We stayed for a couple of days, I must say we had a good time, comfortable environment, optimal location, kitchen availability and autonomy of schedules, something that my mother and I appreciated. Very friendly manager who allowed us to leave our luggage. Satisfactory self-service breakfast. I recommend it.

My mother bought the detergents and had to clean everything, unfortunately I was in the hospital and she had to manage. When she mentioned it to the manager, his response was 'it happens... well...'

Ci dispiace molto che si sia trovata male su tutti gli aspetti avendo dato 1 a tutto fuorché la posizione, ma crediamo che il suo giudizio sia fin troppo severo. Abbiamo appreso che non era soddisfatta della pulizia della camera soltanto alle 19 in quanto ci ha detto che aveva trovato dei capelli. Noi le abbiamo detto con comprensione e con garbo che a quell'ora della sera la nostra addetta alle pulizie non sarebbe potuta venire per rifare la stanza e che se lo avessimo saputo prima alla consegna della camera o entro il pomeriggio avremmo sicuramente rifatto la stanza. Le abbiamo fatto uno sconto, il possibile che potevamo fare. Ci teniamo molto alla pulizia, usiamo detersivi non invasivi, anticalcare, laviamo e stiriamo la biancheria. Doveva chiamarci se qualcosa non andava.è così che funziona. Non regge nemmeno il discorso che la camera l'ha vista alla sera, avendo avuto il tempo di comprare i detersivi e fare le pulizie. Raramente può capitare che rimanga un capello da qualche parte, non succede mai ma può capitare. Abbiamo detto solo questo. Non so cosa ha trovato, (ci ha detto dei capelli), tanto da giustificare il fatto di doversi scomodare, in momenti così delicati di salute, per recarsi al supermercato per comprare i detersivi per ripulire la stanza! Crediamo che in tanti anni di lavoro non ci sia mai capitato. Ci dispiace pure non averla potuta ospitare oltre i giorni concordati, per più giorni come da lei richiesto alla sera, purtroppo avevamo altre prenotazioni di altri clienti in difficoltà. Capisco il disagio e le preoccupazioni, noi ci teniamo a lavorare bene e a fidelizzare il cliente, mettere 1 alla colazione quanto aveva tutto a disposizione, ci sembra un giudizio generale troppo severo e impulsivo e crediamo che quando si fa una recensione su un servizio bisogna usare ponderatezza, oggettività e onestà. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in una delle stanze del B&B in via Pizzardi, perché gentilmente il signor Paolo ci ha accomodato in una stanza più grande. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, il gestore assolutamente squisito e molto paziente visto che abbiamo fatto sia tardi all'arrivo che alla partenza! Posizione ottima ovviamente per chi ha bisogno di andare al Sant'Orsola e vicinissima anche al centro storico (in 15-20 min a piedi si arriva tranquillamente in centro). Abbiamo sempre trovato posto in via pizzardi la sera (su strisce blu). Non abbiamo avuto problemi nel dormire (per rumori, ambulanze..), abbiamo dormito addirittura con le finestre aperte. Il gestore si è assicurato sempre che fosse tutto a disposizione, dalla colazione ai servizi in camera. L'appartamento prevede una zona comune dove fare una normale colazione casalinga e le stanze con bagno privato. Ho messo 6 alla struttura semplicemente perché lo stabile è un po' datato, e l'appartamento un tranquillo luogo dove soggiornare, pulito e ordinato quanto basta. Consigliato.

È vicinissima all'Ospedale Sant'Orsola ma non è adatta per chi ha problemi motori: due piani di scale.

Letto un po' troppo morbido. Mi ha applicato lo sconto di più dei 10€ della B&B Card sul prezzo pattuito telefonicamente. Nel complesso un ottimo servizio, se mi capita ci torno.
