We thank Tiziano, Ornella, Chiara, Micky (and also Matti) for their warm welcome during our stay. Everything was perfect, from the room to the breakfast, from the pool to the visit tips. Thank you to our hosts for their hospitality.

There could be more shaded areas by the pool, for example larger umbrellas. Unfortunately, you have to drive to the next town to eat. However, the recommended restaurant was good and had a table reserved for us both evenings. Nice hosts, totally friendly and helpful.

Accommodation highly recommended, hosts incredibly friendly, everything super clean, there is nothing that did not fit, unfortunately too short, next year very gladly again and longer.

We had a wonderful stay. Enchanting place. We will definitely return.

Welcoming, clean structure. Very kind and helpful owners, close to many beautiful villages. Suitable for couples and families, even with pets. I recommend it.

The structure has friendly and empathetic managers, impeccable cleanliness, a very quiet area immersed in the hills, and excellent breakfast both sweet and savory. It's a pity I couldn't use the garden and the pool due to the weather.

In the heart of Romagna with Romagna in the heart. A unique place in its kind, literally immersed in the hills just above Cattolica, Olmo presents itself as a little gem in the wonderful Romagna landscape. Extremely well-kept place in the smallest details, suitable for all types of customers. From families with children (we stayed with a child of 18 months and one of 11 for a stay of 11 nights) to couples looking for a romantic place to relax or those who simply need to clear their minds. You get lost among the sunsets and dives in the pool, among the delicious homemade cakes and the company of the owners, among the well-kept garden and the cultivated vegetable garden along the slope. And then, indeed, there are Tiziano and Ornella, the hosts, simply splendid people. You arrive as a customer and leave as a friend. Between availability and courtesy, the experience of the place and the conversations, they turn a vacation into a unique experience. And the geographical location is excellent: it takes half an hour to reach cities like San Marino, Urbino or Gradara and just under twenty minutes to reach the beaches of Cattolica or the Aquafan of Riccione (for enthusiasts, just over 5 minutes away there is an association of amateur astronomers who provide night sky viewing, but be careful with the observatory's opening hours). An experience that we hope to repeat in the years to come.

We stayed a few days during our daughter's horse riding championship. Very clean and beautiful structure, a corner of peace and tranquility. We will come back next year. Thank you for the cordiality and availability.

Well-kept and quiet environment. Excellent alternative to the chaotic proposal of the Romagna coast. Great starting point to discover the villages in the inland area of the coast.

I had a great time throughout my stay at Olmo. Tiziano, the manager, is a very friendly and helpful person who, together with his wife, makes the welcome truly pleasant and makes you feel at home. Rich and very good variety for breakfast. The property is surrounded by greenery, well-kept, clean and has an equally beautiful pool. I will definitely be back as soon as possible!

As a person from Rimini, it's rare to find such a peaceful, well-kept place in a stunning location like Olmo on our hills. The owners are very kind, you can feel their care and passion in every brick.

Structure in an excellent location, tastefully and quality curated. Fantastic managers. We had a great time and we recommend it.

We came from Calabria with 2 adults and 3 children. It is an oasis that stands out amidst immense vegetation. We were greeted with kindness, the children enjoyed the pool and games just a few meters from the room. We rested well. Abundant breakfast. Well-kept and clean environment. The owners are truly kind people who listen to the needs of customers. For us, it was a pleasant holiday for this reason. Until next time.

Immersed in the green of the Romagna hills, recently renovated structure, beautiful and very clean. The owners are very kind and helpful, all enhanced by a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax, I don't think you can ask for more!

We stayed 4 nights at this Bed and Breakfast and what can I say, we had a great time. Nestled on the hills in an oasis of peace not far from the sea. Everything taken care of in the smallest details. The rooms are tastefully furnished, a beautiful park and a wonderful pool where you can relax. Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes by Chiara and Ornella. A thank you and a hug to the hosts Tiziano, Ornella, Chiara, and Michele with whom we chatted and joked together, spending unique moments. We will be back soon because we had a fantastic holiday. An oasis of peace among the gentle hills of Rimini. Close to all the villages and castles of Montefeltro and a few minutes from the sea. Wonderful, discreet, and very kind hosts. Perfect rooms and a stunning pool.

Hello everyone, words wouldn't be enough. As you arrive, the welcome is fantastic, a breathtaking place, fantastic and skilled managers, they make you feel immediately at home. Extremely clean and tidy place, no noise from morning until evening except for the birds and the oxygen that the greenery surrounding you emits. A beautiful park, a very clean and large pool where you can relax, refresh yourself, and enjoy a mind-blowing view. We stayed for 2 days but gosh, too little, but I will return very soon, even just to be with Tiziano, Ornella, Chiara, and Michele, you are extraordinary. To all the people reading my review: you will probably think I am exaggerating. Go there, then you will tell me. B&B Olmo, you are in first place for me.
