We had a wonderful stay at the B&B and Michela was an excellent host. She showed us what to see and how to get there, and if you're wondering where to eat, ask her. For breakfast she prepared a warm, savoury dish that changed every morning. The room (the top floor) was clean and spacious and the bathroom was in good working condition. If we have to go to Bologna again, it's a place we'd return to.

Michela is a super host! Her B&B is clean, quiet and a short walk to Piazza Maggiore. She was most helpful to us as first time visitors and is a lovely fun person. Thanks to Michela, we have wonderful memories of our visit to Bologna.

She gave advice on where to go, a map with everything marked out, a fantastic dinner recommendation (she made the reservations for us and they gave us special treatment) and even bought bus tickets for us! We stayed here as a couple for a weekend in Bologna. Mikaela was a great host, the room was wonderful with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was made fresh and there was plenty of choice. There is also an amazing terrace on the rooftop. I definitely recommend this place.

Rarely have I had a host as accommodating as Michela. She was more concerned with my needs - that I ate well, that I was comfortable, that I knew what services were available in the neighborhood and how to get places - than I was. My schedule kept changing about when (and even if) I would arrive. She went with the flow on every one. She is definitely the star of the place.

This wonderful place has the right name... the Angels' Terrace. We were lucky enough to book it for 2 nights and if we could have, we would have stayed much longer. Michela, who manages the B&B, is a perfect host. She knows and loves Bologna, is creative, professional, friendly, and always puts the customer first. Michela is a great host, running a lovely B&B. We were at the B&B mid May 2023 and had a great time although the weather was not that great. Michela goes beyond your expectations to make you feel at home and a valued guest. Her homemade Sunday morning cake was delicious. Staying at her place is a no-brainer.

This wonderful B&B provided me with an unforgettable night. Starting with the location, it is excellent. You can reach everything from the B&B, and there are restaurants, shops for shopping, and really lovely cafés nearby. Michela, the owner, is an extraordinary lady who made our stay much better than it could have been. She made an abundant and delicious breakfast, which she served on her breathtaking terrace. Michela is always glad to help you and make you comfortable. I suggest this B&B to everyone, whether you're visiting Bologna on vacation or for business. Wonderful B&B, Mikela the host was lovely and very helpful. B&B is in a great location, close enough to the center (about a 5-minute walk) but far enough to be away from all the noise. Breakfast was always very nice. The room itself was charming, mixing modern and classic designs. It was well appointed and spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again, should we visit Bologna.

Mikela is an incredible host and person. I will tell only this story. I was late for my flight and Mikela was trying to call a taxi from 2 different phones and since we couldn't reach any of the taxis (due to Easter holidays) she drove me to the airport by herself. I was able to fly home on time just thanks to her. The B&B is very clean and cozy and she made us feel very welcome and safe (also was cooking for us). Huge recommendations for anyone who wants to stay in Bologna, this is the place.

In June 2017 I stayed for almost a week at Terrazza degli Angeli, a beautiful and spacious B&B, conveniently located at the edge of town next to the park. I could reach all my destinations in the town center walking. The room comes with access to a splendid roof patio. As if that is not sufficient, the excellent accommodation comes with a most wonderful host, Mikela, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and makes your wellbeing in Bologna her concern. I am much looking forward to returning to TdA on my next visit.

At the beginning of May, I spent three weeks in the beautiful Terrazza degli Angeli in the old center of Bologna. On arrival I was welcomed by Mikela. In the room there were fresh flowers and immediately a glass of wine was offered. Mika spoke with great passion about Bologna, her city. What are the sights and which ones should definitely be visited. The room is very spacious, big TV, good bed, air conditioning in the room, a large luxury bathroom with bathtub. Very clean and also here with flowers. The B&B is located on the edge of the old town, everything is easily accessible on foot. A bus stop at 50 meters and a city park at 100 meters. Breakfast is very rich and prepared with love. It can be enjoyed outside on the large terrace or in the room. The terrace is very nice with sun loungers, umbrellas and a rocking chair. Mikela keeps an eye on everything and makes sure nothing is missing. She speaks perfect English and French. For me the best B&B ever and I will definitely come back next year. Thank you Mikela.

10/10 is not a high enough rating to describe our stay at the Terrace of the Angels, which perfectly lives up to its name! The B&B is located in the historic center of Bologna, so you can walk everywhere. Situated in a very quiet alley, it boasts a spacious terrace with a view of the old tiled roofs of the neighborhood. The comfort is impeccable and the cleanliness is that of a 5-star hotel! Moreover, Michela is an excellent host: very warm welcome, excellent communication, good advice for visits and above all... hearty, homemade breakfasts tailored to your desires!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The place is worth it because it is far from the airport, but it's worth the trip (by taxi, the easiest and not more expensive if you are two). The house has all the charm of the picture, the hostess is an angel as the name of the street says. The upstairs room is spacious and pleasant and the evening on the terrace truly idyllic; also take a walk to Giardino Margherita right next door, and you will be fully satisfied.

My stay at La Terrazza degli Angeli was simply perfect! Not only because of the cleanliness, the location and the way the B&B is organized: everything that makes the stay feel like being at home is Michela, the owner. Great address and excellent service. Michela is available and full of small appreciable attentions to ensure that your stay goes as well as possible. For example, bottle of prosecco offered and shared on the beautiful typical terrace of Bologna, recommendations of good Italian restaurants and not tourist traps, very good and plentiful breakfast, spacious room well decorated and air-conditioned, numerous quality products in the private bathroom. I appreciated Bologna and this B&B so much that I canceled my visit to Florence, which I already knew, to extend my stay with Michela by 3 days. I recommend it with closed eyes.

I visited Bologna for a three-day weekend and by chance I ended up at the Terrazza degli Angeli where I was welcomed with great professionalism. First of all, I was able to check in at 11:30 (which is very rare). The room is tastefully decorated, a candle is lit to welcome you, the room smells very good and everything is clean. Michela (the host) brought me a 'welcoming food' (sandwich savory pie strawberry whipped cream chocolate) which was much appreciated after the long journey :) Later we had a good coffee on the terrace where she kindly explained the places not to be missed in the city, e.g. the Seven Churches and the Asinelli Tower, etc. The bathroom is equipped with everything! The products are of very good quality and I was able to take a nice bath and relax since the bathroom has a bathtub! The days passed very quickly and every day when I returned to the room there were small attentions: biscuits, a bottle of water... Furthermore, if one evening you don't know where to eat, ask her for advice, I did not regret eating in the restaurants she recommended. On the last evening she kindly offered to prepare dinner for me, I did not regret accepting! Baked pasta with Bolognese sauce (Ragù), fritters and profiteroles with strawberry and whipped cream: exquisite! In summary, if you are in Bologna for a weekend or more, go ahead and book at this B&B, you will not be disappointed, I also work in hospitality and catering since always so I know what I'm talking about! A big thank you for everything you did Michela, everything was appreciated.

We had a very pleasant stay at the "Terrazza degli Angeli". The room and bathroom are very well maintained, the decor is extremely charming, there is a cozy rooftop terrace. The breakfast was great. Michela is a lovely and warm person, she takes great care to ensure that guests feel completely at ease.

Everything was perfect. Michela is super nice and competent. We felt at home. She showed us the city and was always available. Very good breakfast, freshly prepared daily, with savory and sweet dishes, also suitable for non-meat eaters. Everything very clean: bathroom and room were cleaned daily. Gladly again!

Well-positioned structure, close to the courthouse and the historic center. Impeccable cleanliness and kind, cordial reception. The owner, at our request, allowed us to use the room before the scheduled time, anticipating the cleaning of the room: a particularly appreciated courtesy. Very pleasant breakfast on the terrace with a view of the rooftops of Bologna. A place to recommend without any doubt.

Beautiful Bed&Breakfast. Nice, clean room equipped with every comfort including snacks. Michela is an exceptional host, attentive to every guest's needs and very kind. She advised us where to eat and the right buses to get around in the heat of Bologna. On her own initiative, she wanted to store our backpacks to allow us one last tour before departure. Special mention to her breakfast. Highly recommended.

Everything was fantastic, the city, the place, the breakfast, the weather, a fantastic week and she was super nice.

The accommodation in the heart of Bologna is very convenient, clean, and located in a strategic position to visit the city. A special thanks to Michela, who was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Bologna in maximum comfort!

The double room is very spacious and equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, wall-mounted TV, and air conditioning. In short, every comfort. Adjacent but exclusive bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy set. Abundant breakfast served by the owner Michela who meets the customer's requests. The property has a large common terrace used for breakfast and is an added value, but it is suitable for those without mobility issues as there is a staircase to climb, being a historic building. It is in a perfect location to reach the heart of the city on foot. Michela, the owner, is welcoming, kind, and advises you on everything the city has to offer.

Positive experience starting from check-in. The assigned room is very clean, tidy, and in line with what I was looking for. The breakfast is abundant and varied, with options for both sweet and savory. Michela is a fantastic host and knows how to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely return.

I attended an event at the Teatro Duse. Excellent bed and breakfast just a few steps from the center. If you are driving, there is a paid parking lot a few meters away. It has a somewhat vintage flavor that makes it charming. The heating is excellent. Nice touches both in the room and in the bathroom, which I appreciated. The breakfast was very good. A big thank you for the welcome, availability, and kindness of Mrs. Michela who gave me a map of the city, advice, indicating routes. I had a great time.

Welcoming structure, different, a mix of French taste, baroque and vintage. A hostess, Michela, who just by being there instills peace and serenity. All an enchantment from the entrance avenue with flowers and plants, through steps you enter this beautiful B&B, where Michela welcomes you impeccably with her professionalism and kindness. Room and bathroom spotless, you find everything and more to satisfy every comfort. In the morning, breakfast on the magnificent terrace was truly extraordinary, sweet and savory. Absolutely my reference point in Bologna.

The structure is in a great location, and the owner (very kind and welcoming) explained to me how to reach it from the station with a very convenient bus. It wasn't clear to me from the booking that the bathroom, although private, was not in the room and this was a bit inconvenient for me. Being a historic building, there is a rather narrow and steep staircase to access the rooms, as well as to reach the beautiful terrace. If you don't have any issues with these details, the B&B is highly recommended.

I stayed at this property for work reasons and I was pleasantly surprised. Michela, the manager, is a true angel and will pamper you 360 degrees with care and attention. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, and in the bathroom you could find a complete courtesy set (with products, among other things very refined and special). The room was very large, with a very comfortable mattress, fridge, and two large windows. Unfortunately, the season did not allow me to enjoy the spectacular terrace overlooking the roofs of Bologna: I can't wait to relax there as soon as it gets warmer! The location is perfect for exploring the city: directly connected to the station, you can reach the property by public transport in 15 minutes and it is very close to the center, just a 10-minute walk and you are in Piazza Maggiore. I take this opportunity again to thank Michela for her availability and friendliness, you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. Honestly, I hope to be able to visit Bologna more often so that I can come back as soon as possible.

Impeccable cleanliness, worthy of praise. Complete courtesy set, capable of compensating for any forgetfulness. To access the property, there is a steep staircase that only the exquisite and unexpected courtesy of the manager allowed me to pass unscathed with the suitcase. At Terrazza degli Angeli you will find an angel in flesh and bones, her name is Michela, and she is the most welcoming, attentive, helpful, kind, and genuine person I have ever stayed with. She went out of her way for me and made my stay perfect. This B&B is easily accessible by car and public transport from the station, but even a taxi ride will cost you only around ten euros. The structure is historic, cozy, and full of charm; the room assigned to me was as large as a studio apartment, tastefully decorated, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow me to enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bologna. Breakfast is rich and of quality and, if you wish, Michela will serve it to you in your room. When the door closed behind me, I realized how much this person and this place had given me: I found a friend and felt welcomed at home. I will definitely return with my whole family!

I had a wonderful stay at Terrazza degli Angeli. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet close to the center. The room was nice and perfectly clean. The terrace is a wonder, both for breakfast and for a glass of wine in the evening. Finally, I must say that Michela is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met in my life. Located in a pleasant place, it seems out of time for where it is located and for how it is maintained by the owner, Mrs. Micaela, very kind and attentive to every detail both in the furniture and in the service, even if only for one day unfortunately, we will definitely go back to her for the next time in Bologna, maybe for more days. Every room, environment, corner, speaks of the host, Michela; the attention to detail, the passion and the rediscovery of unique pieces that decorate the various environments are creations of Michela. What else to say? The enthusiasm in presenting the various environments and the palpable satisfaction in illustrating the spaces and the emphasis on promoting all that Bologna has to offer is unmatched to me. Staying at Terrazza degli Angeli has been an extraordinary experience due to the kindness, boundless availability, competence, and high professionalism of those who manage it, the extraordinary Michela. The structure is very central, extremely clean, carefully detailed, equipped with every kind of comfort, and immersed in an atmosphere that breathes serenity and hospitality. Returning to Bologna and finding Terrazza degli Angeli again will be like coming home.

The owner was very kind from our arrival, friendly, polite, and above all helpful for our needs. She waited for us until midnight to check if we were okay, in addition she prepared food for us and showed us the bathroom for a quick refresh after the concert, perfect service. The room is well-kept and clean. I highly recommend it.

The owner, Michela, was very kind and helpful right from the start. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, she welcomed us and let us rest on the terrace while waiting to go to the concert. When we came back (at midnight), she showed us the room and was very interested in both us and what we had done. Excellent cleanliness and great location, Michela was really kind. Very nice and welcoming B&B in the historic center of Bologna in a convenient area for any need but at the same time discreet and quiet. It stands out for excellent quality on all services, starting from very rigorous cleaning and sanitization (especially in these times), a cute structure that conveys a feeling of carefreeness and total relaxation, the rooms are pretty and well furnished and also a very complete courtesy and top bathroom kit. A good breakfast where there is something for everyone's taste and finally (last but not least) the unbeatable hospitality of the manager who is a very nice woman with whom it is always pleasant to have a chat and who knows how to guide very well for anything in Bologna (restaurants, transportation, shops etc.). Definitely a great experience, I will definitely return!

One single adjective: Perfect! Even though I stayed for only one night, I felt at home! Michela's welcome is truly unique, I travel often and I have never received such a welcome. Her kindness, her availability, and her sweet and savory breakfast all contribute to making this place exclusive, which is already wonderful in itself. Located in a historic building in the center of Bologna, a stone's throw from Giardini Margherita, it boasts a lovely terrace. My room was equipped with a TV, a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a private bathroom with comb, hairdryer, toothbrush, towels, shower gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, shaving foam, and deodorant, all perfectly sealed in compliance with anti-COVID regulations. Very easy to find parking despite the central location. An experience I would recommend to everyone!

As soon as I set foot in the Terrazza degli Angeli, I breathed in all the care and love that Michela puts into her work. Her house is a reflection of herself: pure splendor. Competence, reliability, promptness in response, and an excellent level of hygiene and cleanliness (which is essential with the ongoing pandemic) urge me to recommend a stay at the Terrazza degli Angeli. The Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic center, just a few minutes from Santo Stefano Square and Piazza Maggiore. Perfect check-in, the manager is very kind and helps and advises you on everything. Room with very clean bathroom, as well as scents in every environment. Abundant and accurate breakfast. Sanitizing gel, gloves, and masks in various locations. Finally, the solarium terrace is lovely. Thank you and see you soon!

Beautiful B&B in the center of Bologna, with the bus stop near the house. Quiet and welcoming structure. Fully complied with the anti-covid regulations, while still receiving a warm welcome. I stayed for just one night at the 'Terrazza degli Angeli' but the welcome was so warm that I felt at home! Knowing there was a child with me, upon our arrival, Mrs. Michela prepared a lovely snack that won our hearts. To my surprise, I found a beautiful environment, well-kept in every detail, clean and very organized. The friendliness and availability were top-notch, as well as the comfort. Mrs. Michela even made two breakfasts just for us and also organized dinner for us in the evening. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Terrazza degli Angeli for two nights, we were two families with three children in tow (two of which are not even a year old). We felt at home if not better. The structure is in a very nice house with a private driveway (very convenient for strollers) and we used both a room and an apartment: both very comfortable and clean. It is located in a very convenient area for car parking and to reach the center by walking. A super evaluation to Michela who pampered us with a great and tasty welcome and a lot of availability! Upon arrival in the evening, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff with a small welcome cocktail directly in the room. The room is spacious, air-conditioned, with wall-mounted TV and functioning Wi-Fi, not like in my other experiences. After a well-deserved shower, I took advantage of the director's availability to recommend a place to dine, and given the practically central location, I enjoyed a walk under the arcades.
