I visited this simply beautiful structure with extremely friendly staff and extraordinary availability during the fair. Very quiet area, in the first outskirts of Bologna (3 km from the fair). It is a really clean, elegant, and very spacious little apartment. Breakfast is also plentiful. Truly excellent and highly recommended. It will be my fixed stop when I go to Bologna.

A beautifully restored farmhouse, just outside the town of Bologna and close to the Fair. Ideal for those arriving by car but well supported by public transport and, above all, by the availability of the owners, who solve any problem. Kindness, availability, and discretion of the owners are truly unique and unmatched elsewhere. The property is pleasant, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces, garden, and parking. The best B&B I have ever been to. I can say I have a "pied-à-terre" in Bologna from now on.

On the occasion of Cersaie, I stayed at "La Quercia Antica" with three other colleagues. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed in an exemplary manner, with the courtesy due to someone who, after a long journey (Bari), would only like to relax. I was struck by the order, cleanliness, abundance of delicacies for breakfast and the availability of the owners. Ideal place, a stone's throw from the city and in the heart of the green countryside. I do not want to dwell on it, I only say that I asked Mrs. Laila for the courtesy to confirm our presence for Cersaie 2014. I thank Laila and Lucio.

We attended the EIMA Fair. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very convenient both for the fair and for reaching the center of Bologna. The treatment reserved for us by Mrs. Laila and her husband made us feel at home. We recommend it to everyone who needs to stay in Bologna.
