lady who manages the structure was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was always plentiful, varied, and good (noteworthy are the homemade cakes and jams). I highly recommend the accommodation.

Second time at this property. And the expectations were not disappointed. The location, the kindness of the owners, and the cleanliness are excellent. Perhaps the breakfast could be enriched a bit (which, however, includes both sweet and, on request, savory) but even so it's fine.

Family of 4 with 2 children (2 nights - weekend). We had a very good experience. The owner is helpful and very courteous. The breakfast is plentiful, with homemade cakes and jams standing out. The structure is a bit "dated" but very clean and welcoming. The ski lift is about 200-300 meters away from the facility; I consider it impossible to move with ski boots on and skis in hand (especially with children in tow). Sappada doesn't offer many connections, so you have to travel by car; parking is plentiful. (Cima Sappada is about 1 km away from Sappada Centro).

Ausilia and Dario are perfect hosts, kind and helpful in providing advice on routes and attractions in the area. The location in the beautiful hamlet of Cima Sappada is very strategic, just off the main road which is much noisier and busier; the structure is affiliated with restaurants and trattorias, two of which are within walking distance. Clean room equipped with everything necessary, ours in particular did not have a terrace but in some it is present. Breakfast with homemade cakes very good and always different. Really great price.

Everything went well, the owners were kind. The only flaw was the breakfast, too minimal. The sweet part, like the croissants, was not from a pastry shop; you could immediately tell they were packaged (one day they changed but they were still frozen, while before they seemed like supermarket ones), they were empty so there were no fillings, there was no fresh whole wheat bread, only white bread or sliced packaged bread. There was no savory food, like speck, fresh cheese, cold cuts, prosciutto. There was no fruit of any kind. In short, the breakfast aspect needs a complete revision. Everything else is fine, nothing to complain about.

Ci preme tuttavia specificare alcune cose: non abbiamo mai servito croissaint confezionati; se ce lo avesse chiesto, le avremmo spiegato che sono congelati e che vengono infornati al momento, come da consuetudine nella maggior parte delle strutture ricettive; oppure bastava semplicemente sfogliare l’elenco ingredienti del prodotto con procedura di lievitazione e cottura. Sono vuoti sì, è una nostra specifica scelta perché è praticamente impossibile accontentare tutta la clientela: c’è chi li vorrebbe con la crema, chi con la cioccolata, chi con la marmellata di ribes, ma non con marmellata di albicocche o pesche o miele, chi ancora con la marmellata di mirtillo o marmellata di arancia. Proponendoli vuoti diamo la possibilità di farcirli a piacimento con tutti o quasi tutti gli ingredienti sopra elencati. Per il pane integrale fresco ha ragione, non c’è , come non ci sono la frutta e gli affettati, ma, per evitare sprechi, proponiamo salame e formaggio latteria tagliato al momento. Questa nostra scelta ci permette di contenere i prezzi, in totale controtendenza con l’andamento attuale e a beneficio della nostra affezionata clientela. We stayed one night at the end of June 2023. The location is quiet and convenient to reach both Sappada and Forni Avoltri, at the foot of Mount Peralba, reachable from here in a few minutes by car or with a nice walk. The structure is very welcoming. Our room was comfortable, quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, comparable to that of a hotel, with homemade pastries, jams and yogurt. Moreover, they offer discounts for lunch or dinner in some structures in the area. We were very satisfied and would definitely return.

The place is very clean. The only downside was the low temperature in the bathroom, I think it was a maximum of 18 degrees. Worth going back for the quality/price ratio.

A fantastic structure from every point of view! Impeccable cleanliness and a house cared for in every detail. Very rich breakfast and Mrs. Daria's strudel is truly delicious! Cima Sappada is a very pleasant hamlet, with a cross-country ski track, a ski lift, beautiful walks, and some trattorias within easy reach. 5 minutes by car from the town center. Highly recommended.

It's the first time I've been welcomed as if I were one of the family or a friend.\n\nThis is what Ausilia conveyed to us in the three days we spent at the Affittacamere Quinz, she made us feel at home.\n\nWe were a group of 11 people and we all agree on the very positive judgment.\n\nWe also appreciated the location of the structure, just outside Sappada, but in a small, quiet village characterized by old wooden houses kept in order and embellished with many decorations.\n\nLast but not least, the breakfast, composed of freshly baked pastries every day, different jams made by Ausilia, syrups, yogurt served in a splendid veranda overlooking a panorama of majestic peaks, all accompanied by Ausilia's spontaneous kindness.\n\nCertainly, the quality-price ratio is more than excellent.\n\nI recommend it with all my heart and hope to return. I had a great time. The managers were very courteous and friendly, they also provided us with a lot of useful information for our stay in Sappada. I believe our room was the smallest among those in the accommodation, perhaps a bit small, but very clean and with everything we needed. Carefully prepared breakfast with homemade products, delicious jam and cakes! A very pleasant stay.

The owners were very kind but not pushy, we really felt at home. Rested divinely and upon waking up, the homemade jams and cakes made by the landlady were a real and much appreciated surprise.

Typical structure, excellent cleanliness and kind and helpful owners, even with our 4-legged friend. Breakfasts are buffet style, with sweets made directly by the owner, and they are excellent. I highly recommend it.

Everything is above expectations. From the rooms you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Excellent hospitality and availability of the managers who also offer delicious cakes prepared by Mrs. Quinz for breakfast. Located near the main points of interest.

Excellent hospitality, very welcoming and truly friendly hosts; also the breakfast is fantastic! A nice 10 for the homemade sweets. The structure is very beautiful, the room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. Spectacular landscape, excellent accommodation for those who want to unwind for a few days. My husband and I, along with our 4-year-old daughter, spent two days of pure relaxation. The little girl didn't want to go back home anymore. Absolutely recommended.

It is a structure with an excellent value for money. In a splendid and quiet location despite being close to the road, with a nice outdoor space, well-kept both outside and inside and well furnished, including sun loungers and benches with outdoor tables. The room I shared with friends was comfortable, including the bed. The breakfast is great, with a wide choice. The only thing I would have appreciated: not only finding sweet things, very delicious - cake, pastries, homemade jams - but also something savory. Even if it doesn't fit the style of the place, a couple of slices of speck or cheese in the morning wouldn't hurt. The manager was always kind and helpful. Thanks again to Dario Quinz for the hospitality.

Quality, courtesy, comfort, and location. I have been going to Cima Sappada for 40 years and it was really a nice discovery. The breakfast is excellent with all homemade products; I would only recommend adding some savory items to complete it.

We are a family of 4 people, beautiful typically mountainous structure, 4-bed room with the right space and very comfortable, room with panoramic view and excellent and truly abundant breakfast, both with homemade products and commercial products (e.g. Nutella). The owners are extremely helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. What can I say, if I happen to be in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I had a great time. Courtesy, kindness, and cleanliness were the order of the day. An excellent place to spend a few days in total relaxation. For those who do not have a car like me, the place is well served: bus stop a few meters away, a pizzeria downstairs, grocery store, and bar nearby. I recommend it with my eyes closed.
