We received such a warm welcome from Cristina and very much enjoyed our stay in Minisuite B&B. She had many suggestions on where to go and was a friendly face to see every day. She was interested in what we were doing and seeing. The apartment is easy to find, within walking distance to all the buses, trains and inner city. Bologna is not a very large city and is easy to navigate on foot. Well worth the visit. Thank you Cristina!

Very nice room, really clean and very spacious. It has a small kitchenette (which we, staying only 2 days, did not use) which can be convenient. The location is great, very close to the station and a few minutes walk from the center. The owner was kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Very convenient location just a stone's throw from the station and not far from the center. Cozy, comfortable and clean room. Very kind owner. Room with double glazing, so the traffic noise is greatly muted and you sleep well, comfortable bed. Right next to the entrance there is a Box (managed by third parties, not by the Minisuite B&B owner) where you can easily leave your luggage (payment with Bancomat or Credit Card) if you leave in the afternoon after the check-out time. In the immediate vicinity there are some trattorias.

Convenient location just a few steps from the station and a 15-minute walk from the center. The building is a bit neglected but the apartment is clean and equipped with everything. Also quiet despite facing the main street. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with a large and comfortable shower.

The Minisuite B&B is very nice and detailed in every aspect. It has three large mini apartments equipped for having breakfast and eating independently. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Extremely clean and the assistance from Cristina, the owner of Minisuite B&B, is excellent. In front of the station and a 20-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend it. It will be a reference point for me for future visits to Bologna.

B&B really fantastic, starting from the location. Everything else impeccable. Only one thing to improve: the cast iron burners in the kitchen that don't heat up enough. Still worth going back and recommending.

I stayed at the property on different dates for work reasons. Great location, I was lucky to use all three apartments and they all have an excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort. The owner is very kind, helpful, and ready to respond to every need, even the smallest one.

Delightful mini suite. Carefully detailed and very clean. The mini suite welcomes you with all the comforts of a real home. The excellent hospitality of the owner Cristina. I highly recommend it. The Minisuite B&B is a small, quiet, and comfortable structure. The suites are spacious, bright, and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette that can be used for light meals. Mrs. Cristina, who manages it, is kind and friendly, and gave us excellent advice for visiting the city.\n\nWe used the B&B as a base to visit Bologna, and it was a good choice. The proximity to the central station facilitated us as we arrived by train, and we also used the train to visit nearby centers. The bus station is also close, reachable with a short walk. Piazza Maggiore is within a ten-minute walk or by convenient public transport.\n\nIn summary, our judgment is absolutely positive, we will return!

The rooms are well-kept and very well furnished, with a decidedly refined taste, all equipped with every comfort, spacious bathrooms and showers, with excellent cleanliness. I had a great time in the apartment, the place looks just like the photo, I made my own breakfast, the shower was wonderful, all the comforts. The place is close to the station from where I traveled to Forlì, Ravenna, and Ferrara. Nearby there is a Coop supermarket and for eating I went to the vegetarian restaurant Zenzero just 500 meters away.

I stayed at this property in the last decade of April with a friend and I had a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious and very clean, moreover they are equipped with every comfort and furnished with excellent taste. The breakfast is rich and varied: there is everything you could desire. The location of the B&B is excellent: just a few steps away is the central station and in about ten minutes on foot you can reach the city center. Furthermore, the place is quite quiet, so it is ideal for those who want to rest without being disturbed. Excellent value for money and the lady who manages the property is definitely kind, nice, and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B from every point of view.

I stayed at this property for four nights with my boyfriend. It has a strategic location just a few meters from the station. The owner is very kind and provided us with useful information for visiting the city upon arrival. The room was really clean and equipped with every comfort (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bathroom set, numerous surfaces for support), a well-equipped kitchenette (there are dishes, a classic and pod coffee machine, bottles of water, milk packages, fruit juices, various types of snacks and tea, and everything needed for breakfast). The linen was provided and very clean. Excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend this B&B. When we return to Bologna, we will know where to stay.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Truly a beautiful structure, welcoming and bright, comfortable and with all the amenities in so much space. Conveniently located near the station and just a few steps from the center, allowing one to enjoy your beautiful city. Just one thing for me, as a smoker, a cigarette holder on the balcony and for my partner a small shelf in the shower, which is simply too large to share. Definitely recommend it to friends and I will surely return.

My boyfriend and I had to stop for one night in Bologna, so I found the B&B Minisuite through the website B&B.it. I was immediately struck by both the photos of the interiors and the proximity to the central station. The choice turned out to be excellent. Cristina welcomed us, very kind and helpful. The suite assigned to us, number 3, was fabulous, comfortable, very clean, with a young and modern decor, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, and entrance with kitchen/living room. The idea of an intimate breakfast in the room was very appreciated, very rich. Nothing was missing, from milk to the coffee/tea machine, to fruit juices, to plumcakes, croissants, Nutella, jams. Definitely recommended.

The B&B consists of three mini-apartments. We were in number 2, which overlooks a quiet and charming little back garden. Unlike number one, the three rooms (bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) are all separate. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, sink, coffee machine with pods, various croissants, and everything necessary for breakfast or a snack as soon as you arrive. However, the best thing is definitely the location, less than five minutes from the station, which allowed me to catch the train on time.

I stayed at the Minisuite B&B for a week from September 2 to September 8, 2013. The apartment is very beautiful, modern, with every comfort and convenience (like being at home or even better). The double bedroom is very spacious, the bathroom is very modern and spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. It is very clean and bright. For breakfast, there is a wide choice of sweets, toast, jams, milk, and coffee. Excellent location near the station and it is not noisy. The owner, Cristina, is a truly helpful and nice person. I highly recommend it, and when I need to return to Bologna, I will definitely return to this B&B.
