My stay 3 day stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. It had a fridge which was very useful. The location was excellent and the owner quickly replied to my messages. I have no hesitation in recommending others to stay there. I would most definitely book again.

The property is very nice and is very close to the historic center. It is easy to use and navigate, very well organized for self check-in. The room had a balcony which was a great surprise, with a very charming backyard view. Quiet room, very nice bathroom facilities. A great place to stay on your own or with family and kids.

We were there for 4 nights on this vacation. The rooms were very clean and well equipped for a short stay. The location around was quiet and near to the city center too. The search for parking spots in the evening was not always easy. The payments were not as described like in B&B, but it was okay. The contact was fast and friendly every time.

Overall, B&B Una Camera is an excellent property for a holiday. It seems to be very new and extremely clean. The facilities are excellent, although I noted that the plugs in the wash basin and bidet need attention as neither retained water properly. This was a minor inconvenience. The lady responsible for cleaning does a thorough job, and I found her to be friendly, polite, and helpful. I would suggest mentioning on your website the type L plug sockets for visitors from the UK so that they can consider the appropriate adaptors to bring with them. Cafés and bars are plentiful in Via Albertoni and offer excellent value. I certainly enjoyed my time in Bologna.

For the price of a night you get a fully equipped flat with a bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, large mirror wardrobe, a set of towels and A/C. Walking distance to the city centre, very close to Mazzini train station. Very nice stay, I recommend :).

Very modern, clean place. The window cannot be opened because there is an ongoing noise from the ventilation of the parking garage. In winter this is okay, but in summer I do not know.

The host Claudia is very polite, responsive, and replies quickly to messages. Excellent organization for accessing the building. Public transport is easily accessible - the bus stops are 200 and 500 meters away. Our family is staying for the second time and we recommend this place!

During the reservation, it was explicitly stated that no deposit would be required. However, after the booking confirmation, a 50% deposit was immediately requested. This already puzzled us. In the future, the payment method should be clearly indicated to inform guests in advance whether a deposit is required or not. We were greeted very warmly (!) by room service, but not by Claudia as announced in the reservation. Where was Claudia? Best regards.

The 'B&B Una Camera' is located about a 15-minute walk from the center, close to the main bus lines and supermarkets. The room is very clean, spacious, and pleasant. The only downside is that the manager speaks only Italian, but in the end, you manage to make yourself understood.

The level of cleanliness is very good; however, there are some details that should be considered: a coat rack or fixed hooks on the wall for jackets and clothes. There are two bags of terrible tea that are not even replaced if used on the first day. Better tea bags and soluble coffee can be provided. In the shower, there is nothing to place your shower gel or shampoo. These small details can make a difference. Overall, it is a very comfortable room and the owner is available, kind, and responds very promptly.

A really pleasant stay! The cleanliness is impeccable, the environment was well-kept and tidy. The location is very convenient for those who need to go to the hospital, reachable on foot in 2 minutes. Even though it is not right next to the central station, it is still close enough to the city center: in about 10 minutes you can reach Piazza Maggiore, perfect for those who want to visit Bologna without having to take transport. Great choice for a quiet and connected stay.

Everything was perfect, clean and precise environment. Excellent location next to the Policlinico Sant'Orsola and 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The only downside: the breakfast! A few tea bags and a kettle. Nothing to eat. And what if someone doesn't like tea or is allergic? You can't call it breakfast if someone cannot choose what to eat or drink.

I can consider myself very satisfied. The quality and the price, and mainly the cleanliness, are more than satisfactory. The structure is comfortable and close to the bus stops, but it is also possible to reach the center on foot in about 20 minutes, which is not bad. The room and the bathroom are very comfortable and quiet. There are no external noises, while concerning internal noises unfortunately the voices of the guests can be distinctly heard. The only downside of the structure is that the rooms are not soundproofed. For those who suffer from light sleep, it is indeed very annoying. There is no breakfast service.

I was pleasantly surprised that they redid the room in the morning even though it's an apartment. Negative note: the absence of bathroom products, just the necessary for one evening would be enough to make the service more welcoming. Convenient location to reach Sant'Orsola Hospital, a bit less convenient for the city center (about 30 minutes on foot).

The B&B Una Camera is located on the third floor of a very cozy building in a quiet, peaceful, and elegant area. The room is large, spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts, there is also a small balcony overlooking an internal garden. The bathroom in the room is very comfortable, the shower is really very large. There is no breakfast service but there is a great bar just 1 minute walk from B&B Una Camera. The owner is very friendly and kind, always available for any need. The property is only a 15-minute walk from the historic center, it is undoubtedly the ideal solution for a vacation in Bologna. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

This is one of those reviews where honestly there is nothing to say except that everything was perfect. New structure, very well maintained, equipped with all comforts, with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The check-in management is completely automatic, ensuring maximum flexibility for guests. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center, but a couple of minutes away there is a stop where you can take public transport. An absolutely excellent solution for those who want to spend a few days in Bologna. The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is that my double room had beds with 2 separate mattresses, but in reality it can be a plus for those who prefer it to a double bed. I recommend this B&B without any hesitation.

We were greeted by the owner, very helpful. Room and bathroom very clean with working heating. Elevator available. Great location and well connected with transportation that allows you to reach anywhere. The city center is also within walking distance (approximately 10 min).

Spacious and large room, I forgot the keys in the room and the owners were very kind. The area is not only convenient but also beautiful, the bus stop to reach the center is a few steps away. I was sorry to leave the property after only two days. Satisfied, for all this the price is more than excellent!

The owner, Mrs. Claudia, is very friendly, made me feel at home. The room is perfect and clean (it's remade every morning). It is located inside a luxurious condominium in one of the most elegant areas of Bologna, just a few steps from the center (I know Bologna well as I was born and lived there until 10 years ago).

A bit inconvenient the blinds system, but it does not detract from the quality of the stay. Convenient structure, from which it is easy to reach the city center, even on foot with a nice walk. A pity that breakfast is missing, it would have been truly perfect. Absolutely recommended!

Purtroppo lei ha soggiornato presso la nostra struttura in un periodo di fiera Cosmoprof (fiera internazionale ) . Lei soggiornando un giorno e non per la fiera ovviamente ha trovato i prezzi un po’ più alti rispetto ai periodo normali .(le garantisco inoltre che in periodo di fiera ha anche pagato poco) Per la prossima volta visto che eravate in 4 adulti le consiglio 2 camere doppie invece che la quadrupla (adatta sicuramente più ad una famiglia con bambini ) .

I put 10 because there is no higher number. After 15 years of traveling, unfortunately due to health reasons, it's the best place I've ever stayed in Bologna. The availability, education, and cleanliness are commendable, not to mention that it's literally next to Sant'Orsola Hospital and a short walk from the city center with everything you may need in the immediate vicinity. We stayed for 6 nights in a double room. The welcome was perfect: timing, location, kind and discreet manager. The cleanliness was impeccable and daily. The structure is new and complete in details, with modern furniture, new TV, minibar, lighting, and soundproofing. The location is perfect for those who need to use the Sant'Orsola hospital, not in the center but well connected (bus stop a few steps from the structure). Nearby there are bars, shops, etc. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I would definitely go back.

We stayed in a quadruple room for 4 nights. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well heated. The furnishings are essential and in excellent condition, with a desk, fridge, linen, hairdryer, and TV. It is very close to the hospital and well connected to the city center even by public transport. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included, but there is a Carrefour express and several bars in the immediate vicinity. The room has never been cleaned, which caused us some inconvenience.
