The 2 apartments were clean and the centre of Castell'Aquarto was just a 15-minute walk away. Our host was lovely and available to help if needed. She even made us a lovely homemade cake. I would stay here again.

Mrs. Pinuccia was very kind, she provided us with everything we needed to have breakfast the next morning, including a cake made by her. The apartment is new, all perfectly functional and at our disposal! Absolutely recommended.

We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, only in hotels. For the vintage car gathering event "vernasca 2023", we booked this bed and breakfast run by Mrs. Pinuccia. Well... what can I say? We felt completely at home! The sweet Mrs. Pinuccia tends to spoil her guests. We were wonderfully welcomed. Then, once inside the house, there were only sounds of pleasure at seeing the fridge full of every delicacy... I don't know how many types of milk were there... then fruit juices of all kinds, lemons, cherries, and other fruits, water at will... in short, this was just the contents of the fridge, while on the table, well set, there was a splendid pie with jam, typical of the area, made by Mrs. Pinuccia (I must admit that I wrapped up the leftovers and took them away). Not to mention the contents in the cupboard full of every sweet for breakfast. The apartment is truly comfortable, very clean, and new. Another convenient thing was the garage for our vintage car, automatic gate, and ample maneuvering space. Mrs. Pinuccia was always present and available. We absolutely lacked nothing. My husband and I are grateful for all the attention given.

Very charming property, reserved parking, a beautiful open patio to enjoy in the evening for a glass of wine or simply admire the view. Mrs. Pinuccia welcomed us with the hospitality that only the people of these parts know how to offer. She made us comfortable in a very nice mini apartment equipped with every comfort, just a stone's throw from the village of Castell'Arquato, wonderful to visit all the way to the top where you can enjoy a breathtaking view (prepare with comfortable shoes... and breath!). Large and comfortable bed, very comfortable pillows, wardrobe space to store clothes during the stay. We stayed only for a short time but we will definitely return! For those staying a few days, in addition to the numerous places nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and any necessity within walking distance. 20 minutes by car from Fidenza Village for those who want to go shopping. Independently, you can have breakfast in the morning with everything you need already provided by Mrs. Pinuccia (special mention to the vegetable milk for intolerants), yogurt, fruit juices, water bottles, decaffeinated tea, a pod machine for espresso coffee, a cupboard with packaged snacks, jams, muesli and a typical local cake, a shortcrust pastry filled with delicious plum and amaretto jam! Everything absolutely perfect! The apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located in a very quiet residential area and is just a stone's throw from the medieval village.

Spacious apartment and fully equipped, also with accessories for babies (crib, high chair). Very clean and convenient to visit the town. The owner Mrs. Pinuccia is extremely kind. We will definitely come back.

Comfortable mini apartment on the basement floor of a small building a short walk from the center of the ancient village of Castell'Arquato, also reachable on foot with a pleasant walk, beautiful to do both during the day and in the evening through the illuminated path that also passes over the Arda river. Exquisite welcome from the owners, just as exquisite was the homemade cake we found upon our arrival, ready to enjoy, along with everything needed for a rich breakfast. Private parking a few steps from the entrance, convenient and quiet location. Recommended.

The apartment is new, the decor is well-kept, and all possible services are available. It is indeed an apartment and not just a room. It's a stone's throw from the village of Castell'Arquato, so it's very convenient to reach the village on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful, she made us find a delicious cake and everything needed for a rich breakfast. Fully approved and recommended! Castell'Arquato is beautiful! First of all, I would like to point out that it was the first time and I didn't know the owner even though our surnames are similar. The B&B is amazing and fabulous, unfortunately, I only stayed one night but I will definitely return with great pleasure. The two-room apartment is carefully furnished, it has everything and more like at our home, the kitchen with all appliances and on the table, to start with, a sublime homemade cake, in the fridge yogurt, milk and fruit, butter and everything you need for a real breakfast: espresso coffee machine, tea, jams, rusks, biscuits and more. In the bathroom, everything for showering and bathing, soaps, shampoos, etc for a week, hairdryer, hairdryer. Mosquito nets on the windows. You sleep well, even the car is safe, parked in the fenced private square. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely go back. Thank you Pinuccia.

My family and I stayed at 'Sotto il Castello' to explore the villages and castles. We chose it for its central location that allows easy access to the most beautiful places in the area. The accommodation is quiet, clean, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything needed, we felt at home. Mrs. Pinuccia was very friendly and welcomed us with a delicious homemade dessert. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet and cool place, despite the intense heat, there was no need for air conditioning or anything else. It's super equipped with any utensil. It's perfect as a base to explore the surroundings, being convenient to the road for the car, and within walking distance to Castell'Arquato which is right in front. Mrs. Pinuccia was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant and meticulously prepared, including the delicious homemade tart. The apartment was very large and suitable for 4/5 people. I highly recommend it for a tour of the Castles.

Ideal apartment for the three of us. Cozy, well-equipped, good location. As for the owner... well, what can I say, she really made us feel comfortable, friendly, cheerful, and courteous. A truly lovely person. The breakfast was super ok. The cake she prepared was truly top-notch. If I have to make a negative comment, well, between her and my wife, they never stopped chatting, but to this, as all men well know, there is no remedy.

I needed a room to spend a night near Fiorenzuola and I found this property in Castell'Arquato. An apartment at our disposal that the very kind manager allowed us to occupy the next day and thus leave calmly in the afternoon. Thanks again, the property, being a basement, was quite cool despite the heat of these days. Abundantly supplied scented towels allowed us to take more showers and thus better withstand the heat. A thank you also goes to the daughter, Beatrice, who waited for us in the sun and escorted us to the property!
