Our B&B is located with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monticelli) at Parma art city, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city. "Opera B&B" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, elegant design with attention to detail, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Nearby our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports centres and gyms for keeping fit. Remember that just only 260 m away there is the 'Duomo'. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium 'Stadio Ennio Tardini di Parma'.

The accommodation is perfectly located. The room(n.1) was extremely pleasant and clean(just one detail:the lights are dim,which is very nice,but not comfortable for reading). Breakfast is taken at a nearby coffee shop and is mediocre,but the host leaves an incredible amount of goods in the kitchen of the flat(excellent coffee,tea,biscuits,croissants,yogurts,etc.). Finally, Massimo is exceptional in the way he welcomes his guests,giving them a lot of information and a warm conversation. An exceptional B&B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Parma. Opera B&B was in the perfect location for sightseeing. Massimo was a fantastic host who provided information on the best things to see in a short time. Nothing was too much for him, even helping with suitcases upstairs. His recommendations for dinner were spot on.

Good option for Parma. Room a little on the small side but included a nice balcony overlooking a small courtyard. Great location and simply superb host who could not do enough for us.

Hadn't realised till we arrived that the rooms were all off the kitchen area so it felt a bit like a bed-sitter in style. However, value for money was amazing, bed comfortable, shower great. Roberto is an absolute gentleman - he could not have been more helpful - picking us up from the station and brining in fresh fruit and croissants every morning. Take his advice about where to eat - it was spot on.

Excellent location for Opera B&B which allows you to do everything on foot with a public parking nearby. Massimo is very friendly, attentive and had booked a restaurant frequented by locals: a nice discovery.

The ineffable Parma relaunches our Karma, a pleasant surprise, a real enterprise for us who were used to worse, never having crossed Reggio. Extraordinary reception, a mix of irony and wisdom of a hotelier who becomes a "ferryman", whose wise advice avoids pitfalls for the tourist who does not know and travels blindly. At the time of farewell - It's already over, what a pity! - We emphasize that it is a valid reason to stay with someone who, in the name, is already a superlative! Thank you Massimo.

The Opera B&B is located right in the center, in front of the Regio Theater. Massimo, the owner, is friendly, nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave us many tips on visits and restaurants and allowed us to leave our belongings even after check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There is a common area with a table and chairs where you can have coffee, tea, herbal teas; there are also snacks, rusks, and jams if you want to have breakfast (otherwise you can go to the bar downstairs, Massimo will give you a voucher) and a well-stocked fridge with yogurt, fruit juices, water, and milk. In short, this property is really beautiful and has an excellent value for money!

Modern and welcoming structure, located in the center of Parma and convenient for reaching all parts of the city on foot. What can I say, the location is optimal. You can reach all points of interest in a few minutes. The manager is a polite and very helpful person, makes you feel at home. Clean structure! Fridge available (included).

Roberto, the owner, is welcoming and very helpful for requests and suggestions. In the facility there is always fresh fruits, cold and hot drinks available. Despite being central, the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

The structure is located right in front of the Teatro Regio and in the historic center, 10 minutes walk from the train station. The manager was very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast. My daughter and I spent only one night and we had a great time. The rooms were very clean and very quiet, as the window overlooked the internal courtyard of the building. I can only say good things. If I have to come back to Parma, I will turn to Roberto again. Thank you very much for the welcome.

We felt at home. The structure is clean and welcoming and is located in the center of Parma from which it is possible to reach many cultural places on foot. I would choose the structure again also because of the kindness of Mr. Roberto, always available to find a solution to make those who stay in his B&B feel good! A welcome treat is the corner set up with a water dispenser, fridge with juices, coffee machine, fruit, and from which you can serve yourself when you like. There are even many umbrellas available for rainy days. Even the bed is very comfortable. Total score 10.

The B&B is located in a convenient position: situated in the historic center of Parma, it is very close to everything, from the Reggio theater, the Cathedral and the Baptistery to Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza della Pilotta. Moreover, the rooms are very beautiful and clean, with a modern and very nice decoration. There is also a good breakfast where you can find anything: fresh pastries, all kinds of sweets, fruit, yogurt, hot tea, coffee and cappuccino. Furthermore, the owner is fantastic: very friendly and above all very helpful! The price is well deserved, and if I were to return to Parma, I would definitely go there!

A truly perfect structure in every way. From the central location, the elegance of the rooms, the cleanliness of these and all the environments.
