Very friendly and sympathetic host, also explained Parma and the sights well. The apartment and rooms are clean and well-maintained (only the curtains on the glass doors seem very makeshift and unsuitable). Unfortunately, there were no mosquito nets in our room, so airing out was not possible due to the many mosquitoes. The bed is visually very nice, but it squeaks with every movement, which is very annoying for light sleepers.

I stayed for just over a month and I can say that I felt at home. Welcoming environment, very clean that respects civilized living especially in shared spaces (bathroom and kitchen). The managers show the utmost availability, welcoming guests and being available to their requests. I recommend it 100%.

My travel companion and I stayed for three nights at this accommodation. The weather in those days was not at all favorable, so we found ourselves having to spend more time inside the house than expected. Overall, it was a positive experience. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and we were able to use the kitchen as well. The only small flaw was the non-functioning socket in the bathroom and the lack of an adapter that prevented us from using the hairdryer. A thank you to the manager who related to us with great kindness, friendliness, and charm.

Cozy, clean, well-organized structure very close to the entrance of the Maggiore Hospital in Parma (just cross the street). Furthermore, the manager proved to be very friendly, polite, and understanding of our special needs as guests. Highly recommended 100%.

Good location for those like me who were looking for a place to sleep as close as possible to the Maggiore Hospital. Mrs. Carlotta is very kind. What can I say, if I needed it again I would choose it again.
