I stayed at this bed and breakfast because the location is very advantageous for those who need to go to the Sant'Orsola hospital. The room is very clean and I also found Paolo, the owner, to be a really polite and helpful person.

A bit dated but it has been renovated enough. The location for the Policlinico is optimal. The linen and the structure are clean. Highly recommended, excellent value for money. Only drawback, it does not have POS availability. Cash payment.

Ottima accoglienza e posizione. Struttura pulita e vicinissima al centro e università. Unico suggerimento al proprietario, ogni tanto rinnovi gli asciugamani in dotazione alla camere. Detto questo ci sono tornata più volte.

Accoglienza, cortesia e disponibilità. La camera è carina, pulita. Il bagno in camera, perfetto. Molto utile la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino alle 11.00 del mattino. Ritorneremo, con piacere.

Camere confortevoli, pulite e con tutto ciò che può servire per trascorrere in totale tranquillità il soggiorno. Il titolare è una persona affidabile, onesta e comprensiva; Il B&B è Situato in zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo servita da autobus per ogni direzione si voglia andare. (non c'è bisogno di avere una propria auto.) anche la prossima volta che tornerò a Bologna soggiornerò necessariamente qui, perché sono stato veramente bene. Saluti, Costantino.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura tre notti con mia madre per la nascita di una nipotina. L'appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole non umido e ben illuminato: cucina all'ingresso con 2 camere laterali situato al primo piano di un palazzo in via Massarenti. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi, acqua ben calda, materassi comodi, televisore in camera, angolo cottura attrezzato con 4 fuochi funzionanti e frigo grande: erano queste le caratteristiche fondamentali per il nostro soggiorno. È ben posizionato con fermata autobus vicino casa. Il proprietario si è dimostrato da subito una persona cordiale e disponibile e sempre reperibile telefonicamente per ogni nostra richiesta. Contatterò la struttura per il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Loredana.

Gestore cordiale e disponibile e la struttura molto accogliente, pulita, vicinissima al policlinico Sant'Orsola e soprattutto economica. Qualora dovessi ritornare a Bologna prenoterei di nuovo in questa struttura.

Ci siamo trovati bene, la camera molto bella e pulita, con bagno privato. Pensavamo di soggiornare in via Massarenti ma, per varie questioni, ci siamo ritrovati ad avere la camera in via Pelagio Palagi. Comunque molto centrale, a 10 minuti da porta San Vitale, vicina a fermate di autobus che portano alla stazione (volendo raggiungibilissima anche a piedi), quindi ci siamo potuti muovere dentro e fuori Bologna con grande comodità. Appartamento vicino alla coop, alla farmacia, a diversi punti ristoro e bar. Casa molto carina e accogliente, con tutto l'occorrente necessario per prepararsi cena o pranzo in autonomia (microonde, frigo, fornelli, stoviglie ecc). L'unica pecca la colazione, non particolarmente abbondante: una volta finite, le cibarie non venivano rifornite in maniera adeguata e io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo optato per fare colazione al bar sotto casa. Per il resto, la consiglierò e, se ne avrò la possibilità, ci tornerò perché il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole ed i gestori disponibilissimi.

Modesta ma pulita gestore gentile e simpatico. Vicinissima alla struttura ospedaliera e 15min a piedi dal centro. La colazione anche se me la sono dovuta preparare era buona con tutto ciò che comprendeva.

Piccola cucina centrale e due camere doppie laterali. Molto raccolto e ben pulito, caldo in inverno e silenzioso. Vicinissimo al Sant'Orsola ma anche pochi minuti dal centro. Lo consiglio!
