Perfect location with amazing breakfast. Paolo, the host, gives us great advice and is very helpful.

Thank you so much to Paolo and his lovely wife for welcoming us in early January. We arrived in the evening and both the house and the garden were like a fairy tale with lovely lightings. Paolo welcomed us with great kindness. Our room was perfect: cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered an amazing breakfast the following morning and we discovered the beautiful garden. Le Noci di Feo B&B is perfectly located to visit Modena and its region. We certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to stop in Modena: stay at Le Noci di Feo.

Very nice property. The owner, Paulo, is fantastic and attentive to all of our needs. He met us at the front gate and was always ready to assist, even provided all required materials so that I could clean the foggy interior windows of my rental car! Room was wonderful, breakfast was out of this world! I would not hesitate to return on my next trip to this area, even if I had to drive an extra 100 km.

Paolo and his family are absolutely wonderful. We loved our stay at this beautiful historic home, and would love to visit again someday. Highly recommended.

The best place I’ve ever stayed. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating and let us check in early. He was so thoughtful and I’ve never seen such an incredible breakfast spread. Have to drive into downtown Modena but parking is easy and cheap and it’s nearby.

We had such a lovely stay at Paolo's home! His warmth and hospitality are unmatched. He helped organize Parmesan, wine, and balsamic vinegar tours for us at a moment's notice, and made our honeymoon truly special. Our room was spotless and breakfast was delicious! We hope to be back some day.

This is an amazing BnB, with a host named Paulo, who is second to none. His knowledge and connection to the local area, including fabulous food recommendations and support throughout our 4-day visit... was fantastic!\n\nBreakfast was a very good selection with outstanding prosciutto/salami/cheeses/bread/cereals/fresh fruit etc. etc. \n\nAssistance with anything you needed was just a simple request and nothing felt like it was too much trouble. We were even provided with plates, etc. for our al fresco dinner. \n\nThank you so much Paulo... Your home and hospitality were beautiful and we have many good memories to take away. \n\nThe only thing is if you can't easily navigate stairs, this may be a little challenging. The only recommendation would be larger towels, but that's being as critical as I could be. \n\nI would definitely recommend Le Noci Di Feo!

We had a 2-night stay at Le Noci di Feo. Paolo was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and tours and made bookings for us. Also helped us with transport, even coming to pick us up when we had a problem with the bus. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious with lots of local produce. We would certainly stay again and can definitely recommend it to others.

Paolo is a great host and a good person. He works hard to serve his guests. The breakfast is great, beds and bathrooms great. He got us great dinner reservations. The worst thing I can say is it took a long time for the water in the shower to get hot. I highly recommend this property.

This is an amazing bed and breakfast if you have the opportunity to stay here. Paolo is one of the kindest and caring hosts we have met and it was a pleasure to get to stay at this property. We were able to manage without a car through the local bus and taxis as it’s very close to the city center. We liked the peacefulness of Paolo's home and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host Paolo is so gracious and generous. The property is very beautiful as are the rooms. The location is very central, but you do need a car. I HIGHLY recommend booking Le Noci di Feo for any length of stay. The families' 1912 converted barn has many charming and romantic touches throughout. The hospitality of hosts Paolo and Tittiana is beyond compare. Their willingness to make our stay special was far above our expectations and will ensure that we book with them again. The room was of exceptional cleanliness and quality. There was nothing else we could have needed. The hand-prepared breakfasts were over the top great. If your holiday plans include a trip to the Emilia-Romagna region, look up Paolo and Tittiana, you will not regret it.

Paolo made our short trip feel like a holiday, due to his excellent suggestions (and reservations) for restaurants and the lovely Acetaia of San Matteo! We enjoyed staying in this beautiful and special guesthouse and appreciated Paolo's kindness in every situation.

If you are going to the Modena region, do not waste your time looking for a hotel. Just stay here! Magical B&B! Paolo is an exceptional host, from delicious breakfasts (don't miss the prosciutto and speck, the Erbazzone, and the parmesan drizzled with his incredible aged balsamic vinegar) to ensuring dinner reservations at the loveliest restaurants in Modena and arranging tours at the local dairy. The Tulipani room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, perfect evening breezes, and gloriously quiet. We loved walking into town to work up our appetite and meandering back after long delicious dinners. Paolo was in excellent contact the entire time, calling taxis and checking in frequently. A spectacular place to enjoy all the delicacies of the region!

The fairy tale begins as you are standing in front of the gates of the lovely mansion. Whenever they open, you enter the beautiful surroundings of the building. The owner of the mansion, Paolo, welcomes you with his great and warm Modenese hospitality. Overall, we really loved this place! The room was cozy and with a very charming vibe! The standards of cleanliness are exceptional! Superb breakfast! Paolo served amazing traditional aged balsamic vinegar as a compliment to the rich breakfast. Moreover, this lovely place has a strategic spot as it is only 10 minutes away by car from the city center of Modena. The surrounding atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Another positive aspect about its location is the fact that there is a variety of accessible places in the area that could pique your interest. Paolo was more than a host. He provided us with great recommendations for everything we could do in terms of activities or cuisine in Modena and the surroundings. He recommended that we visit Sandra's acetaia "San Matteo" where we sampled a variety of traditional balsamic vinegars. He also provided us with a list of the best restaurants in Modena. Thanks to him, we managed to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the Emilia-Romagna region, which in conclusion is rich in beauty, experiences, flavors, aromas, and people with a warm attitude.

From start to finish, our experience at Le Noci Di Feo was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his family are very welcoming and we were made to feel at home throughout our stay. Despite the current times of pandemic, every step was taken in ensuring guests’ safety and in making the property COVID safe. The room we stayed in was immaculate, modern and perfect for either a short or long stay. Since we were very much interested in the local area and culture, Paolo helped organise guided tours to a local Salumificio, Vineyard of Solbara, Parmigiano Reggiano producer and Acetaia for the making of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. We thoroughly enjoyed each tour, not to mention the tasting at the end of each. Overall, our stay was an absolute joy thanks to Paolo and his family, no doubt we’ll be looking for an excuse to return soon!

Belle maison à la sortie de Modène, qui allie la proximité du centre-ville à la campagne et la nature alentour (juste 10/15mn en voiture et route vraiment facile + parking gratuit en face du Novi Park). C'est le choix idéal pour combiner la découverte de la ville, y compris le soir car l'accès est simple, et la campagne pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables et toujours prêts à vous rendre service pour la réservation d'un restaurant ou autre (d'autant que Paolo est toujours de bon conseil et extrêmement prévenant). Je recommande la visite chez l'un de ses amis, propriétaire d'une vinaigrerie traditionnelle. Il nous fait découvrir un travail séculaire et propose une dégustation qui permet de "mettre en papilles" certaines explications..J'ai particulièrement apprécié qùil ne pousse pas à l'achat en fin de visite; chacun est libre de repartir, les mains vides ou pleines. Bref, nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour chez Noci di Feo, que nous avons presque regretté de partir sur Bologne pour terminer notre balade italienne.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Unwahrscheinlich sympathischer Gastgeber. Alles topp.

Warm welcome, completeness of information, very pleasant structure. There is a human contact that almost makes you feel like guests of people who have known you for a long time, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Last but not least, a plentiful and quality breakfast, not at all obvious, a wide choice of sweet and savory dishes with local delicacies that put the cherry on top of an already very interesting cake. Congratulations on everything!

We stayed here with our family, we felt at home, excellent welcome from the owners of the property who left us two bottles of local wine as a gift at the end of the weekend! Cleanliness and order, attention to detail. The breakfast was very abundant, with homemade sweets, mini krapfen, various types of croissants, biscuits, fruit glasses, many types of jams, spreadable chocolates and nutella, cereals and muesli, and other types of snacks! To drink: freshly squeezed juices, any hot drink for breakfast, tea and herbal teas. Bread of all kinds. Really everything taken care of in detail and with the utmost availability and attention from the managers. Beautiful and impeccable structure even externally. Highly recommended! If I were to return to Modena, I would book here again.

Absolutely positive experience. Beautiful structure in a very quiet area a few kilometers from the center of Modena. The center is easily reachable by car. As soon as we arrived at the property, we were immediately greeted by Paolo, the perfect homeowner, ready to provide valuable advice on events and experiences not to be missed. Spacious, clean, and cozy room (despite the cold outside, the room was pleasantly warm). Sweet and savory breakfast with typical local products: very much appreciated indeed. Cozy room, clean, comfortable bed, quiet location, but close to the center. Kind manager.

Structure close to the parking lots of the center but still in a quiet area. Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory, with refined products, homemade cakes. We were welcomed by Paolo who didn't miss anything and we had a great time. Wonderful person and structure.

The owner is very kind and super helpful for any information. The b&b is located in a beautifully renovated farmhouse, extremely clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent, abundant, with cold cuts and cheeses cut on the spot and homemade cakes.

Very beautiful structure, extremely clean premises, everything impeccable. Mr. Paolo and Mrs. Titty are available, courteous, and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The welcome from Paolo was of a rare kindness and care. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, much appreciated the organic products, homemade cakes and biscuits, fresh fruit, with the possibility to taste products from local companies. The property is housed in a typical renovated Modenese farmhouse, in a quiet area, a bit outside the city, allowing you to enjoy a countryside and green panorama, yet only a few minutes from the city center.

Great find this B&B. Impeccable in every aspect: comfortable rooms, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. Rich breakfast, with plenty of choice and of excellent quality. The manager is a splendid person, helpful, attentive. I will come back often for work and pleasure. It's not in the center but it has all the other qualities and for me it's the top. Missing a pool and I'm moving :).

Paolo is a truly exquisite person, who manages to make you feel immediately at home and conveys all the passion he puts into his work. The structure is beautiful, welcoming and very comfortable because it remains close enough to the center of Modena while being immersed in nature. I will definitely come back if I pass by this way again. A++++.

The stay was pleasant for the beauty of the dwelling, for the kindness, cordiality, and hospitality of the managers who are attentive and very helpful. The B&B has an excellent location, a few minutes by car to reach the center, but there are also public transport, Modena is simply wonderful and the breakfast is very good and the room is very comfortable.

A place where you can find peace and relax, in the company of a welcoming family attentive to satisfying all needs.

B&B located in the outskirts of Modena, very convenient for relaxing in the countryside and the proximity to the main roads. Very clean structure, covered car parking and plenty of greenery in the garden. The manager was very kind and helpful in giving suggestions for visiting the city of Modena. My wife and I thank you for the hospitality.

On the outskirts of Modena but just a few minutes' drive from the center is 'Le Noci di Feo', a renovated farmhouse with a beautiful fenced garden. Clean and new rooms with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. The owners are welcoming, kind, and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, with sweet and savory options. We stayed with our little dog, who was well received and was able to enjoy the garden. Good value for money.

Ho soggiornato nel beb per la durata di quattro giorni, posto bellissimo curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, il proprietario è disponibilissimo ed educato. Consigliatissimo.

La struttura è molto confortevole e molto ben curata sia nella pulizia che nei particolari, i gestori sono veramente gentili, disponibili e pronti ad ogni esigenza del cliente, sicuramente tornerei.

Tutto perfetto! Ospitalità squisita, fatta di attenzioni, gentilezza, disponibilità, cura dei dettagli oltre che struttura molto molto bella, nuova, pulita, immersa nel verde, a poca distanza dal centro. Davvero, non ho parole! In tanti anni mai mi è capitato di poter vivere strutture e ospitalità con valutazioni così alte. Non potete non andarci, anche a costo di fare qualche chilometro in più.

Una vecchia cascina ristrutturata con grande gusto e cura dei dettagli. Tutto molto curato, pulito e tecnologico. La camera era comodissima, il bagno molto grande, la colazione soddisfacente e curata. L'accoglienza di Paolo è stata davvero calorosa e ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio sin da subito. Trasmette passione per il proprio lavoro e amore per il territorio. Consigliatissimo sia per un soggiorno a Modena (è subito fuori città) che come base per un tour dell'Emilia.

Per un weekend al mese - da oramai diversi mesi - "Le Noci di Feo" ci accoglie smorzando, le fatiche della lontananza da casa. Il calore e la disponibilità dei gestori, gli ambienti accoglienti completi caldi puliti e confortevoli, la generosa colazione ricca di prodotti freschi e del territorio e - in generale - tutto il clima che si respira presso questa struttura, contribuisce a farci sentire come a casa. Il tutto ad un prezzo adeguato. Cosa di cui non possiamo che ringraziare il signor Paolo e sua moglie. Grazie mille e arrivederci al prossimo weekend. Fabio e Roberta.

Perfetto per due amiche con piccolo cane che è stato affettuosamente accolto e ha potuto giocare nel bel giardino. A pochi minuti dal centro di Modena ma tranquillo e silenzioso. I consigli sui ristoranti sono stato preziosi e in generale l’accoglienza è stata cinque stelle. La struttura è di charme ed elegante, perfettamente in linea con la traduzione emiliana.

Splendido B&B, uno dei migliori, se non il migliore, che ho visitato in anni di pernottamenti in giro per l'Italia. Dal letto alla colazione è tutto ottimo. Complimenti.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Le Noci di Feo per una notte, ma è bastata per capire l impegno e la professionalità che Paolo e sua moglie mettono nel portare avanti una filosofia dell'accoglienza e della professionalità davvero ottima. Struttura molto bella con camera ampia e pulita e con un bel giardino curato. Ottima la colazione dolce, con frutta fresca o salata. La posizione è appena fuori Modena ma a 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro. Sicuramente ci torneremo volentieri.

Io e una mia amica abbiamo fatto un soggiorno dal 29 al 30 giugno 2017 per il concerto di Vasco, soggiorno breve ma molto bello. Struttura bellissima e molto curata nei dettagli, molto pulita, molto sicura, personale molto gentile e disponibile, situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro di Modena e sopratutto prezzi onestissimi. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Struttura nuova, bellissima e molto curata. Un plauso al sig. Paolo e a sua moglie, di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Ci siamo sentiti quasi a casa. Abbiamo dato 10 alla posizione, anche se un po' fuori Modena perché noi, essendo cicloturisti e arrivando dalla ciclabile, l'abbiamo trovata comodissima.

Struttura molto bella con giardino curato e accogliente, non lontano dal centro di Modena. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, dotate di tutti i comfort e molto graziose: tutto è pulito e accogliente. La colazione è deliziosa e viene fatta molta attenzione ad intolleranze o allergie: i proprietari sono molto attenti e disponibili. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e ringrazio ancora il sig. Paolo e sua moglie per averci fatto sentire praticamente a casa dandoci dritte e suggerimenti per rendere ancora più bella la nostra breve vacanza modenese.

Solo superlativi: gestori gentilissimi, struttura bellissima, siamo stati benissimo.
