Clean place, somewhat dated furniture but well kept, the breakfast is a bit scarce, a cappuccino, a slice of tart, and a cookie. The manager does not have a POS, so payment can only be made in cash or via instant bank transfer. Other than that, we were fine, friendly manager and welcoming structure.

Accommodation in the open countryside, away from the chaos. Room with an external bathroom, both very spacious and well-maintained. Respectful breakfast. Owner is helpful and kind. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful place, good welcome. Services sinful, average cleanliness. In the bathroom there were no towels and soaps, instead there were men's used shampoos. With a little more attention to detail it would be a good bed and breakfast.

Located in a beautiful area, the room is spacious and comfortable. It should be noted that, although very nice, the bathroom is inconveniently located in the corridor. The manager is courteous and kind, willing to welcome us even late at night. The olive trees in the garden are stunning!

Hello, we stayed on the 22nd and 23rd of April, what can I say? We have already said everything with the ratings. We arrived at this place in the Emilian plain with fields, sun, and nature aplenty, we arrived at Villa delle Querce and we thought: it can't be this place, even just for the stunning garden/park. We entered and were welcomed by Mr. Fabio's mother, very kind and friendly, we saw our room and the fantastic bathroom, very clean, white and neat sheets. Everything perfect, we are thinking of coming back for a longer stay. Thank you and see you soon Luciana & Francesco.

We had a great time, just a few minutes from the hospital center. Beautiful structure equipped with everything needed. Very clean and well-heated rooms. The owners are very kind and their availability allows you to enjoy a quiet place with a beautiful garden, as seen in the photos.

We had a great time, the place is quiet yet convenient. I only recommend checking for any damages more thoroughly, in our case to the bathroom accessories. In the shower, the hose of the shower head, the slider, and a soap dish shelf were broken. These are minor details, but they stand out in an otherwise excellent context.

What can I say about this friendly family and their property, where cordiality and courtesy reside in this beautiful Villa delle Querce, surrounded by olive trees and ancient plants in a well-kept expanse of green like in an English garden. A beautiful Bed and Breakfast, in a fabulous location with a large beautiful lawn around. The rooms are super clean and very spacious. The welcome was kind and warm, we even tasted some homemade specialties made by the mother and, there's no denying it, better than at the restaurant. We were on a motorcycle, we didn't have any problems because the property is closed and they gave us the remote control to enter and exit freely. Structure to recommend.

We had dinner last night with a group of friends, in this beautiful structure, we were welcomed with the utmost friendliness and courtesy. The porch where our table was set up was very well arranged and the dinner was excellent, of quality and at an advantageous price. A place that I will recommend to friends and acquaintances! I spent 2 days in total tranquility and great hospitality, I was busy with an event in the city and I was offered the best room with a hot tub, breakfast with homemade cake. Large garden with internal parking, maximum autonomy. Recommended.

Excellent solution for those who need to stay to go to the hospital. I stayed for about twenty days needing to go to the hospital every other day for dressings. I used the kitchen and attic. I must say that I felt at home having my spaces and my privacy in a luxurious and clean environment. Fabio, the owner of the splendid villa, always accompanied me to the hospital, very kind and always available. Excellent solution for those who need to attend the hospital but also as a base for stays to visit the area.

I really liked it for the peaceful climate and the green area around it, the manager was very caring and helpful, made us feel at home. We had a small dog that could run freely, in a short time you can reach other interesting destinations and then return to the peaceful oasis of this splendid B&B. Highly recommended to everyone!
