This B&B is excellent. The place and surrounding are beautiful. The house, the arquitecture and decoration is stunning. Every detail is being taking care of. The hosts do an amazing job to make you feel at home, they are incredible welcoming. Breakfast is a real treat. This is a jewel in the country side. I give 7 on location because you have to have a car to get to the place, but not a problem if you have a car. I highly recommend this place, I will be back.

We stayed for two days with Maria Cristina and Giorgio, a family of 6, at La Via della Seta. The house is located in the countryside, in a very quiet and relaxing place but close to Reggio Emilia, not far from Modena, Bologna. The setting, the decoration are magnificent. We were amazed by this residence where we spent an unforgettable stay. The rooms are all decorated with great taste, sophistication. The living room is impressive. The bookshelves that overlook it make you want to sit in one of the armchairs or chaise longues that invite you to take a break. The numerous paintings deserve a closer look. The visit to Giorgio's cellar is worth it. The breakfast is incredible! Maria Cristina and Giorgio prepare delicious cakes, different varieties of homemade bread, excellent homemade jams, cold cuts and cheese to die for. All accompanied by fresh fruit, muesli for those who prefer... In short, it's a delight every morning. Maria Cristina and Giorgio are extremely welcoming, available. The bedding is of good quality. In conclusion, it is a place for a magical and peaceful break, in a calm setting in a splendid house. A very, very beautiful discovery, made by chance and without a doubt we will return with friends to share this moment of tranquility. Thank you Maria Cristina and Giorgio!

En descendant vers le sud de l’Italie nous voulions faire une étape sur la route. Nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux. Une maison magnifique où Christina et Giorgio nous ont accueillis chaleureusement (Giorgio parle très bien Français). Les chambres sont très belles et le petit déjeuner pantagruélique est fait maison. Une halte inoubliable.

A conseiller à ceux qui recherchent calme, quiétude.. Les propritétaires étaient aux petits soins pour nous guider, nous conseiller.. Je n'oublierai jamais le raffinement du petit déjeuner.

A fantastic accommodation in the countryside. A beautiful house and a super nice hostess! The breakfast is plentiful and prepared with lots of love, including homemade sweets - there really is nothing missing! We would come back anytime.

I arrived at this property by chance and I must admit that the road to get there led me to think that I would not be satisfied with the choice. I crossed the gate and was impressed by the peace, simplicity, and silence... An oasis in the countryside that gives the feeling of stopping time and living a little dream... Every detail is taken care of and the rest was regenerating. I can't wait to come back. Thanks to the welcoming and elegant hostess. Serena.

We were ecstatic about this experience at your bed and breakfast, a beautiful, quiet, clean, warm, and refined place! The attention to detail in this bed and breakfast is wonderful, we were welcomed as if at home. Breakfast was the most beautiful moment: abundant, excellent, and fresh; a moment that still left a mark days later. We will return soon to this oasis of relaxation and beautiful sensations. Everything exceeded expectations. A welcoming full of attentions, excellent suggestions about places to visit and restaurants to prefer. Maria Cristina opens her splendid house with generosity and warmth, allowing guests to enjoy a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Excellent location to reach many destinations in the area, enjoying a location immersed in the Emilian countryside. If we could, we would have given a score of 11! We hope to be able to return soon.

If you want to experience what it's like in paradise, this is the right place. For a romantic weekend surrounded by silence and total peace, pampered by the owner Maria Cristina, in a refined environment, rich in carefully sought-after details in style, background music, large windows that let in light and nature, books, and lots and lots of warmth. Very comfortable mattress, abundant breakfast rich in many different artisanal productions. If there's a way to do the job of managing a bed & breakfast, Maria Cristina is definitely a master. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful, very relaxing atmosphere, well-cared details. The lounge with the fireplace, whose glass reveals and gives access to the private garden, and the reading room are wonderful. The room with bathroom is also beautiful and spacious. Worth noting the kindness and hospitality of Cristina. Truly welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay. Very large room with a very comfortable bed. Practical and comfortable bathroom. The owner was very kind and friendly with the company of her 2 fantastic cats. The breakfast was wonderful. A suggestion, a full-length mirror would be very useful.

Delightful structure cared for in every detail by the owner Mrs. Maria Cristina. Immersed in greenery, you find serenity and relaxation. Economical structure with excellent breakfast with homemade products. Very positive judgment.

A breathtaking B&B. The famous Silk Road is really nothing compared to such a structure. Maximum attention to details, because it is clear that everything is done with passion. Furnishings and materials are all of excellent quality. Mrs. Maria Cristina who welcomed me is a very pleasant person, with whom to exchange some chats after a long journey. I would define the breakfast as excellent in quality. Hearing at night the scent of hay and the song of crickets feels like being in a movie. Thank you for the wonderful welcome that I will remember.

Struttura splendida, arredata con gusto e raffinatezza nel rispetto comunque dello spirito semplice della natura in cui è immersa. Un incanto di profumi, colori e suoni. La famiglia ospitale ma nel contempo discreta. Colazione eccezionale. Complimenti ai proprietari!

Casale incantevole, caldo ed accogliente arredato con sapienza, camere confortevoli e curate. I proprietari ti accolgono con cortesia e disponibilità e ti coccolano con una colazione da urlo, dolce e salato, torte e marmellate fatte da loro. Una favola grazie!

Struttura bellissima molto accogliente e ristrutturata con personalità e buon gusto. Ospiti molto gentili e piacevoli.

I gestori sono persone gentili ed affidabili. Nella loro semplicità fanno sentire a proprio agio. Colazione fantastica sia per il dolce che per il salato. Sempre disposti a dare un consiglio. Sicuramente torneremo in questo angolo di pace.

Abbiamo apprezzato la struttura il servizio, l'accuratezza nei particolari dell'arredamento. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei gestori. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Posto da favola, ottima la pulizia e strepitosa la colazione.. ma soprattutto sono da vivere l'accoglienza, la passione e la tranquillità che Cristina e Giorgio sanno trasmettere. Noi torniamo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!
