Description
Nettuno 29 is a Bed & Breakfast, which means it is a guesthouse with breakfast included. The apartment is conveniently located for both business trips and sightseeing. It is a 10-minute walk from the Fairgrounds, 21 minutes from the Train Station, and 30 minutes from the Two Towers (Historical Center).

Inside, you will find an elegant and refined design, meticulously crafted in every detail. Each room has a private bathroom and shares the living room, balcony, and kitchenette.

The space.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, each of which is rented separately. The Vintage room has an en-suite bathroom, meaning it is located within the room itself, while the Jungle room has a private bathroom right next to it. Each room has a Queen-Size bed and a Single bed with Memory Foam mattresses to ensure maximum comfort.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is arranged in partnership with a Bar to ensure the freshness of the products. The kitchen is available to all guests who wish to cook and is equipped with all the necessary tools for meal preparation, such as stovetops, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oil, salt, etc.

Highly recommend. Federico was so helpful and responsive. Very understanding. He also speaks English very well so definitely great for tourists and English speakers! The place is so spacious and super super clean. There are many amenities, everything is so well prepared and thought out. You can do self check in albeit a little confusing at times. There was A/C! Comfy pillows. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer!

Federico was just awesome and very helpful. The room was clean and very nice decorated as well. The bathroom was amazing too. It is not soo far from the main part of the town around 20-30 min by foot. There are some shops around so don’t worry for that too. Overall 10/10!

The place is nice and clean and very comfy. Not too far from the city center. Only small "problem" is shared breakfast where people can be a little bit noisy and not respecting others. In any case, very good place and absolutely suggested.

Very nice, 2 bedroom, two bath unit, adjacent to the old city and the airport, in the newer area. The airport is a 15 minute drive, and the old city is a 20-30 minute walk, pending destination. The property manager, Federico, is competent and charming. Parking is included, possibly off street. The property itself is a two bedroom apartment, new, modern and well appointed. Breakfast is plentiful European fare of yogurt, toast, croissants, juice, coffee, etc. We would definitely visit again.

This was a wonderful apartment to spend our quick time in Bologna at. Very clean! Everything was new- in good repair and spotless. The host was very friendly and timely and helpful! He recommended where to eat and how to get there, etc. Its a nice quiet neighborhood so we slept very well. Highly recommend!

Apartamento y habitación espaciosos, todo muy limpio, baño con ducha algo más amplia que el resto de alojamientos y con gel de ducha. Es un cuarto piso, pero tiene un ascensor que va con llave, hay que pedirla. No muy lejos del centro, en el autobús 21 se llega en pocos minutos. Hemos estado muy agusto en este alojamiento.

Ho soggiornato al B&B perchè mi trovavo a Bologna per motivi di lavoro. Posizione comoda da raggiungere con mezzi pubblici. Check-in online e ingresso all'appartamento tramite App funzionale. Pulizia della stanza ottima, colazione al bar sotto l'appartamento convenzionato. Gestore disponibile e chiaro per tutte le indicazioni necessarie.

Federico è stato disponibilissimo, praticamente immediato nelle risposte (anche per domande a cui avremmo potuto darci una risposta se solo avessimo letto meglio le istruzioni che ci aveva mandato!). Struttura impeccabile. Colazione al bar sotto casa, molto cordiali e onesti.

Struttura gestita da una persona attenta e scrupolosa in ogni cosa nel rispetto dei propri ospiti per farli sentire a proprio agio. Camere arredate con molto gusto etnico ma molto sobrio. La cucina è provvista di qualsiasi utensile e ci sono anche cialde di caffè, bustine di tè e tisane nonostante sia messo a disposizione degli ospiti in buono da spendere per la colazione. Ripeto tutto organizzato alla lettera. Un BRAVO al giovane gestore. Sicuramente sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Bologna.

Struttura ottima in zona Bologna Fiere, a 5 Min dalla struttura. Il centro dista 30 Min a piedi o con i trasporti un 10 min si è in centro. Le stanze sono pulite, moderne e con tutto ciò che serve. Ho trovato ottimo il servizio colazione organizzato in modo da avere 5€ a persona da spendere tramite u tagliandino nel bar vicino alla casa. Il gestore sempre disponibile via whatsapp per ogni esigenza/problema. Sicuramente consigliato.

Salve, vorrei sapere come mai un voto così basso nella pulizia, ma soprattutto nella posizione, dal momento che la posizione esatta era possibile visualizzarla prima di effettuare la prenotazione. Voto complessivo all'ospite: 7/10 Ha richiesto un cambio asciugamani anche se non era previsto da condizioni di prenotazione, ho acconsentito e non ho fatto neanche pagare il sovrapprezzo previsto, ma non ho percepito molta gratitudine.

Ospiti gentili. Tuttavia devo segnalare che non hanno rispettato le regole: Sono arrivati con un cane (senza segnalarlo prima, com'era richiesto) e ho quindi richiesto che non salisse su letti o divani. Il giorno dopo durante le pulizie ho trovato il piumino del letto matrimoniale completamente pieno di peli di cane, a dimostrazione che sia salito sul letto. Non capisco come mai il voto esageratamente basso per la colazione, quando noi offriamo la colazione in convenzione con il bar per garantire la massima freschezza dei prodotti. Voto complessivo per gli ospiti: 5/10

Do un voto basso alla colazione solo perché a me non piace frequentare i bar, ma per chiunque altro sarà sicuramente una colazione appropriata. Ed è comunque possibile farsi la colazione nella comoda ed accessoriata cucina. L'appartamento è molto carino, con arredo recente, tenuto benissimo e decorato con cura. La dotazione di asciugamani abbondante, la stanza calda con una bella televisione grande. Il letto comodo. Se posso dare un suggerimento, consiglierei meno suppellettili sui mobili, perché manca spazio per appoggiare gli oggetti personali. Appena fuori dal cancello c'è la fermata del 21 che porta alla stazione e in centro in poco tempo. Al quartiere fieristico si arriva comodamente a piedi.

Ottima soluzione, facile da prenotare. Vengo spesso per lavoro a Bologna e devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questa struttura è uno dei migliori. La stanza che ho avuto è stata una tripla uso singola; non grandissima ma nemmeno sacrificata, ben riscaldata con un letto molto comodo (lo scrivo perché purtroppo non è una cosa scontata). Anche l'insonorizzazione è soddisfacente. Il bagno di questa stanza è ad uso esclusivo ma esterno (subito a fianco), e l'ho trovato impeccabile. Il gestore, Federico, è stato molto cortese e mi ha ricevuto di persona (niente tastierini o altro). La colazione non si distingue per originalità od offerta ma la ritengo adeguata. La zona è comoda per la stazione e per il quartiere di San Donato.

Breve soggiorno di una sola notte in occasione del concerto di Elisa all'Europauditorium, ma tutto perfetto. Federico, il proprietario, estremamente gentile, discreto, dsponibile e preciso. Struttura situata all'ultimo piano di un palazzo, stanze pulitissime, dotate di parquet e di tutti i comfort. La stazione si raggiunge bene a piedi in circa 20 min (altrimenti c'è la fermata autobus n. 21 sotto casa, che porta anche in centro). Colazione fai da te con scelta tra dolce, salato, caffè, succhi e yogurt. Wi-fi velocissimo in camera. VOTO: 10!

Mi sono trovata benissimo, il B&B pur non essendo nel centro storico è collegato benissimo ed è servito dai trasporti pubblici con fermate proprio sotto la struttura. Il gestore accogliente e disponibile, la camera ampia, pulita è dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Mi dispiace per il punteggio molto basso che ha dato alla Posizione, la "percezione" di questo parametro dipende molto da dove deve andare l'ospite e, inoltre, è possibile visualizzarla comodamente dalla mappa fornita sul sito prima di prenotare. La posizione della struttura è lodata dalla gran parte degli ospiti vista la vicinanza a i maggiori luoghi d'interesse: Stazione, Centro storico e Fiera.

Sicuramente non in zona centrale ma vicina comunque al centro con una passeggiata di meno di 20 minuti. Struttura pulita e ben organizzata. Colazione ben fornita e fai da te. Stanza in camera spazioso e con tutto il necessario. Rumori di traffico dall'esterno ma tutto sommato meglio di tante strutture stellate. Consigliato.

Gestore molto gentile e disponibile, posto pulitissimo, colazione con elementi preconfezionati ma a volontà, posizione nella cerchia esterna di Bologna (d'altronde il centro è quasi blindato a livello di ZTL) e possibilità per chi viene in macchina di parcheggiare all'interno dell'edificio o stare a pochi metri di distanza in strada con il parcheggio pagato. Tutto bene e bed and breakfast consigliato.

Tutto perfetto come sempre, anche se devo dire che è la prima volta che mi viene chiesto un supplemento per il check in dopo le 23. Ma sicuramente da consigliare per me resta la migliore struttura in zona!

L'appartamento non è centrale ma ciononostante è raggiungibile con qualche minuto in più di camminata o con dei comodi bus (la fermata del 21, in entrambe le direzioni, è letteralmente sotto casa). E' circondata da supermercati (che chiudono abbastanza tardi anche di domenica, come il Lidl), ristoranti, pizzerie, cosa comoda per chi magari non ha voglia o intenzione di spostarsi in un determinato momento del giorno per mangiare. La casa è tenuta benissimo, il mobilio è nuovo, la cucina ha davvero tutti i comfort (forno, fornetto, microonde, macchina del caffè, tostapane), il bagno era immacolato e bellissimo, i letti comodi (una quantità magica di cuscini). Federico è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Anche la colazione, che causa Covid dev'essere tutta impacchettata e quindi magari non emozionante, era abbondante e sempre rifornita, con marmellate, caffè, tè, cornetti, e, non appena ho fatto presente la mia intolleranza al latte, sono stata subito aiutata con del latte di soia. Consiglio caldamente.

Siamo stati bene. La consiglio soprattutto per chi viene in treno e vuole visitare il centro di Bologna, lo può fare anche a piedi.

Uno dei migliori posti dove sono stata! Assolutamente consiglierei a tutti: fermata del autobus subito dopo uscita dalla struttura (in piedi ci vogliono 20 minuti alla stazione), per le donne: negozio Stock Brand nella stessa costruzione. Camera con il letto grande comodissimo e il bagno con tutto che hai bisogno. La cosa importante per me: l'acqua in doccia scendeva subito. Tutto pulito. La casa intelligente con il proprietario gentilissimo. Grazie! Tornerei di nuovo.

Location in buona posizione, non lontana dal centro e dalla stazione. Per chi arriva in auto, disponibilità di parcheggio. Federico cura ottimamente il proprio B&B ed è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Camera arredata perfettamente, stile di design ed elegante, strada silenziosa, la colazione è buona ed abbondante (sono presenti prodotti locali) Federico è gentile e attento. Consigliato.
