Our hotel is located at Rivabella district of Rimini by the sea, overlooking beaches and lido facilities ('Spiaggia di San Giuliano a Mare', 'Bagno 1 Riviera', 'Bagno 2 Sergio', 'Bagno 3 4 Toni William'...) in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Rimini), in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Villa Lauda* Bed & Breakfast Rimini" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets enjoy and buy local artisan products, explore cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Near our facility you can find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio R. Neri di Rimini'.

In the morning, we welcome you until 11 o'clock for a sweet and savory buffet breakfast with fresh croissants, homemade cakes, and much more. Bread, toast, butter, jam, chocolate spread, biscuits, snacks, cereals, cocoa puffed rice, orange juice, water, fruit, yogurt, sandwiches with cold cuts and cheese, espresso coffee, macchiato coffee, barley coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate. During the beautiful and hot summer days, you can enjoy our breakfast in the air-conditioned room or in the garden under a cool pergola.

Very close to a nice beach. Not too far from Rimini station and easily accessible by public transport. Felt like a nice family-run business, no five-star hotel, but a lovely accommodation nonetheless.

The bathroom was very small and tight, but bearable for 3 nights. Otherwise very nice owners, very clean and affordable, hope to come back soon.

I stayed with my children for 3 days. Nadia and her brother were welcoming and helpful. The room was cool and spotless, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. Just a few steps from the sea, and unless for specific reasons, we didn't move the car from the parking spaces, which I never had trouble finding right in front of the property.

The location is very close to the restrooms and just a few minutes from the center of Rimini. The property is not among the most modern but is comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness of the premises is good. Antonio and Nadia are great people ready to meet any needs you may have, always kind and friendly. What can I say? Try it and you won't regret it!

It is a B&B suitable for a cheap stopover. The quality/price ratio is optimal, as well as the location. One point to note: the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but you have to request it and pay for it separately, which frankly could be avoided. The same goes for breakfast which is available but at an additional cost. The owners are kind and helpful. Nearby, it is always possible to find parking for your car.

The room was a bit dated and small. The double bed was two joined single beds, the very small bathroom not very clean. It was not possible to take a shower because it was non-existent and there was no space, towels too worn out and rough and the bathroom window wouldn't close. Breakfast was average, I expected more food. Welcoming, helpful and kind staff.

Perfect solution for a short vacation. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Varied and delicious breakfast (especially the brioches that I am fond of) and The bathroom is suitable for a temporary solution but the shower is its strong point. Never take for granted that a B&B has these two qualities because my daughter, staying in another structure, had neither! A stone's throw from the sea and in a pleasant and easily accessible location. To be taken into consideration and recommended.

Clean room and a great shower, varied breakfast and especially rich in genuine cakes without prepackaged supermarket products. Friendly staff that makes you feel at home. I will definitely recommend this property to others and if I had to come back to the area, I would choose it again.

We spent a weekend at the sea. We felt comfortable, like at home, very close to the beach. The breakfast was also ok. The rooms are simple but clean. Recommended.
