Hello, the dormitory with 6 beds where I slept was not air-conditioned. The fans were insufficient to cool the room: we had to open the windows which create a lot of noise because they face a street where many cars pass. Overall, I slept very poorly for both nights. This ruined my stay in Ferrara. What a shame!

I would say it's an excellent proposal. Keep it up. If you want a small suggestion to improve a bit: add a few more hooks in the bathrooms for clothes and towels, as the ones currently provided are insufficient. Also add some small shelves to place items or products needed in the bathroom.

Excellent structure in a central location in the city. The only drawback is the lack of summer air conditioning, partly mitigated by fans, which is why I cannot give a higher rating than 7; otherwise, in my opinion, it would deserve a 10. I stayed in a shared room with other guests with whom I had a good relationship.

The structure is located in the city center, just a few steps from the Este Castle. Nice room, spacious, airy, and clean. If the managers had been a bit friendlier and more smiling, it would have been the best.

Magnificent location, you are in the city center. Convenient parking but also expensive. Welcoming staff who are always calm and kind.

The beauty is the flaw of this structure: the fairy tale doors and the ceilings of the noble palaces mean that certain interventions in those spaces cannot be made, and therefore the bunk beds are stuck (and the ones below are a bit claustrophobic) and there are no support points in the bathrooms. The location is very strategic: if you look out onto the same street, you see the Palazzo dei Diamanti and Corso Ercole I! The breakfast (Italian: sweet) is varied and abundant, with real coffee and cappuccinos. Too bad it was raining...

The room had a skylight that wouldn't close and it was raining outside. The other two had no blackout curtains. The shared bathrooms had a minimal water flow. I wouldn't go back.

Courtesy and availability in a dog-friendly facility. Renovated building with elevator and internal bar, just a few meters from the historic center and 15 minutes walk from the station. The kindness of the manager in promptly addressing needs, even at the last minute, without taking advantage of the situation, was appreciated.

Clean, well-maintained, and well-frequented hostel. Conveniently located for the station and visiting the city center (10-15 minutes on foot), practically next to the Palazzo dei Diamanti. Simple breakfast, but included in the price. The price is truly excellent compared to the quality offered.

The staff guys were super helpful, there are places to store bicycles, beautiful and very clean rooms (we were in 2 double rooms), very bright, simple but still buffet breakfast. We also saw many families. Very nice inner garden.

Beautiful and well-managed structure. Mine was a single room (double bed) with en-suite bathroom. Minimal but equipped with everything necessary. Autonomous heating. 700 m from the Castle, good breakfast and TOP courtesy!!! Highly recommended! Excellent value for money.

Took a double room, clean and precise, with a nice, comfortable, and well-served bathroom. Nice welcome in a super building and area! Very satisfied. For personal reasons, I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The rating of 7 out of 10, if visible, is based on trust as I was required to provide it to proceed with the review.

I had been to this property twenty years ago. The location, in relation to the center and the train station, is very convenient. The managers are very kind and helpful. It's a pity that the cleanliness of the bathrooms is basic. They are new, they could be kept much better: some obvious stains on the floor in three days testify that no one has passed neither mop nor mop.

The structure disappointed me. The welcome was rude, the wardrobe and the shower were dirty. I did not spend the two nights in that bad atmosphere and I did not even have breakfast. I paid, but the money was not refunded to me. I left the hostel after a short time. The staff was not helpful. I did not like this structure at all!

Inconvenience for the room as the wardrobes lack adequate hangers or hooks. Problems with the room door: difficult and noisy closing due to a disturbing creak, especially at night. Also missing useful hooks in the bathrooms or support shelves.

The B&B is located a five-minute walk from the Estense Castle and the center of Ferrara, almost in front of the Diamond Palace. Clean room, even the shared bathrooms are cleaned frequently. I would like to make just one observation about breakfast: despite having notified in advance, there were no vegan croissants or jams in which the absence of animal derivatives was certain.

The property is located 10 minutes walk from both the historic center and the station. The structure is imposing, furnished in a simple and super clean way. The manager and the staff are really friendly, kind, and nice. There is a large garden with tables where you can have breakfast, which is simple and tasty. My friend and I took a double room with a private bathroom: very essential and fresh (although there are no air conditioners but only 1 fan). Very quiet and family-friendly place. Highly recommended. I hope to be able to return!

We stayed with my family in the Family Room. This room has a private bathroom, spacious areas, and even a kitchen. The room was booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but can definitely accommodate more, in fact, there is also a loft above the kitchen. The location is strategic, behind there is the Diamanti parking lot which is very cheap and a few meters away there is the hostel. It is easily reachable by car from the highway and also by bus. The hostel is about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the historic center, although in 15 minutes on foot you are on the other side of the city easily. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the hostel, in fact, in the room there are 2 fans so I do not recommend it for the summer period, but definitely from late summer to spring it is worth it. Negative aspects, if you can call them that, are: - some finishes like the balconies that are a bit old-fashioned; - the room view overlooks the park behind; - the shower box has a curtain because the door has definitely broken. The breakfast is good, there is no table service and you can choose between brioches, bread with jam or Nutella, milk and cereals, and fruit juices. Espresso coffee and the like are also available. However, I consider these "defects" to be overcome, as the cleanliness of the premises is good, the location excellent, the services excellent, and the spaces of the room are suitable for families with children. If you look at the substance rather than the aesthetics and details, it is the right place.

I paid for a bed in a 6-bed room and was given a cot in a room with 6 beds and 2 cots. The property is centrally located, but if the rooms are so overcrowded, it is impossible not to keep the windows open at night. As the hostel faces a very busy street, this means not being able to sleep at all during the night.

Stayed for two nights. Very central location in the city center. Rooms on the ground floor not comfortable, you can hear the noise from the streets and people passing by considering that the kitchen area and breakfast place are adjacent to the ground floor rooms. So the value for money was not up to my expectations.

Everything perfect and very clean! Managers are helpful and kind. It would just be necessary to enforce the hours for loud music at the bar below which has nothing to do with the property, we still slept, but if you have young children it could be a problem.

A very welcoming, clean, bright hostel, in a very central location, just a few minutes from the center of Ferrara, easy to reach and use as a base to explore the city. The dormitory and bathrooms are very clean and tidy, I slept very well and the buffet breakfast is very satisfying, well beyond what one would expect from a 22 euro per night hostel. Excellent service, professional and courteous, and the possibility to leave luggage in storage during the day. I will definitely come back when I need to sleep in the city.

Everything was fine, except that falling asleep turned out to be really difficult: in fact, the bunk bed on the ground floor overlooked the busy street and, throughout the night, an intermittent buzzing similar to a phone vibration disturbed the rest.

I had a single room with a bathroom: it was a comfortable place to spend the night in Ferrara for work. The room and the bathroom were clean, the structure was quiet, the bed comfortable, the staff very kind. I recommend it.

Excellent solution in the center with very convenient and cheap parking nearby. The room was even more spacious than we expected. We were afraid, given the characteristics of the structure frequented by young people, of noise at night, but instead, the night was very quiet. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning.

It doesn't seem like a hostel, it feels like a hotel, rooms and services optimal, way above the classic hostels! I had a room with a private bathroom, perfect!

Very clear, helpful and friendly staff. Simple but cozy room, equipped with a fan (it would be really hot without it). In our case, the bathroom was shared but there are also rooms with private bathrooms. \n\nThere is a very nice courtyard available to all guests. \n\nThe location is ideal as it is just a few steps from the Palazzo dei Diamanti and the Estense Castle. \n\nThe only downside was the breakfast: limited choice and slightly poor quality. \n\nThe structure offers a bike rental service but unfortunately it was not available during our stay. \n\nRecommended.

Excellent location of the hostel near the Palazzo dei Diamanti, also convenient parking nearby. Our room, a family room, was a very comfortable mini apartment and the bathroom was clean. We had a great time.

Hostel in the center of Ferrara, a stone's throw from the Palazzo dei Diamanti and a 10-minute walk from the Castle. The structure is brand new, recently renovated. We stayed with our 4-month-old daughter in a very spacious and clean double room with private bathroom. The breakfast is good (croissant, drink, bread, toast, jams). The managers were very kind and helpful. The parking is also very convenient, next to the structure and very cheap. For an hostel, it's great! Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property for two nights during the International Festival in Ferrara. The environment is welcoming, functional, clean, and well-equipped, the staff is kind and helpful, able to provide all the necessary information to live in the hostel and move around the city. The property is located a 15-20 minute walk from the station and a 10-minute walk from the historic center, perfect for experiencing the festival. The furnishings are new, simple, and functional, clean sheets are provided for free, along with a padlock for the personal locker, luggage storage is allowed on the day of departure. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Hostel in a great location, clean, beautiful rooms both the doubles and the dorms.\n\nOnly downside are the rooms facing the street, always quite busy, and in the summer with the windows open it becomes unbearable. Not very restful indeed.

Unbeatable value for money, the view over Corso Rossetti is a bit noisy. Otherwise, the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous! Definitely better in the summer, unfortunately I was here in the low season and it was a bit empty. Still great for the location and price! Nothing to envy from a B&B.

Ferrara is beautiful, and in the evening it is a must, we participated in a street pizza and the OktoberFE held at the racecourse. Many shops, bookstores, and a breathtaking historic center. The hostel is in a nice building just a few steps from Palazzo Diamanti and very close to the center. It is welcoming, clean, and quiet and has absolutely advantageous prices. We had a great time. I wish everyone the same.
