A very helpful guest, hyper clean and quiet, and, for us (train users), it was an interesting location, 20 minutes to the station, 10 minutes to downtown!

The facility is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent. The distance from the center is good, in ten minutes on foot you can reach the main points of interest. Federico, the manager, was extremely helpful and caring in meeting our needs and giving us advice for our stay in Ferrara. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, renovated and modernly furnished apartment. Not very big but sufficient for 2 people. Abundant breakfast. Very kind and helpful host, explains everything about the apartment (including the reason for the name 😉) and also provides tourist information about the city. I would definitely choose it again.

Welcoming, ideal as a base for a weekend in Ferrara.

Cozy apartment, complete with every accessory, in a quiet area and not far from the center of Ferrara which is easily reachable on foot. Kind and helpful host. I recommend it.

Colorful apartment, quiet, convenient to the center and very convenient to the university's scientific and technological pole. Although here and there it shows some signs of time and use, it is well furnished, equipped with the necessary in the kitchen and bathroom, very clean. The owner is extremely helpful and leaves milk, juice, water, jam and butter, slices, croissants for breakfast available to guests. He also gives excellent recommendations on places to dine with satisfaction. The price is definitely very fair.

The manager of the property was very kind in welcoming us and equally kind in giving us more time to leave the apartment, since there were no arrivals on that day. Water, milk, and juice in the fridge ready to use. Good breakfast. The only flaw is that there was a cigarette smell inside (we don't smoke). We opened the windows but it didn't solve much. A sign indicating the NO SMOKING rule in the property is missing, even though the common sense of every passerby should be not to smoke in common areas.

Federico is a kind, attentive, welcoming guest. The house is delightful, comfortable, clean, bright, equipped with all amenities, including the washing machine. You can park on the street with ease, the area is quiet and very close to both the station and the city center. I can only recommend it.

In a good location a few minutes walk from the city center with convenient parking, Federico welcomed us with great courtesy and availability, immediately putting us at ease. Breakfast could be enhanced with some non-packaged products, we enjoyed making coffee with the moka pot as at home but a coffee machine with capsules or pods and possibly even a microwave oven to heat the croissants would be useful.

Structure located a few hundred meters from the center. It is possible to park inside.

The area where Residenza Le Nonne is located is very quiet and quite close to the center. Thanks to the availability of Mr. Federico, we were able to leave our car in the structure's parking lot. I would like to emphasize that we had a very good time. Thank you very much!

Very spacious, bright and well-furnished apartment, excellent location. In 10 minutes you can reach Piazza del Comune, Palazzo Ducale and the Castle. The property also has a fenced private parking. The manager Federico was superb.

The house is cozy, spacious, and close to the center. Federico, the manager, was very kind and helpful, allowing us to stay in the property until the afternoon of the departure day, which was a nice convenience for us.

Small and comfortable apartment excellent both in terms of location, quiet area, by a canal, 10 minutes walk from the center, and in terms of internal facilities. The very friendly manager will give you the right tips on what to visit, where to go eat so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest! Recommended.

Experience to be repeated, it's incredible how the manager makes you feel at home. I stayed for two days, but it felt like I had known Federico forever. 5 minutes from the center and two from the supermarket. If I come back to Ferrara, I will definitely be at the 'Le Nonne' residence.

Tastefully renovated small apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, maybe missing a microwave to make it perfect. Huge and spacious room, also the bathroom equipped with every comfort, including a washing machine. Just a stone's throw from the center. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved by adding some bread or toast and maybe varying the sweet.

Excellent location of the property, just a few hundred meters from the historic center. Clean, functional and well-furnished property. Wifi always active. Federico, the owner, is a special person, very courteous and kind, available at any time to meet the customer's needs. Excellent quality/price ratio. It feels like home. Recommended to all those planning a vacation in Ferrara. We will come back again. Very satisfied with the experience.

It was a magnificent 3-day stay in Ferrara. The rooms are extremely clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The B&B is located a 10-minute walk from the center, so the location is also excellent. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent and more than fair.\n\nThe manager is a kind and truly helpful person, friendly and attentive to the guests' needs: he even came to pick us up by car at the station and recommended some great places to have dinner.\n\nNext year we will definitely come back here.

The B&B Le Nonne? Simply the perfect place to stay in the beautiful Ferrara! Very close to the center, reachable with a pleasant walk, the B&B is very cute, well-furnished, very clean, and comfortable. You immediately feel at home, in short. Not to mention the kindness and friendliness of the manager, who even offered to accompany me and my friends to the station, and recommended some nice places to eat in the evening. Excellent value for money, I think it is one of the few places where they do not profit from those who come to see the Internazionale festival. In short: if you pass by Ferrara, don't miss it!

Very kind, friendly and helpful manager. The apartment is large, comfortable and with all the amenities. Definitely abundant breakfast. Ten minutes walk from the Estense Castle, but in a quiet and peaceful area. You couldn't ask for more.

My wife and I really appreciated the welcome that the owner reserved for us by providing us with useful and interesting information both from a tourist and gastronomic point of view. It is close to the center (a quarter of an hour walk to reach the Castle), parking facilities for cars and bicycle rentals (Ferrara, city of bicycles for a reason).\n\nWe definitely recommend it as a base for the tourist visit of the city and the surrounding area.\n\nA perfect 10.\n\nLuisa and Antonio.

We chose this apartment for its proximity to the historic center of Ferrara with a splendid terrace overlooking the Po River, too bad we caught a cold and rainy day. Federico, the manager, was very kind and helpful with a thousand tips on what to see in the city and where to eat Ferrarese dishes. My wife and I had a great time and highly recommend it.

Good location, quiet area, fairly close to the center, friendly and helpful manager.

All very well, very kind manager, new and well-kept structure, in a quiet area, from which you can reach the historic center of the city on foot in a short time. Equipped with private parking, but the manager picked us up and took us back to the train. There is also a private kitchen, spacious bathroom, beautiful rooms, efficient heating. I would say all very well, the only limit is breakfast, which, as explained by Federico, cannot be personalized with non-packaged products. Prices I believe are in line with the market. We were satisfied and if we were to return to Ferrara we would definitely turn to the Nonne. Ah, on our arrival there was a small "Befana" for our daughters. Thank you.

Highly recommended. Just a stone's throw from the center of Ferrara, but easily accessible by car. Quiet and peaceful area, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Friendly manager, ready to answer any questions. What more could you want.

Beautiful and brand new apartments a few steps from the historic center of Ferrara. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most was the exquisite kindness and availability of the owners, starting from the welcome on the day of arrival, greeted at the station (and there were nine of us), driven by car to the Residenza Le Nonne, where a very nice welcome aperitif of prosecco and typical Emilian wine awaited us. A unique experience certainly to recommend and repeat.

Excellent structure, very clean and in an excellent location, 10 minutes and you are in the center, more than convenient quality-price ratio and maximum availability from the manager. I highly recommend it and I will keep it in mind in case I pass through the area again.

We found ourselves very well. The house is very welcoming and nice, just as welcoming and helpful is Federico who manages it. Very good, in our opinion, is the quality-price ratio. Excellent hygiene conditions. Good and varied breakfasts offered by Federico. We recommend, without hesitation, to anyone deciding to visit Ferrara to stay at this property.

The location is excellent, a bit out of the center but convenient for reaching the city center even on foot. The manager proved to be attentive, caring, and discreet. In the modern and well-maintained accommodation, nothing is missing, including the courtesy set worthy of a good hotel. The only note I can make is that the breakfast, while more than sufficient, did not offer anything typical of Ferrara that could enhance the local delicacies. Federico also knows how to give excellent suggestions to get to know the city from various aspects. Do not miss the "ciupeta" from the nearby bakery.

The apartment that the manager provided us is located a few steps from the center, in a very quiet area. The manager provided us with two bicycles free of charge, which allowed us to explore the entire city, and he was extremely helpful in giving us advice on what to visit.

Great for a romantic or family getaway, it remains a versatile solution for almost all types of stays. Well, what can I say: Good stay.

If you find yourself visiting Ferrara or just passing through, let yourself be hosted by this structure. The apartments are brand new. They are modern in every way. You can also bring your laptop and use it. The apartments, in addition to being well cared for, are also very clean, which is a fundamental requirement for those who stay in this type of accommodation. The manager, Mr. Federico, is a person of exquisite courtesy. Hospitality and availability are also two other characteristics of this person. The breakfast he served us was excellent and abundant for all tastes and morning indulgences. Additionally, let yourself be advised by Federico on where to eat and where to taste local wines and beers; he knows the city very well and its traditions and can give good advice. My partner and I absolutely delighted in some local spots, thanks to his tips. Regarding the quality-price ratio, I would say that the stay in Ferrara was beautiful, relaxing, fun, and very gentle on our wallets. Since the structure has just opened, I wish Mr. Federico a successful outcome for this initiative.

The “Residenza Le Nonne” is a warm, welcoming, and clean environment, very well taken care of in the details and especially in the choice of materials and colors. During our stay last weekend (November 3rd and 4th), it seemed more like we were at home than in a bed and breakfast. For the cost of 60 euros paid for a double room, we had at our disposal an entire apartment complete with a kitchen that we could have used without any additional costs if we wanted. But what impressed us the most was the care used in the selection of materials (tiles, flooring, doors, sanitary fixtures) and furnishings (shower boxes, ceiling lights, chairs, paintings, etc.) with which the apartments that make up the bed and breakfast have been renovated and furnished (the same care is usually taken when renovating and furnishing one's own home... it is unusual to find it in a commercial establishment of this kind). In addition to the excellent quality/price ratio, I also want to emphasize the impeccable service offered by the owner. Upon our arrival, he came to pick us up at the station and took us directly to the structure; in the room, he had left us two courtesy kits containing, in addition to the usual packets of shampoo and shower gel, also slippers, a package with a toothbrush and toothpaste, one for makeup removal, and one with a razor and shaving cream, and, last but not least, he had left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to welcome us. This alone would have been enough for us to consider Residenza Le Nonne a truly special place to return to and to warmly recommend to our friends. And instead, the surprises were not over yet. On Sunday morning, in fact, we found a truly special breakfast (like the one we used to eat as children at our grandmother's house), there was a fantastic artisanal cake - the Tenerina - (a typical dessert from Ferrara) and artisanal jams, also served in classic glass jars with hermetic closure like those our grandmothers used, to spread on small milk rolls along with some butter, all accompanied by milk, cereals, yogurt, tea, or coffee depending on preferences, and for those who prefer less traditional fare, there were also croissants, snacks, mini Nutellas, and fruit juices. The name of the bed and breakfast is truly appropriate. Furthermore, given the proximity of the structure to the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the wonders of Ferrara, wandering around on foot and stopping to savor the good local cuisine in characteristic and convenient places recommended by Mr. Trevisan, the owner of the bed and breakfast.
