Very kind and helpful host, nice apartment equipped with everything needed. Good location a little more than 10 minutes walk from the center. Breakfast not available, but there were coffee pods and everything needed to prepare it.

We had a really pleasant stay at this B&B. We were welcomed with kindness and availability from the very first moment. The room was impeccable: clean, tidy, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Everything was taken care of in every detail, from the lighting - warm and welcoming - to the modern and very nice bathroom. The environment was bright and comfortable, equipped with everything we might need. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a few days away. The only small detail (which does not affect my overall judgment at all) is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly low, but really just a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the stay. Highly recommended! Five full stars.

Great value for money! Apartment with everything you need, we found water in the fridge and coffee pods. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. Some problems with parking but with a little patience you will surely find a spot. We will definitely come back!

The B&B is equipped with all the essential comforts to ensure guests stay according to their needs. It features a very comfortable bed, central heating that keeps you feeling good, a bathroom of good size and very clean, and a small kitchen corner where you can also prepare breakfast. The location is good for reaching the center on foot, in a very quiet area. The owner is kind and always available. Overall, it is a place I would choose again.

Convenient location in the center. Just outside the ring road that separates the city center from the rest. Convenient paid parking nearby. Accommodation on the second floor of a condominium. Renovated. I would have liked to find a couple of bottles of water in the refrigerator as a service to customers. For the rest, excellent value for money. In 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore. In 15 minutes to Torre Asinelli.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 days and we had a great time. The room is bright and spacious, the bathroom has a very comfortable large shower, the little kitchen is small but equipped with everything needed. Mrs. Antonietta was welcoming and flexible for the check-in. Fair price. We will come back!

Room with a small kitchen, bathroom, and even a little balcony. Perfect for two nights in Bologna, it has everything you need and more. The location is very nice and close to several bus stops as well as to the city center on foot. The lady who welcomed me was really helpful and kind to me. Highly recommended!

Delightful apartment about 1,200 meters from the historic center (opposite S.Orsola hospital, with supermarkets, bars, and various places, pizzerias, etc.). Located in a condominium with a beautiful garden. Renovated with excellent furniture and fixtures. Kitchenette with everything you need, very spacious bathroom with a great shower (the shower head needs checking for water pressure, it seems not suitable). Air conditioning. The only thing, but for my taste, the mattress is too soft! I will give excellent publicity. Thank you.

Super recommended. On Saturday it costs 70 euros and not 65. There is no receipt. The only big flaw was that the towels didn't smell good. They were changed immediately, but even these were not good. Well, maybe a poorly done drying. Great shower, warm room, many means of transport. The exact stop is called Sant'Orsola.

I had a good time, the area is quiet. There are many trattorias, street food, also the coop supermarket. It's convenient for a walk to the center. Only two things to improve. The spring mattress is not comfortable. Missing pot lid, a scratched pan is not usable. I arrived in the morning, the host immediately made me feel comfortable and was very kind.

Everything is available in the apartment, there are coffee capsules, some tea/herbal tea and the television. When we arrived, Mrs. Antonietta was very welcoming. The room was on the seventh floor and had a breathtaking view of Bologna. Near the b&b, we had a supermarket and a bus stop that took us to the center of Bologna. The only downside was the bidet and the shower head, which were very old and the water came out slowly, making it a bit difficult to wash. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a very pleasant weekend in Bologna thanks to The Towers. The apartment is well furnished and very clean, a 15-minute walk from the two towers through the beautiful Bolognese arcades. The host Antonietta was very kind and provided us with useful information to fully experience the Bolognese atmosphere. I recommend it and we will definitely come back.

I stayed for work in this recently renovated, clean and very comfortable property, in the double room. Very close to Sant'Orsola Hospital, near the bus stop, you can reach the Two Towers with a pleasant walk under the arcades in just 15/20 minutes. Antonietta, the host, is attentive to details, helpful, and very professional. I recommend it.

Brand new structure (opened very recently), clean and essential in style with all the necessary comforts, quiet! Strategic location (in 10 minutes at most of a nice walk you are under the two towers!), many amenities at hand (shops, supermarket, restaurants, parking!), super helpful manager. Absolutely recommended for both tourism and business. To recommend. When I return to Bologna, this is where I want to come.
