The only thing I save is that it is in front of a hospital. For the rest, it does not match the pictures, is poorly maintained and the owner did not keep the agreements made.

I ritardi dei clienti cerchiamo di assecondare, non sempre è possibile. Ci dispiace molto che si sia trovata male. Ci dispiace che abbia messo degli 1, se può spiegarci meglio perchè così ci da modo di migliorare, se vuoi può contattarci e vedremo di offrirle un bonus per un'altra volta. Saluti.

Located just outside the door, it is about 1 kilometer from the Asinelli Towers, but 5 minutes from Sant'Orsola. Paolo, the manager, is very nice. The furniture is a bit outdated, but the spaces are good. The cleaning could be improved.

I stayed in this facility and I must say that I had a great time. Although I did not meet the owner but only spoke to him on the phone, he seemed like a nice person and he finds a solution to your problem. I had to go to hospital pavilion 4 and he gave me the room right in front. I have to return and I will definitely stay there.

The room was small for a double and it was a triple. The furniture was dated, the bathroom was like a closet. I have never seen the manager.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast because the location is very advantageous for those who need to go to the Sant'Orsola hospital. The room is very clean and I also found Paolo, the owner, to be a really polite and helpful person.

A bit dated but it has been renovated enough. The location for the Policlinico is optimal. The linen and the structure are clean. Highly recommended, excellent value for money. Only drawback, it does not have POS availability. Cash payment.

Great welcome and location. Clean and very close to the center and university. Only suggestion to the owner, occasionally renew the towels provided in the rooms. Having said that, I have returned several times.

Welcome, courtesy, and availability. The room is nice, clean. The bathroom in the room, perfect. The possibility of leaving the luggage in storage until 11.00 in the morning is very useful. We will return, with pleasure.

Comfortable, clean rooms with everything you may need to spend your stay in total tranquility. The owner is a reliable, honest, and understanding person; The B&B is located in a quiet area and at the same time served by buses in every direction you may want to go. (No need to have your own car.) Next time I come back to Bologna, I will necessarily stay here because I felt really good. Best regards, Costantino.

I stayed at this property for three nights with my mother for the birth of a granddaughter. The apartment is small but comfortable, not humid and well-lit: kitchen at the entrance with 2 side rooms located on the first floor of a building in Massarenti Street. Clean sheets and towels, very hot water, comfortable mattresses, TV in the room, equipped kitchenette with 4 working burners and large fridge, these were the fundamental characteristics for our stay. It is well positioned with a bus stop near the house. The owner immediately proved to be a friendly and helpful person, always available by phone for any of our requests. I will contact the property for our next stay.

We had a good time, the room was very nice and clean, with a private bathroom. We thought we would stay on Massarenti Street but, for various reasons, we ended up having the room on Pelagio Palagi Street. Still very central, 10 minutes from Porta San Vitale, close to bus stops that lead to the station (also easily reachable on foot), so we could move in and out of Bologna with great ease. The apartment is close to the Coop, pharmacy, various dining places, and bars. Very nice and cozy house, with everything needed to prepare dinner or lunch independently (microwave, fridge, stove, dishes, etc). The only downside was the breakfast, not particularly abundant: once finished, the food was not adequately restocked and my boyfriend and I chose to have breakfast at the bar downstairs. For the rest, I will recommend it and, if I have the chance, I will return because the stay was very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful.

Small central kitchen and two double side rooms. Very cozy and well cleaned, warm in winter and quiet. Very close to Massarenti Sant'Orsola but also a few minutes from the center. I recommend it.
